Abstract

This study aims to determine the organoleptic quality of beef meatballs substituted with tuna meat. Beef (Biceps femoris muscle) and tuna (Thunnus sp) fillet portion, each mashed separately, for making meatballs with a composition of 70% beef, 16% tapioca flour, 9% ice water , 2% salt, and 3% spices consisting of garlic 2,2% and 0.8 ground pepper. The beef was substituted with tuna meat at a level of 0%, 20% and 40%, then all the ingredients were finely ground until they were evenly mixed to form a dough. The dough was shaped round (± 2 cm) manually by hand, then boiled until cooked (until the meatballs float), then tested organoleptically using untrained panelists. The variables observed were color, smell, elasticity, texture and taste of meatballs. The data obtained were analyzed for variance with a completely randomized design, with 3 treatments, namely P0 (beef without being substituted with tuna meat), P1 (beef substituted 20% with tuna meat), P2 (beef substituted 40% with beef). tuna fish). If there are differences between treatments, further tested with Duncan's test. The results showed that the substitution of beef meatballs with tuna meat had no significant effect on the color, smell, elasticity, texture and taste of beef meatballs.

Abstract

Ideology has a central position for every nation. This main position is because ideology functions as a direction or guideline for the nation to achieve its goals. Furthermore, another function possessed by ideology is as a tool to stem the occurrence of social conflicts in society so that every society can live in centrism and also have a high sense of solidarity. Another function of ideology is to be a unifying tool of a nation. Every nation, of course, has diversity both in tribes, languages, customs, cultures, and so on. Therefore, in this article, the author intends to explore the position of pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian nation. The research method used in this article is to explore supporting concepts such as e-books, articles, and the internet. The purpose of this writing is to explore the concept of pancasila which is positioned as the ideology of the Indonesian nation. Ideology has a function to unite the diversity that exists in society so that a good national and state life can be formed.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the decline of national morality, especially the younger generation, especially among students. This is indicated by the increasing prevalence of social-social phenomena such as the fading tradition, culture, social values, ethical norms and noble mind and character have begun to fade among students. The approach of this research is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, literacy studies, documentation studies and tringulation. The findings of this study are (1) the implementation of the scouting program activities designed and implemented effectively and efficiently as a means of strengthening the character values of students. (2) Strengthening the value of democratic character of students through scouting activities as compulsory extracurricular activities consisting of routine, spontaneous and exemplary activities. (3) Obstacles to be found include lack of active participation from students, lack of numbers of scout coaches and trainers, financial support, school skills in planning and implementing programs, and lack of facilities and infrastructure (4) The efforts made are the existence of technical guidance from the government, making planning and implementing programs that are interesting, effective, and efficient, requesting support from parents, using adequate facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

The waste bank is a local institution that was formed with public concern to create a clean environment and avoid various kinds of infectious diseases. Waste banks play an important role in providing education for the community to manage their waste from their respective homes so that it will form a new habit in overcoming waste problems. In addition, the waste bank has the value of developing the people’s economy which has a significant impact on the welfare of the community. With the existence of a waste bank, people can save their waste and then exchange it for a predetermined amount of money so that it can be useful for their daily needs. In this study, the method applied is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through the Hijau Lestari Waste Bank in Cicaheum Village, Kiaracondong District, Bandung City can be realized through two stages of activities including socialization of managing waste from home and other supporting programs to create public awareness of the environment such as gardening programs, waste recycling programs, and a program for processing waste into organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Values, histories, and ideals are a community bond called national identity. National Identity itself has factors that affect the dynamics of globalization. Globalization can develop various aspects of life such as science, technology, values and culture. In this study using the literature study method by collecting various references and secondary sources such as journals, books, articles, research reports, and various good internet sites. Efforts to maintain national identity in the era of globalization can be studied in literature studies that can be studied in literature studies that can strengthen the problem.The challenges in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1) based on pancasila (2) increasing human resources based on the value of pancasila (3) choosing pancasila as the state ideology.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the political branding of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates Prabowo and Sandiaga from the appearance and personality aspects of the study in the 2019 election. In the presidential election contest, there were many ways and strategies used by each pair of presidential and vice-presidential candidates. compete. This study aims to describe Prabowo and Sandiaga's political branding in two aspects: appearance and personality. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive in nature. Informants in this study came from members of the Gerindra Party DPD management and community elements. From the results of the study, it was found that the personality and performance of Prabowo and Sandiaga were very different, the figure of Prabowo in terms of personality was a figure who was assertive, tough, and nationalist, while from the performance aspect the figure of Prabowo was seen as a figure of struggle, a figure who firmly fought for the interests of the people. As for Sandiaga's figure, from the personality aspect, he is a millennial intelligent and well-mannered figure, while from the performance aspect, Sandiaga is a figure who is always close to millennials and close to women, especially among mothers.

