Abstract

This research aimed to examine the process of fostering fine motor and visual motor skills in early childhood education. The study was conducted at PAUD Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Pamekasan and employed a qualitative research approach using a combination of interviews, observations, and document analysis. The subjects of the research were managers, teachers, and assistants. The findings revealed that the development of fine motor skills was facilitated through the use of various media such as scissors, origami paper, blocks, and pencils. Additionally, the learning strategy was implemented through various methods such as lectures, demonstrations, assignments, and projects, utilizing media that was suited to the nature of each activity. The research also identified several key factors that supported the development of these skills, including the professionalism of educators, adequate infrastructure, and students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. However, the lack of sufficient numbers of accompanying teachers, an imbalance between the number of students and educators, and the absence of complete media and learning facilities were found to be inhibiting factors.

This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the non-equivalent control group research design. The samples selected were fifth grade students. The research instrument is a test of creative thinking skills and inventory. The data analysis used were normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the level of creative thinking ability of the experimental class was proven through activity through analysis of the paired sample t-test hypothesis test tcount 10,187 > ttable 2,100 which means that SOLE has an effect on the creative thinking. Based on the research results, there are the effect of SOLE on the creative thinking skills of fifth grade students.

Abstract

The development of website-based information systems is rapid, so the role of one is needed to meet the need for information and technology facilities. This study aims to find educator accountants' evidence about how users act based on their intentions, such as using websites moderately when learning outside the classroom. Research is being conducted at universities in Indonesia using the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model to determine behavioural intentions in its use. The data was obtained through a survey with a total of 128 respondents. The results showed that educator accountants' expectations and efforts in using websites for learning still need to be higher because their intentions and behaviour do not have high technology mastery capabilities. The finding implies that the Accounting Department improves educator accountants' competence in mastering technology in government programs. Competency improvement can be made through literacy through training. This research is the first study of the ability to use learning on government program websites with the UTAUT model on educator accountants.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the impact of conflict resolution procedures on teachers' job satisfaction in Government Technical Colleges in Kano State, Nigeria. The population of the study was 367 respondents, including 15 principals and 352 technical teachers. A sample size of 201 respondents was determined using the correlational research design. The instrument used for data collection was a structured questionnaire titled "Principal’s Conflict Resolution Procedure Appraisal Questionnaire (PCRPAQ)." The questionnaire was validated by three experts, and the reliability index obtained using Cronbach Alpha was 0.82. The research questions were answered using the mean and standard deviation, and regression analysis was used to test the null hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed that arbitration conflict management strategy and effective communication conflict management strategy had a moderate influence on teachers' job satisfaction. Based on the findings, the study recommends that civil societies should enlighten school administrators, teachers, and teachers' unions about the need to adopt the arbitration conflict management strategy, as the constitution provides for all labor-related cases to be handled at the arbitration court.

Abstract

Due to its rapid development, artificial intelligence (AI) has gained a lot of popularity in many sectors, including pharmacological sciences. In pharmacological sciences, AI has been applied in various areas, from AI-driven drug discovery and genomic sequencing to the development of personalized medicine. Subsequently, the need for pharmacists with adequate AI-related skills and knowledge increases. However, the current traditional curriculum of pharmacy education does not cover AI courses. To elaborate on the current developments in AI-driven pharmacology and present the discussion of the possibility of whether AI-related courses should be included in the current curriculum. We have gathered 32 references on AI-driven pharmacological applications, pharmacy curricula, and the future trends of pharmacological sciences. The literature is obtained from online databases such as Scopus, PubMed, IEEE, and Google Scholar. Based on the literature reviews, we presented the discussion and scientific-based opinion on the need for AI-related courses in the school of pharmacy. We believe that AI will be the basis of future pharmacological development. Hence, we consider that it is the right time to include AI-related courses in the student's curriculum to prepare future-proof pharmacists.
