Abstract

This article examines religious moderation during the COVID-19 pandemic from the Hindu education perspective. This is intended to get people's activity overview during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is now being carried out through online media. This was done because of the massive amount of information that has occurred through the use of online media since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, making people have to be able to sort and choose information fairly and wisely so as not to get trapped in extremism and radicalism with narrow religious understanding. This research is a type of library research, where the data comes from literature related to the research object which is analyzed and presented in descriptive qualitative form. From the JAPAM (Jurnal Pendidikan Agama) Vol. 1, No. 2 | 85 analysis results, it is confirmed that the Hindu education view, can be used as the basis for sorting, selecting and utilizing information fairly and wisely. So that an understanding or attitude is formed that respects all religious traditions as truth. On that basis, actually, peace and harmony can be realized in the real practice of religious behaviour, with the awareness that all human beings are essentially composed of holy souls. Everyone has the right to live on earth according to their respective beliefs and faith. This earth is the home of all living things. So with the mantra Om swastiastu, Om anubadrah kertvu yantu visvatah, Om semesta loka sukinoh bhavantu, Om santih, santih, santih, Om, can be used as basic principles to interpret religious moderation in diversity on the Covid-19 era from Hindu education perepectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present experience-based religious education in the community as an alternative that is worth considering juxtaposed with religious education which tends to emphasize cognitive aspects. This experience-based religious education provides a strong foundation for children in facing challenges in this increasingly advanced and modern era, such as materialism, secularism, and hedonism. The method used is a library study related to the experience-based model of religious education in the community. The results of a study of the implementation of experiencebased religious education in the community show that this learning model is more fun for children because it is contextual to the lives of children in their families, schools, and communities. Conclusion Experience-based religious education in this community further develops children's faith and is fun for children, thus enabling children to develop as a whole, both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

Education is a medium to educate the nation's life and bring this nation to the era of enlightenment. Education aims to build a sovereign nation order with the values of honesty, politeness, intelligence, sensitivity and concern for the life of the nation and state. Our education is experiencing a very sad character crisis. This very sad condition is still compounded by the decline in morality as happened to school children and the community. The decline in the morality of these children also occurred at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, where children were often late for school, during class hours there were still children outside the classroom playing in the canteen, sitting around chatting with friends, meeting teachers and other children. Children rarely greet or say hello to teachers at school. On the basis of this background, the title of this paper is reconstructing character education through the role of teachers and parents. By taking a discussion about how the school's partnership with parents, whether the influence of character education that is instilled from an early age can lead children to achieve success, and reconstruct character education through the concept of Tri Hita Karana. This study uses a qualitative method by using a literature study. Literature study is a document to complete the data obtained from observations and interviews. Where library research is a method that is carried out by exploring, observing, examining, and identifying existing knowledge in the literature (reading sources, reference books or other research results) to support research. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that to achieve the success of education, it is necessary to have a school partnership with the family. Because with the partnership between the school and the family, the success of education will be achieved, because the family environment is the first educational environment, because it is in this family that children first receive education and guidance; The influence of character education will determine the success of students in school. In order to achieve the success of children's education in schools, it is necessary to instill the character of children such as: self- confidence; sociability; and the ability to communicate so that later our children will be able to build their own personality so that noble character will grow; and to form good children's characters, the concept of Tri Hita Karana's teachings is very appropriate to be developed in children from an early age in school which includes: characters related to the one and only God; character related to fellow human beings; and characters related to the environment.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all areas of life, including education. The coronavirus outbreak has hampered face-to-face learning activities. The learning system is carried out remotely (online) by utilizing information technology. Although there are still many obstacles experienced by both students and educators. On the other hand, learning during this pandemic provides an extraordinary experience for students and educators. Online learning activities insert a sense of dissatisfaction for teachers in distributing material because the implementation of online learning places more emphasis on assignments. Coupled with the lack of interest and motivation to learn from students to read the material, where the learning media through WhatsApp groups is dominated by text messages that cause student learning outcomes to decline.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important things that is able to be a change in the world and in changing the younger generation to be better and have character. With the existence of an education that is complemented by religious teachings it self, it will streng then character and reduce the moral and ethical degradation or decline that occurs in every nation's future child. Cultivators of noble moral values, ethics and religious teachings must be planted from an early age so that children become accustomed to them and are able to understand behaviors that should be avoided and prohibited. Therefore the role of parents is very influential on the character of the child because the family is the primary or primary education that the child gets. In addition, to reduce the current moral degradation or deterioration that is prevalent in life, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and the government to be able to create a good young generation. Therefore, Catur guru has a very important role in reducing moral degradation and strengthening children's character. Guru Rupaka and Guru Pengajian as formal and non-formal education obtained by children, must synergize with each other in educating, shaping children's character and instilling ethical, moral, character and religious teachings in children from an early age. And supported by Guru Wisesa or the government in making regulations in the world of education.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to reveal the essence of Hindu religious teaching in Lontar Tutur Kumara Tattwa, using by literarture study method and interview techniques, it is hoped this research can reveal the teaching of Panca Sradha (five beliefs of Hindu), namely belief in God through manisfestation of God who is an Imanen (Saguna Brahman) with a form of Bhatara Guru as teacher of the Gods, there is a parable of Bhatara as sun and humans are like jar from the parable is described that there are sprinkling of paramatman from within humans, the self control doing by human to create a good karmaphala so as to achieve moksa and avoid rebirth (punarbhwa).

