Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Pijar Jurnal terbit 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Desember, Maret, Juni dan September. terbitan pertama adalah bulan Desember 2022. Naskah yang masuk akan diterima oleh editor untuk kemudian kan dilakukan pemeriksaan kemiripan naskah dengan aplikasi Plagiarism Checker. Proses review dilakukan dengan menggunakan peer review. Jurnal Pijar menerima naskah dengan topik Manajemen umum, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan, manajemen operasi, pemasaran, manajemen strategis, kewirausahaan, perilaku organisasi, manajemen strategis, perspektif akuntansi praktis, administrasi publik, dan dan topik lainnya yang relevan dengan manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendeketan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan sampel jenuh atau non probability sampling dimana semua populasi yang ada dijadikan sebagai sampel. Populasi yang dimaksud adalah seluruh karyawan kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN, berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam satuan skala likert. Dalam pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan software SPSS 26 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang meliputi uji instrumen, uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor notaris Yayan Sutiati, SH., M.KN.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendeketan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan sampel jenuh atau non probability sampling yang dimana seluruh populasi yang ada dijadikan sebagai sampel. Populasi yang dimaksud adalah seluruh pegawai kantor Kelurahan Ceger Jakarta Timur, yang berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam satuan skala likert. Dalam pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan software SPSS 25 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu uji instrumen, uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara variabel komunikasi organisasi dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kelurahan Ceger Jakarta Timur

Abstract

This qualitative study examines the legal compliance in the product development strategy of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk within the food and beverage industry. The research aims to explore and analyze the extent to which the company adheres to legal regulations in their product development approach. The study employs a qualitative research design, utilizing descriptive and interpretive methods to examine the strategies employed by PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in expanding their product offerings. Data collection involves document analysis, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and direct observation of company activities. The findings of this study contribute to a better understanding of the company's compliance with legal regulations and shed light on the implications of their product development strategies within the legal framework. This research provides valuable insights for legal practitioners, business decision-makers, and regulators, enabling them to comprehend the legal challenges and opportunities within the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as a sector that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy must have effective management in improving the performance of their employees, one of which is by implementing an appropriate compensation system according to the 3P principle (Pay for Position, Person, and Performance). Compensation aims to assist SMEs in achieving strategic success by taking into account internal and external fairness. This study aims to analyze the compensation system implemented by UKM XYZ. UKM XYZ is a business engaged in the culinary field operating on Jl. Raya Bubulak, RT.02/RW.12, Cilendek Bar., Kec. Bogor Bar., Bogor City, West Java and has a total of 30 employees. The compensation system applied to UKM XYZ will then be analyzed and evaluated based on salary mapping using adhered and overlapping methods. After conducting an evaluation, an ideal compensation system was found for UKM XYZ, where there was no increase in salary either using the adhered method or the overlapping method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil lingkup Asisten Administrasi Umum pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan rumus slovin dari jumlah populasi yang ada berjumlah 111 pegawai, didapatkan berjumlah 52 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam satuan skla likert. Dalam pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan software SPSS 25 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil lingkup Asisten Administrasi Umum pada kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Astrido Jaya Mobilido cabang klender. Penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan sample jenuh dimana semua populasi yang ada dijadikan sebagai sample. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berfokus pada dua dapertemen/ bagian dari PT Astrido Jaya Mobilido cabang klender dengan jumlah sample yang diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan alat software SPSS 26.0 yang meliputi uji instrumen data, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis serta uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Astrido Jaya Mobilido cabang klender

Abstract

Human resources with enough competence and high motivation are necessary to improve the performance of SMEs. Compensation is one factor that influences competence and motivation. Compensation is a type of appreciation intended to provide feedback on the job performed by employees for a company, both financial and non-financial. As a result, SMEs require effective compensation management to boost employee competency and motivation. This study was carried out at the XYZ coffee shop in Depok with the goal of examining and enhancing the compensation management system at the XYZ coffee shop. This study's sample is the overall employee salary data for UKM Coffee shop XYZ, which has a total of 20 employees. Data collection techniques used are census techniques (non-probability sampling) and purposive sampling. This study employs descriptive statistical analytic methodologies, pay mapping, and point-based job values. According to the findings of this study, the XYZ coffee shop's financial compensation management system is not appropriate. The findings of the researchers' evaluation can be utilised by the management of the XYZ coffee shop to develop a more effective and optimum remuneration system. Abstract

Plastic straws are often used in cafes and restaurants because they are lightweight and cheap. However, in terms of the environment, this plastic straw is considered polluting the environment because of its nature that cannot be decomposed by the environment and biosphere. Therefore, there is a need for research on empirical analysis of driving and inhibiting factors in green supply chain practices in replacing plastic straws in cafes and restaurants. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted at cafes and restaurants in Bandung City which then the data was processed using SEM PLS. The results of this study found that driving and inhibiting factors influence green supply chain practices in replacing plastic straws in cafes and restaurants.

Abstract

The sustainability existence of the student association is highly dependent on the contributions made by its members in running the wheels of activity in each period. It is very necessary for each student association to understand the condition of engagement of each member by conducting regular analysis. It does not rule out the possibility that the condition of member engagement with the organization can change along with the dynamics of the internal conditions of the organization that occur due to certain factors. Currently, very limited studies examine the conditions of engagement of members of non-profit organizations, especially student associations. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the conditions and factors that influence member engagement with the object of research in three student associations located at the Bandung Institute of Technology. This research uses qualitative methods through semi-structured interviews involving 15 people as informants. Each informant comes from a different level (managerial/staff), division and has different characteristics. The interview results show that there are four factors that influence the engagement of student association members, consist of: Leadership, Positive Work Environment, Growth, and Basic Needs. These four variables can directly affect the engagement condition of student association members both positively and negatively

Abstract

Explore Bromo Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the field of travel agency services, is required to prioritize the quality of service to customers or tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction partially on Explore Bromo Tour and Travel. The approach chosen in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The population in this study are customers who use Explore Bromo Tour and Travel services, from April to October 2021. The sample in this study uses the Probability Sampling technique, the type of method is Simple Random Sampling totaling 52 customers who use Explore Bromo Tour and Travel services. from April to October 2022. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study can be concluded that the calculation of t arithmetic is bigger than t table, with the result of 7.543 which shows a partially significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on customer satisfaction Explore Bromo Tour and Travel Malang.
