Abstract

The development of information technology requires the industry to transform into a digital system to improve efficiency and service. CV. Tjahaya Logam, as a nail manufacturing company, still uses a manual ordering system that has the potential to cause recording errors and late confirmation. To overcome these problems, the NailFlow application interface was designed using the Design Thinking method with five main stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The purpose of this design is to produce a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design that is intuitive, efficient, and meets the needs of customers and company admins. The design results in a prototype application with key features such as digital ordering, real-time order tracking, and stock management. Testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all interface elements function as expected. With this interface design, it is hoped that NailFlow can improve the efficiency of the ordering process, reduce errors, and provide a better service experience for CV. Tjahaya Logam customers.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of the financial services sector has improved efficiency, but it has also increased the risk of personal data breaches, which may result in financial losses, including the emergence of fake debtors. This study aims to analyze the scope of corporate legal liability as a Personal Data Controller in cases of personal data breaches and to identify obstacles in supervising personal data protection. This research employs a normative juridical method using secondary legal materials, supported by empirical data obtained through interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative normative analysis. The findings indicate that corporate entities remain legally liable under Articles 67 and 70 of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, even when violations are committed by internal personnel. Such liability is based on the principles of vicarious liability and strict liability, requiring corporations to ensure data security through effective supervision and risk management systems. However, the implementation of personal data protection faces significant challenges, including weak compliance culture, low employee awareness, limited technological monitoring, and inconsistent internal policies. Therefore, strengthening data governance through technological enhancement, mandatory employee training, and consistent regulatory supervision is essential to ensure legal certainty and the protection of consumer privacy rights in the financial services sector.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program, also known as the Free Lunch Program, is funded at IDR 10,000 per portion for large servings and IDR 8,000 per portion for small servings at each Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) across Indonesia. The allocated cost per portion reflects a food package that includes staple foods (carbohydrates), animal protein, vegetable protein, vegetables, fruits, and milk. This free nutritious meal program serves not only as a health intervention but also as part of a broader social, economic, and educational development strategy. This study employs a quantitative cross-sectional research approach, which aims to identify and describe phenomena or factors influencing the relationship between independent (free) variables and dependent (bound) variables. The findings indicate that the impact of providing free nutritious meals through the nutrition fulfillment service units has not yet been optimal, particularly in terms of menu variation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of interactive PowerPoint (PPT)-based learning media in the learning process and analyze the effect of its use on student participation and activeness. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students from three schools, namely MAN 1 Baubau, SMA Negeri 3 Takalar, and MA Nurul Ikhwan Maros. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, as well as an open-ended questionnaire given to 20 students to determine their perceptions of the use of interactive PPT in learning. In addition, supporting data was obtained through literature studies from books, scientific journals, and relevant research articles. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques, as well as member checking to ensure the data conformity with the informant's experience. The results show that the use of interactive PPT has a positive impact on the learning process. This media is able to increase student interest and motivation in learning, facilitate understanding of concepts, and encourage student participation and activeness during learning activities. Abstract

This study analyzes the organizational performance of Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019 from the perspective of the Management Control System. Drawing on a document analysis of the OJK 2019 Performance Report, the research evaluates the effectiveness of the integration of strategy, budget, and performance through the Management, Strategy, Budget, and Performance System (MSAK), which is rooted in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The findings indicate that OJK's Management Control System successfully maintained financial sector stability amidst global economic slowdown. External performance indicators remain robust, with banking credit growth reaching 7.05% (YoY) and the net Non-Performing Loan (NPL ratio) contained at a healthy 1.20%. Furthermore, foreign investors recorded a net buy of IDR 49.2 trillion in the capital market. Internally, OJK significantly strengthened its control mechanisms by implementing Integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and using Supervisory Technology (SupTech) such as OJK-BOX and Continuous Audit Continuous Monitoring (CACM). This control environment resulted in the organization achieving an Unqualified Opinion on its financial statements. The study concludes that OJK's successful performance relied on an adaptive, risk-based Management Control System that strategically leveraged digital transformation.

Abstract

Technological developments and innovation have significantly transformed the economic and commercial landscape. This digital convenience has extended even to tertiary needs, especially the buying and selling of gold. However, behind this convenience, a major debate has emerged within Islamic law regarding cashless gold transactions, particularly those conducted through the Pegadaian Digital application. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly examine the Islamic legal perspective on online, cashless gold trading while also considering aspects of business ethics, social responsibility, and consumer protection to ensure that these practices comply with Islamic law. This study aims to analyze consumer protection in digital application–based gold trading transactions from the viewpoint of Islamic economic law. As technology continues to progress, online gold transactions have become an increasingly popular alternative investment. Nonetheless, several critical issues arise regarding contract transparency, the physical existence of gold, and the clarity of rights and obligations between sellers and buyers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study focusing on a single online gold trading platform in Indonesia. Data were gathered through interviews, document analysis, and a review of Islamic legal literature. The findings suggest that despite the platform offering features that facilitate transactions, there are still shortcomings in consumer protection, especially concerning the principles of legal certainty (al-tsubūt), justice (‘adl), and information transparency (ṣidq).

Abstract

Digital transformation presents both opportunities and challenges for halal MSMEs, particularly as marketing activities shift into marketplace ecosystems that operate with competitive mechanisms, promotional strategies, and algorithms different from conventional trading practices. This study aims to explain the experiences of halal MSME actors in Pacitan Regency in undertaking digitalization processes while maintaining Sharia compliance in digital marketing activities. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, on-site and digital observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings indicate that MSME actors utilize marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia to expand market reach; however, varying levels of digital literacy lead to the use of platform features being largely limited to basic functions. From the perspective of Sharia compliance, some MSMEs strive to maintain transparency in product information and uphold the principle of amanah (trustworthiness), yet gaps remain between halal claims and formal certification, alongside ethical dilemmas arising from promotional pressures imposed by platforms. Key challenges include technological limitations, restricted access to certification, and limited understanding of Sharia values within the context of digital marketing. This study underscores the need for regional ecosystem support through Sharia-based digital training, facilitation of halal certification, and strategic collaboration among local governments, MSME facilitators, and marketplace providers. These findings contribute empirical evidence to strengthen the literature on the digitalization of halal MSMEs and its implications for Sharia business practices in non-metropolitan regions.
