National character and civilization building cannot be separated from the education institution. As a place for producing intellectuals, education institutions might be regarded as the “second homes” in which students study to develop their competencies. They are the places in which the collaboration from the students’ parents is needed in order to create a good learning atmosphere. So far the Hindu education institutions receive lack of this kind of collaboration. As a solution, it is necessary to provide more space for the students’ parents to contribute to the Hindu higher education improvement. Such a place is necessary for a good communication as in a particular situation students’ parents should be involved in improving the quality of the education and avoiding opposition.

The problems of education in Indonesia is quite compleks and greatly affect learning outcomes and outputs produced a school. problems of education in Indonesia was impressed throwing responsibility. As if the government is guilty, guilty schools and so on. Advancing whereas education is a joint responsibility. Bring our determination together so that educational goals can be achieved through a process of cooperation and good communication between the family, pemeritah, school and community as the four pillars that support the implementation of education in Indonesia to deliver qualified individuals and competitiveness, as well as the four pillars of education has a role which is very important in improving the quality of education in Indonesia that can make climate or condition of an educational institution that is more secure. Education Quality cultured based curriculum in 2013 through the religious aspects, social aspects, aspects of knowledge and skills aspects, so as to realize the man who is faithful and devoted to God Almighty, noble, healthy, berilmum, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens democratic, and accountable.

Educators important figure in character education course caused by its presence as a central figure in education. Good educator of character is when he does not care about him as long as he could see their students grow and thrive. Character educators on assessed from nature sincere, patient, and full commitment to establish soul didiknya.Peningkatan welfare participants would not quite able to change the quality of teachers and education if it is not accompanied by changes in educational culture and spirit of education. Increased prosperity will not be quite capable of changing the quality of teachers and education if it is not accompanied by changes in educational culture and spirit of education. Personality and character pendidiki must be strong so that he was not brought on by a situation that makes his personality defeated by circumstances. Strong personality and unwavering needed to create a role that also serves to form the personality of learners. Progressive educator is an educator who serves as a motivator. Its function is to make students believe that they can change, they are engaged and motivated that the learning process gives them the understanding and skills which can make the face of the world.

Education is one of the fundamentals for the Hindus in this modern globalisation. As the increasing negative influence due to lacking of good religious values. This study discusses problems, such as (1) what is Faculty of Dharma Acarya (FDA)?; (2) what should be done to improve the facultyâ€; (3) what benefits would be there if the quality of the faculty increases? This study concluded that Hindu education should be aimed at improving the Sradha and Bhakti of the IHDN Denpasar students, the religious skills, and the intellectualities, building the characters, strengthening the personalities, and the loyalty to the country as well as to the Balinese own culture.

Cooperative learning : group investigation (GI) is a learning strategy to determine the student’s development and progress that oriented to class activities and allow students to use a variety of learning resources besides teachers. The low learning achievement obtained by students in particular on the subjects of Hinduism is noteworthy. It is caused by several factors, including the intelligence of students, student motivation, interest in learning, study habits, as well as external factors such as student living environment, the infrastructure that supports the learning process inadequate. To see whether the implementation of Cooperative Learning type Group Investigation able to improve student learning outcomes, this study applied the model to the 2nd year student (class F) in SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar school year 2011/2012. This study was classified as a class action (classroom action reseach) which is the subject is the 2nd year student (class F) as many as 28 people and the object of research is the student’s learning activities. This study used primary data obtained directly from the students by using the technique of testing and observation sheet. The collected data were analyzed descriptively based on the average and standard deviation that obtained through the results of the evaluation scores at each end of the cycle. The results showed a very significant increase in activity of students from an average score of 2.93 in the first cycle to 4.14 in the second cycle. The average student achievement in the first cycle is 70.64 with classical completeness of 60% increased to 75.54 with classical completeness of 92.9%.

Consultancy and counselling services are helps provided to individuals in order that they become personalities with insight, view, skill that they are valuable in the societies. The Indonesian Government Regulation Nomor 20/ 2003 on the National Education System correctly states that councellors are educators, which means that those with the profession should produce work with high quality that they could develop students’ potentialities to reach success, both formally and socially. The works of a councellor depends on their qualification and competences that they gain from credible institutions. A councellor should be licensed and certified to indicate that he (she) has completed his (her) professional study and has been tested according to certain criteria given by a representative professional organisation or agency. This should be also supported with (1) dignity service, (2) tasked jobs, (3) healthy environment. These three can guarantee the maintenance of the professions.

In globalization era, language has an important place to build teenager orientation. Language could show someone and nation characteristic. Language is not only as a communication, but also as a processof human thinking to comprehend something objectively and imaginatively. It could show every aspect of human life. In addition, without language people will be noiseless and will die in the silent. One way to conserve Balinese language is increase teenager’s interst. According to the explanation above, the problems in this research can be formulated as follows ; 1) how is the Balinese teenager’s ability in using Balinese language in Peraupan Denpasar Village? 2) what are the factors that affect Balinese teenager’s ability in using Balinese language in Peraupan Denpasar village? 3) what are the efforts that can be used to increase Balinese teenager’s ability in using Balinese language in Peraupan Denpasar village?. Theories that was used in this research were sociolinguistics theory, language attitude theory, social changes theory and learning motivation theory. This research used some data collection techniques, such as observation, interview and literature. Data which have been collected was proceed and analysed by using qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research showed that as follows; 1) Balinese teenager’s ability in using Balinese in Peraupan Denpasar village is still low if it is connected to sor singgih, 2) the factors that that can affect Balinese teenager’s ability in using Balinese language in Peraupan Denpasar village are technology, environment, and the difficulties of Balinese language also less of tools and infrastructure, 3) the efforts that could be done to solve the problem are making a contest, doing pasraman activity, using Balinese language (sor singgih) in meeting, upgrading parents role, an upgrading school role.

In religious life, at first the existence of Hindu and Buddhist very harmonious and contradictory in their home country, namely India. But the two religions in Indosesia seem very harmonious, especially in the era of the Majapahit kingdom. Moreover, the existence of Hinduism and Buddhism in Bali very harmony and even complement each other in practice and spiritual order. Buddhism is very much a substance similar to the teachings of Hinduism. In some Hindu literature was found a lot in common with the essence of Buddhism, and vice versa. Very often found literature-literature that reflects the harmony of both religions, among others: Lontar Siwagama, Kekawin Mahabharata, Ramayana Kekawin, Kekawin Arjuna Wiwaha, Kekawin Bharata Yudha and Kekawin Sutasoma, Sanghyang Kamahayanikan, Bubugsah Gagakaking and so on. By looking at it as if the two religions fused in practice in Bali, especially in the implementation of religious activities such as the ritual tawur agung in connection with the celebration of Nyepi Saka as the New Year.
