Kuriulum Berkarakter merupakan seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai tujuan, isi, bahan pelajaran, serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Seorang yang menjadi sumber data sebagai Informan adalah kepala sekolah, WK Ur bidang Kurikulum, WK UR bidang kesiswaan, dan guru agama Islam SMP N 5 Stabat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tahapan perencanaan kurikulum berkarakter dalam membentuk akhlak siswa kelas VI SMP Negeri 5 Stabat dilakukan dengan cara menentukan jadwal kegiatan pembelajaran daring dan luring, menyusun RPP yang memiliki nilai-nilai karakter. Tahapan pelaksanaan kurikulum berkarakter dalam membentuk akhlak siswa kelas VI SMP Negeri 5 Stabat melakukan pembelajaran yang ciri khas berkarakter secara optimal. Tahapan akhir dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa melalui peran guru pendidikan agama Islam, adapun tercapaian penerapakan kurkulum berkarakter dalam membentuk akhlak siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Stabat yaitu akhlak terhadap diri sendiri, akhlak terhadap keluarga, akhlak terhadap teman atau sahabat, akhlak terhadap guru, dan akhlak terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya.

People worldwide were shocked by the emergence of the novel Covid-19 virus in early 2020, which first appeared in Wuhan City, the capital of Hubei Province, China. On March 1, 2020, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia finally reported that the Covid-19 virus had infiltrated Indonesia and infected its citizens. In efforts to overcome and reduce the spread of this dangerous virus, the Indonesian government has required restrictions on activities outside the home. The public has also been obliged to avoid crowds to avoid the spread. In addition, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture also instructs that the learning system must be performed virtually. Online learning has been carried out by utilizing internet technology so that there are no face-to-face meetings between lecturers and students. However, in its implementation, some problems can interfere with the learning process virtually, especially concerning students the lack of learning motivation when carrying out online learning. This research is qualitative research that describes efforts to generate student learning motivation during virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Motivation to learn is the most crucial factor so that students can receive all learning effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the right stimulants are necessitated in order to arouse their motivation to learn. The research findings indicate what educators should do to increase student learning motivation online is to improve the ability of lecturers, determine appropriate and effective methods, optimize the use of facilities, select appropriate media and conduct periodic evaluations of learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan fiskal daerah melalui belanja pendidikan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan kesejahteraan masyarakat pada daerah dengan tingkat kemiskinan tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di Provinsi NTT dengan Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat sebagai daerah pembanding. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan terhadap RPJMD Provinsi NTT tahun 2018-2023, Data kemiskina dan IPM serta indikator-indikator capaian kesejahteraan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan untuk tahun 2018-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah NTT telah menempatkan kesejahteraan sebagai tujuan pembangunannya sesuai RPJMD dan RPJP tetapi ada indikasi lemahnya pengendalian kebijakan fiskal dalam alokasi belanja pendidikan yang cenderung statis meskipun dengan alokasi yang besar dari total penerimaan daerah. Rendahnya tingkat pertumbuhan belanja pendidikan berbanding lurus dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kecenderungan ini menunjukan bawa pemerintah belum cukup baik melakukan pengendalian kebijakan fiskal daerah. Hasil perbandingan menunjukan Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat mengalami permasalahan dalam hal pengukuran kinerja value for money yang menimbulkan rendahnya tingkat efisiensi penggunaan anggaran

Keterampilan berbahasa siswa sekolah dasar dirasa sangat penting sebagai tolak ukur dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam pembelajaran daring, siswa sekolah dasar mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran terutama dalam praktik berbahasa yang dalam hal ini adalah keterampilan berbahasanya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya keterampilan membaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di sekolah dasar Bogor. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis data Milles and Huberman. Berbagai macam strategi guru dilakukan dalam proses meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa, salah satunya dengan mengadakan pendampingan membaca. Strategi tersebut menunjukkan hasil positif karena keterampilan membaca siswa meningkat.

Qualitative Analysis of Implementation of Kepdirjenpendis No.IIII of 2019 concerning Technical Instructions for Performance Assessment to State Madrasah Tsanawiyah During the Online Learning Period for Efforts to Develop Madrasah Quality in Sukabumi Regency. The Head of Madrasah is one of the components of education that plays the most role in improving the quality of education as stated in Law Article 12 paragraph 1 PP 28 which states that "The Head of Madrasah is responsible for the implementation of educational activities, school administration, coaching other education personnel and the utilization and maintenance of infrastructure " This means that the madrasah principal must be able to become an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator and entrepreneur in the school he leads in simple language, the madrasah principal must be able to manage his school well. This study aims to describe the Implementation Analysis of Kepdirjenpendis No.IIII 2019th teacher innovation on the performance of madrasa heads at the institutions they lead and analyze the efforts to develop the quality of madrasas used in improving the quality of education. The method in this, study uses a qualitative descriptive study and tries to be a mix method of the relationship between qualitative and quantitative. The selection of this method, will make it easier to understand the explanation of the data that has been explained because it is arranged accurately and systematically. The data collection of this research used the method of observation, interviews (interviews) and documentation. After that the data that has been collected is analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and the last is verification or drawing conclusions.