Abstract

This article seeks to examine the thoughts of Ki Hadjar Dewantara who is the father of national education. With the concept of education through the "Tricenter of Education" including family, school and community. In addition, the concept of "Trilogy" that he conveyed was about ing ngarso sung tulada, ing madya mangun karsa and tut wuri handayani. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by observing reading sources. The results of this study explain the basis of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's education and teaching sourced from his five dharmas. These basics are: (1) humanity, (2) the nature of life, (3) nationality, (4) culture, and (5) independence/freedom. The learning method promoted by Ki Hadjar Dewantara is the among method. Among has the meaning of maintaining the inner survival of students by accompanying and directing. Not only allowing the inner development of students but also keeping the inner state of students in good condition. The concept of education presented by Ki Hadjar Dewantara has relevance to the concept of education contained in Hinduism such as the level of education for children, the concept of aguron-guron, educating children's character and texts in the Vedic scriptures that explain the Hindu education system.

Abstract

Education is a process of humanizing humans, namely a process that is able to realize a complete human being, raise awareness to recognize, understand, and understand the reality of life around him. According to Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, the function and purpose of developing capabilities and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, and have good morals. knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. To achieve this goal cannot be separated from the participation of parents or family. The family is part of the social structure of every society and is one of the earliest social elements to be impacted by any socio-cultural change. Education in general aims to develop human resources that are intact and reliable, but are often very idealistic and without direction so that they are less relevant to the needs in the field. National education functions to develop and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the intellectual life of the nation. Meanwhile, the purpose of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are knowledgeable, devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. Therefore we need a man who is tough, reliable, intelligent, and has a competitive character. Thus, a creative learning is needed to produce creative, skilled, and characterized human beings. Implementation of character education, including; The application of character education in the implementation of learning is carried out using a contextual approach strategy. Development of school culture and the center of learning activities is carried out through self-development activities, namely routine activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary, and conditioning. Enabling co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which are activities outside of learning activities. Intensifying positive activities in the family and community environment, as well as in the school environment.

Abstract

The nyambleh ceremony, including the bhutayad ceremony, is realized in the Nyambleh ceremony. Hindus in their daily practice of life are always colored by the Yajna ceremony, as a form of gratitude to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, for all the blessings and graces that have been bestowed on mankind on earth. This nyambeleh ceremony must be done and has a uniqueness that can be used as one of the writings. In general, this study aims to find out what the educational value of the Nyambleh ceremony is at Pererepan Temple, Batubulan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. In connection with the above, the nyambleh ceremony is very interesting to study. Based on the background of the problem above, the problems can be formulated, namely: 1. The educational value contained in the Nyambleh ceremony at the Pererepan Banjar Temple, Denjalan, Batubulan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The results of the educational value contained in the Nyambleh ceremony at the Pererepan Temple in Batubulan Village, there are four, namely 1. The value of tattwa education referred to in the nyambleh ceremony is the community's belief in Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. 2. The value of this religious education is found in the community accompanying the Hermitage or Sesuunan after that the Nunas Pinget community and the community continue to carry out the nyambleh ceremony. 3. The value of ethical education contained in the nyambleh ceremony is that the community carries out the teachings of tri Kaya parisuda, how to have good thoughts, good words, and good deeds in community activities and in the implementation of the nyambleh ceremony. 4. While the aesthetic value contained in the nyambleh ceremony when the procession took place was how the colorful banners, very beautiful barong, besides that there was the art of kidung sound and the art of kerawitan and gambelan beleganjur.