Abstract

Various obstacles in this study include students not being able to learn independently, the lack of teaching materials that can support learning, and the unavailability of animated video media as a mathematics learning medium. So that students wait for the teacher's presence in learning. This study aims to develop animated videos as a valid, practical and effective mathematical learning medium. This type of research is development research with the Plomp development model. Based on the results of the study, animated videos as mathematics learning media developed have been tested very valid by material validators with a percentage of 97.33%, linguists with a percentage of 100%, and media experts with a percentage of 93.04%, practicality levels with an average percentage of 94.81% and effectiveness levels with a percentage of 95.23% each categorized as very valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that athletes do not have maximum speed in climbing speed climbing techniques. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of circuit training on the speed of wall climbing in speed climbing techniques in mapala athletes at PGRI Palembang University. The research method is an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design technique. The research population is 10 people and the sample is the total population. Data collection uses tests, with speed climbing technique speed test instruments. Data analysis used paired sample t test SPSS 16. The results of the study stated that there was an effect of circuit training on speed climbing wall speed climbing techniques in mapala athletes at PGRI Palembang University because Tcount T table (6.810 1.83).

Abstract

This article aims to explore and describe how the political communication of the Head of Pugu Semurup Village, Air Warm Barat District, Kerinci Regency was selected from the perspective of Communicator, Message, Channel, Communican and Effect as village head for the period 2021-2027. This type of research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. Research informants were Defrizal and the Success Team, community leaders and Facebook followers of @Pugu Change Movement. The findings of Defrizal's research are using the Facebook media @Pugu Change Movement as a political communication tool so that it differentiates it from other candidates. Judging from the Communicator, Message, Channel, Communican and Effect, it shows Defrizal's political communication, the elected village head namely: first, the Pugu Semurup village head and his team of successes act as a source or communicator. Second, the delivery of political messages to the community, the message was conveyed in the form of a vision and mission by the village head Defrizal and the success team to the community. Third, political communication occurs through mass media or channels, namely the transmission of political communication with primary media in the form of structured words and the use of social media via Facebook. Fourth, the communicator or recipient of the message, namely the community or residents of Pugu Semurup Village as the target of the campaign. Fifth, the effects or consequences arising from the Head of Defrizal Village and the Success Team, namely attracting the attention of the people of Pugu Semurup Village to vote.

Abstract

Pancasila and Ethics are two things that cannot be separated, remember that in both Pancasila and Ethics both contain and teach each other good values. Pancasila ethics is a behavior to regulate life society, nation and state which has a fundamental assessment according to view of the values of Pancasila, namely the values of democracy, the values of justice, and the values of unity. An activity or deed can be said to be good not only if it is not neglected the values of Pancasila, but how to practice the characteristics of Pancasila which there has become something that can provide more benefits for others. Although the values in Pancasila are a form of value crystallization process who live in a social reality, customs and religion, however actually Pancasila also has a universal nature so that it can be recognized by anyone anywhere and anytime. Pancasila Ethics discusses very essential qualities in human existence. Implementing one of the Pancasila values is not enough, because Pancasila is a system of values that cannot be separated from one another each other. Therefore, Pancasila is used as a moral formation and implemented in the life of society, nation and state. Effective implementation of Pancasila values can be done through education and social media. Education can be supported through formal education in the school environment, informal in the family environment, and non-formal in the community environment. Meanwhile, through social media, the media must have a vision and mission which can build and educate the character of society to think forward with Indonesian personality
