Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of farmers on " Prima " seed product based on the perception of Malang farmers. This research was conducted in Malang in February until March 2015. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The number of respondents in this study as many as 50 farmers who have used seed products Ciherang " Prima " . The analysis method used in this research is Customer Satisfaction Index ( CSI ) . Based on this research, farmers satisfied with the performance of attributes in the seed products Ciherang " Prima " , this was indicated by the CSI value of 78.63 %.

Abstract

Marketing Performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) consist the analysis of (1) the ability of marketing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFAs), (2) Audit marketing strategy based Strategic Marketing Plus 2000, and (3) Marketing achievement in statistic different test methods. The analysis result of marketing capabilities, remaining 12 indicators and 4 marketing capabilities of CPO commodity those are Product Development, Selling, Marketing Planning, and Marketing Implementation. For the Rubber commodity remaining 9 indicators and 3 marketing capabilities, namely Selling, Marketing Planning, and Marketing Implementation. On CPO commodity capability of Selling and Marketing Implementation has a highest positive correlations value. Capability of Product Development and Marketing Implementation has a lowest positive correlations value. For Rubber commodity a highest positive correlations are capability of Selling and Marketing Implementation. Marketing Planning and Marketing Implementation has a lowest positive correlations value. With the method of Strategic Marketing Plus 2000 is known that the marketing strategies of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III is relatively lagging behind, which means it does not have a competitiveness. The analysis conducted on the marketing achievement CPO and Rubber based on quantum and value of sales can be achieved according to plan except sales quantum of Rubber.

Abstract

This research aims to compare between two coffee shops in Yogyakarta which researcher analyze the differences of product and service quality attributes and consumer satisfaction level of each coffee shop. This research using survey method with quantitative data, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by 50 respondents from each coffee shop. According to consumer assessment, there is five sequence of product and service quality attributes that satisfy consumers at coffee shop A are: (1) Taste; (2) Consistency of taste, flavor and portion (3) Hygiene of beverage; (4) Accessibility of coffee shop; (5) Product flavor. Meanwhile, consumer at coffee shop B assess that five sequence of product and service quality attributes that satisfy consumers are: (1) The friendliness of waiters; (2) Waiter’s responses; (3) Taste (4) Hygiene of beverage; (5) Proper price offered. The result showed that customer satisfaction of coffee shop A higher than coffee shop B, that shown by the CSI of coffee shop A is 81 %, while coffee shop B is 78 Generally, consumer satisfaction level of coffee shop in Yogyakarta is good ("satisfy").

Abstract

Marketing analysis pattern of rice-fish farming-duck (PARLABEK) in Karang Pecan Belitang District of East Ulu Ogan Ogan. The purpose of this study to determine how big the marketing margin and the farmer's share received by farmers. Results obtained marketing of products rice-fish-duck has a marketing margin for rice at Rp 2,500 / kg, fish Rp 12.000 / kg, ducks (meat) Rp. 15,000 / kg, ducks (egg) Rp 1,300 / kg, and marketing margin of 31.25% relative to rice, fish 40%, ducks (meat) 30%, ducks (egg) 48% and the farmer's share of each rice 68, 75, fish 60%, ducks (meat) of 70% and ducks (egg) 52% .Sedangkan marketing channels usahatai pattern of rice-fish-iti has two marketing channels that direct marketing channels to consumers and marketing channel through middlemen.

Abstract

Rice farm at Toba Samosir Regency has its unique on gender dimension. The people of Toba Samosir Regency was dominated by Bataknese. In Bataknese, the woman farmer as a dominant figure on rice farming. This research aims to analyze gender participation on rice farming and on rice farmers’ households. Harvard Model of analysis is the way to analyze that participation. The result shows the works of rice farming those have been dominated by woman farmer are seeding, planting, weeding, fertilizing, croping. The works of rice farming those have been dominated by man farmer are land clearing and erodication of pests. On rice farmers’ households, the public and domestic role have been dominated by woman. The social role has been dominated by man. The dominant factors that inhibited gender relation are the norms of Bataknese society.