Vocabulary acquisition in children aged three to four years begins with the ability to pronounce a word, and develops into two, three, four words and so on, thus forming a simple sentence. This writing aims to examine the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary for children aged three to four years. This research is qualitative research to obtain accurate data on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary for children aged three to four years that living in Bima complex, Lasinrang street, Paleteang district, Pinrang regency. The data collection in this research is library research and field research. The results of this research indicate that children aged three to four years often use nouns rather than verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. Acquisition of vocabulary with affix is still rarely spoken, while confixes and infixes have not been found

This study aims to outline the cause of conflict between two indigenous chatacter in Orwell’s Burmese Days. During the process of its creation, the writer believes that this novel is created as a response from the author to the social phenomenon at that period. Qualitative is used in this study and genetic structuralism by Lucien Goldmann is the theory which will be applied. The main sorce of this study is collecting the description and utterances of the characters and the narrator. The result of this study indicates that the main conflict between two indigenous is caused by the new regulation of the English Men by announcing that they will accept on an indigenous to be a member of European Club. European Club portrays as the spiritual citadel, the real seat of the British power, the Nirvana for which native officials and millionaires pine in vain. By joining this Club, the indigenous self-regard will be the same as well as the English Men. An nalysis of the cause of conflict between two indigenous is the main object of this research, it is suggested to other writersto analyze other aspects in Orwell's Burmese Days, such as: social inequality, gender, obedience, racism, and other social aspects.

The aims of this research are to investigate whether there is any significant difference on reading comprehension between students who were taught using NHT and those who were taught using RSQC2 techniques and, to determine which one of the two techniques is more effective in improving students’ reading comprehension. The research design used in this study was Pre-test and Post-test Comparison Group Design. The samples were three classes of the tenth grade students at SMKN 6 Pekanbaru of the 2015 academic year. The samples were selected using the technique of cluster sampling. The total samples were 97 students. The forms of the test were multiple choices. Finally, first the writer found that significant probabilities was higher than 0.05 (sig > 0.05) in multiple comparison one way ANOVA. It means that there is no significant difference on students’ reading comprehension between using NHT and RSQC2 techniques are good in comprehending reading text at SMKN 6 Pekanbaru. The second, found that significant probabilities was lower than 0.05 (sig > 0.05) in both paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. It means that there is a significant difference of students’ reading comprehension pre-test and post-test of experimental classes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan metakognisi siswa dalam pembelajaran al-qur’an hadist dan apakah terdapat pengaruh kemampuan metakognisi siswa terhadap keberhasilan belajar siswa di MAN 2 Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatf dengan sampel berjumlah 33 siswa, berlokasi di MAN 2 Langkat, kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes untuk melihat keberhasilan belajar siswa, angket untuk mengukur kemampuan metakognisi serta dokumentasi sebagai bukti telah dilakukan penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh kemampuan metakognisi 33 responden yakni, 4 siswa berada pada dimensi tacit use, 9 siswa berada pada dimensi aware use, 10 siswa berada pada dimensi strategic use, 10 lainnya berada pada dimensi reflective use. Hasil uji statistik untuk melihat pengaruh metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar siswa diperoleh signifikasnsi sebesar 0,0000<0,05 yang artinya perpengaruh secara signifikan.

This study aims to analyze the inner conflict faced by the three women of the play where the characters feel regret with their past life and also tries to reveal the women’s life that describe the characteristics of modern literature. The study focuses on intrinsic elements of the play, especially the characters’ conversation. To explain the regret of the characters, the writer uses psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud and analyzes the symptoms of regret and despair. This analysis also relates the play of Three Tall Women with the characteristics of modernist literary that presented the condition of society and women’s life. The primary data is taken from the script of Edward Albee’s Three Tall Women itself. After the analysis is done, the writer found that each woman in Three Tall Woman faces the inner conflict that makes them questioning what was they did wrong. The three of them feels regret to what happen with their life in the past and wish that the other women not to face it in their future life. In addition, the characteristics of modern literature is reflects the condition of the society where the story was written. The play Three Tall Women reflects the condition of people at the time until nowadays because people have done many things but still regret and wish to come back to their life in the past before the death come to them
