Abstract

This study develops a web-based Tracer Study information system that integrates three actors, admin, alumni, and graduate users in a single platform. The main contribution lies in an automated evaluation form distribution mechanism via email using a unique token-based link, allowing graduate users to submit assessments without registration or login. The system was built using the Agile Scrum methodology across four Sprints and evaluated through Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on ISO 25010. Black Box Testing on 56 test cases covering all system modules yielded a 100% pass rate, including critical scenarios such as automated email delivery and token validation. UAT conducted with 35 respondents (3 admin staff and 32 alumni) produced an overall acceptance score of 83.80%, categorized as Very Feasible (≥81%). The Functional Suitability aspect achieved the highest score at 84.19%, indicating that the system features are complete and appropriate for institutional Tracer Study needs.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan aset sarana prasarana di Universitas Harkat Negeri sering kali terkendala oleh proses pelaporan kerusakan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui aplikasi pesan singkat WhatsApp, sehingga penanganan menjadi lebih lambat dan sulit dipantau secara terpusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen Pemeliharaan Aset (SIMPLE) berbasis PWA untuk optimalisasi penanganan kerusakan sarana dan prasarana di Universitas Harkat Negeri, yang mengintegrasikan proses pelaporan kerusakan oleh pelapor, penanganan oleh teknisi melalui mekanisme self assignment, dan monitoring oleh admin secara terpusat. Sistem ini di kembangkan menggunakan waterfall. Fitur PWA yang diimplementasikan meliputi fitur instal, akses offline, dan fitur push notification. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh skenario sesuai harapan, dan hasil UAT dengan TAM terhadap 24 responden menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan variabel PU sebesar 89% dan variabel PEOU sebesar 87%, yang masuk ke kategori sangat layak, membuktikan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna.

Abstract

This study presents the development of a web-based PPKPT Reporting and Case Management Information System using the Waterfall method at Harkat Negeri University. Violence in higher education settings is a serious issue, yet current reporting mechanisms rely solely on WhatsApp messages, failing to guarantee reporter identity confidentiality, structured case management, or independent case status tracking. The system was developed using the Waterfall SDLC model, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database, modeled with UML. It features online reporting with identity confidentiality enforced through AdminAuth middleware authentication, a status-tracking mechanism using a unique code (PPKPT-YYYY-XXXXX), an admin dashboard, report management, and PDF export. Black Box Testing on 22 test cases produced a 100% pass rate, confirming all features function as specified. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 20 respondents consisting of 3 PPKPT Team members, 1 lecturer, 1 administrative staff, and 15 students yielded an overall mean score of 4.51 (Very Good category), with no aspect scoring below 2.60. The system successfully integrates three core components in a single platform: reporting with identity access control protection, structured case management for the PPKPT Team, and independent status tracking for reporters — components mandated by Permendikbudristek No. 55 of 2024 that had not previously been integrated into any single system designed for a higher-education PPKPT context.