Abstract

The purpose this study was to identify; economic institutions of society, Institutional constraints and community economic development in North Konawe. The study was conducted on the economic institutions of society in North Konawe by taking samples at five districts. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed through the reduction, presentation and verification. The study concluded: 1.The Economic Institute of the communities in district North Konawe are cooperatives and farmer groups, 2.An obstacle to development of economic institutions of society, namely: a).Cooperatives: members do not understand the purpose of establishing a cooperative, members simply as a requirement for the establishment, the management does not understand the principle of cooperation and good business management, lack of supervision, the local government policies do not support. b). Farmers; Lack of transparency and credibility of the board, still considers aid as funds ran out, supervision is not maximized, access to financial institutions is difficult, the lack of funds and market information. Efforts to the development of economic institutions of society in North Konawe, namely; maximizing the role of government in capital/equipment and surveillance, training about the management, maximization supervision, the role of extension workers.

Abstract

Optimum land for food plants becoming decrease. Sub optimal land become alternative way for government to gain food self-sufficient specifically for paddy. Pemulutan area in Ogan Ilir Regency is one of sub optimal land for agriculture which typology is swamp land. Farmers in this area rearrengements their commodity without calculating in economics. This caused the income that they accepted can not be maximum because of agriculture pattern. The aimed of this research were 1) to determine what is the agriculture pattern that can earn maximum income, 2) to find out whats the problem thas why paddy’s farmer in swamp land area can not be applied the optimal pattern. The method used in this research was Linear Programing Model with ABQM program. The results showed that the agriculture pattern that recommended in shallow swamp land is chili and bean, in middle swamp land is corn, chili and bean and in the deep swamp land we can only plant paddy. The pattern of agriculture that mentioned can increase the income of the farmers is about Rp. 13.164.269,60. The fence that farmers can not apply this pattern is the land that is limited, and the flooded area or water fluctuation so that farmers only plant once a year which caused many worker can not allocation use theit time effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the seed sub-sector of the agricultural sector and agriculture sector growth patterns featured in OKU District East by analyzing secondary data (time series) last 5 years (2008-2012). Data processing method in this study LQ (Location Quotient), DLQ (Dynamic Location Quotient) and Klassen Typologi of results were obtained: (1) sub-sector of food crops and plantation crops are seed subsector. Results of analysis DLQ plantation crops, forestry and food crops will be superior. (2) plantation and forestry sub-sectors including fast growing subsector. While the food crops sub-sector including advanced but depressed, while livestock and fisheries sub-sectors including relative and left behind

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the economic structure in Ogan Ogan Ulu during the years 2008-2012 and the shifting role of economic sectors, especially in labor absorption and the growth and the contribution of its output. Employment in the agricultural sector is greater than the industrial sector and increased during 2008-2012. This study used an analytical tool LQ (Location Quotien), Tipology Klassen and Shift-share. LQ analysis results showed that the services sector and industry are leading sectors with LQ value of 1.87 and 1.10 in 2012. Klassen Typologi analysis results show that the industry and services sector is a sector that is advancing and growing fast. Shift-Share analysis results Overall labor sector in OKU District experienced an absolute value or increase in the economic performance of the labor force is relatively faster than petumbuhan similar sectors in the economy of the province.

Abstract

Research models to optimize the performance of the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Ogan Ogan Ulu, a study that aims to obtain an effective and efficient performance for the assignment of labor on SME food is bread, soybean, coffee powder, chips, tofu and crackers. The results of the study were obtained showed that the assignment of manpower one (TK1) in SMEs tempeh, labor two (TK2) on SMEs crackers, labor three (TK3) on SMEs chips, labor four (TK4) on SMEs bread, energy work five (TK5) on SMEs know, as well as the labor of six (TK6) on SME coffee powder, with a minimum value of an index that can be obtained by SMEs to employ labor at each SMEs amounted to 499,000.
