Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Satisfaction Work variable and Motivation work by simultan and parsial of performance employees to department Production PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. As for becoming population in this research is counted 50 people employees PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. Used data by analysis is descriptive,despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linear regression constructively SPSS version program 18. From result of examination which have been simultan regressi test (uji F) indicate that Satisfaction Work And Motivaiton Work by simultan have an effect on signifikan to employees performance.Result of test parsial (uji T) indicating that satisfaction variable work and motivation work by parsial have an effect on significan to employees performance.Keywords : Satisfaction,motivation, and productivity work.

Abstract

This research held in impatient room RSUD Arifin Ahmad Riau Province Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment to nurses’ work-related stress. Population are all nurses, consist of 69 people, that considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis. Result of this study shows that workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment simultenously influence the nurses’ work-related stress. Partially, the more heavier workload becomes, the higher work-related stress will emerge. Meanwhile, the better work safety & health programs implemented and more conducieve the non-psychal work environment becomes, the both factors may reduce the stress level in the work place. Workload becomes the strongest factor that influence stress level in work place compared to the effect of work safety & health and non-psychal work environment. It is recommended to conduct a proportional workload analysis, effectizing the work safety & health program and harmonizing all aspects in non psychal work environment so that the stress level may be optimally organized.Keywords: Workload, Work Safety & Health, Non Psychal Work Environment and Work-related Stress

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the Influence of Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism either simultaneously or partially on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study is a population. The number of samples in this study were 81 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by three independent variables is jointly against the dependent variable 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The result of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction).Keywords: individual characteristics, interpersonal communication, professionalism and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was carried out on sub-district office employees Sungai Mandau in the village of Muara Kelantan jl. H. Abdurrahman. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially to discipline employees working at the district office Sungai Mandau Siak. The population in this study were employees of the district office Sungai Mandau Siak district, amounting to 32 people. While the overall sample of the population in this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the leadership and supervision of simultaneous positive and significant effect on labor discipline. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables Leadership and Supervision in partial positive and significant impact on employee discipline variable.Keywords: Leadership, supervision and discipline of work

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of teachers. The experiment was conducted on teacher Special School Pembina of Riau Province. The population in this study is a teacher Special School Pembina of Riau Province. The samples were 35 respondents in this study. Indipendent variables in this research is role conflict and emotional intelligence as dependent variable is teacher’s job satisfaction. This study using Multiple Linier Regression Analysis as a method, with using SPSS version 18. Simultanous regression (F test) showed the independent variables had a significant influences on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction). The magnitude of influence independent variables was 70,8% and the remaining 29,5% was influenced by other variables.The result of this research showed that role conflict and emotional intelligent had significant influence on teacher’s job satisfaction. Partially, role conflict have negative significant influence to teacher’s job satisfaction, while emotional intelligence on teacher’s job satisfaction in positive significant.  Keywords: Role Conflict, Emotional Intelligance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know about the impact of incentive and communication simultanously to the employee’s spirit, to know about the impact of incentive to the employee spirit and to find the impact of communication to the employee’s spirit at PT. Tribakti Sarimas. The population of this study are all the harvesting employee at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas with amount of 63 people. Considering of the limitation of the population so to determined the sample were using cencus method, so there were 63 people as samples. To analyze the data were using multiple regression. According to the study, simultanously and partially both incentive and communication have a positive and significant effect to the employee’s spirit at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas. It means that the better of incentive and communication so the employee’s spirit at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas will increase. The independent variable that dominantly impact the employee spirit is incentive.Keywords : Incentive, Communication, Employee Spirit

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru with the aim To know and analyze the influence of Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on the effectiveness of employee PT. RB Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who numbered 63 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) indicates that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Effectiveness. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,796 or equal to 79,6% which mean, Coordination variable, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together influence Effectiveness Employee, while the rest 20,40% influenced by other variables that not Investigated in this study.Keywords : Coordination, Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload, job stress and work motivation on the nurse performance in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Of Pekanbaru. There are 4 variabels in this reserach, Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), Work Motivation (X3) and Nurse Performance (Y). The population of this study were the nurses in-patient ward totaling 104 nurses. Sampling technique using a proposional random sampling method and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17.0. Based on hypotesis testing that has been done, the result showed that the workload, work stress and work motivation positive and significant impact on nurse performance in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital of Pekanbaru. The result of this study showed, simultaneous regression test (f-test) showed that workload, work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of nurses, while the partial test (t-test) of workload, work stress and work motivation partially inflluence the performance of nurses in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital of Pekanbaru. It is recommended to the Hospital to conduct further analysis related to the nurse perception of workload, work stress and work motivation and make appropriate policies in order to improve nurses performance.Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Work Motivation and Nurses Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Ada tiga variabel yang diteliti, yaitu stres, konflik, dan semangat kerja. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus sebanyak 87 orang. Pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara dan pengumpulan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji kualitas instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, dan hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja. Secara parsial, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Begitu pula konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Penelitian ini telah dapat mengungkapkan hubungan semangat kerja dengan stres dan konflik kerja pada satu perusahaan.This study aims to determine how the influence of job stress and work conflict on factory employee morale. We studied three variables, namely job stress, work conflict, and work spirit. The method of determining samples is done by the census, with the number of samples is 87 respondents. Retrieving data was done by interview and collecting questionnaires. While in terms of data analysis, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the quality of research instruments we used classic assumption tests and hypotheses that are processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that job stress and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on morale, job stress partially has a negative and significant effect on morale, and work conflict partially has a negative and significant effect on work morale. This research can reveal the relationship of work spirit with stress and work conflict in an enterprise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meneliti pengaruh kepemimpinantransformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja dosen FakultasEkonomi Universitas Riau secara parsial (individual test) dan secara simultan(overall test).Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling, dandidapatkan sampel sejumlah 55 orang dari 142 orang populasi Sedangkan teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi lapangan yang meliputi wawancaradan kuesioner.Untuk menentukan besamya hubungan dan pengaruh suatu variabel bebas terhadapvariabel terikat digunakan Model Analisis Linear Berganda. Sedangkan untukmenguji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji statistik parametrikHasil uji tmenunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Ekonomi, sedangkan variabelkepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosenfakultas Ekonomi Universitas Riau. Hal ini disebabkan karakteristik dosen yanglebih efektif menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dengan gaya kepemimpinantransformasional. Hasil uji determinasi (R') adalah 0,472 atau 47,2,0 %. Artinyasekitar 47,2% faktor kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinantransaksional memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kinerja dosen FakultasEkonomi Universitas Riau. Hasil uji F menunjukkan F Mtung lebih besar dari F itibel(23,203>2,0072). Ini berarti bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama), variabelkepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruhterhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Riau.
