Abstract

This study aims to find out how Website Based Customer Accounts Receivable Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. This study uses a qualitative research approach, the subject of this research id Debt Payment Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The object of this research is the financial manajer of PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The method used in this research is the Linear Sequential Model, the data collection method used is interviews to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data and to design using the Laravel Framework and PHP programming. The results of this research are successful in designing a system for controlling customer receivables payments where this system can be used to record and process every transaction that occurs in the company and this system can also be used to monitor the status of customer account receivable.

Abstract

CV Mantu Sedana is a company engaged in the culinary business, in which the product sold is Balinese chili sauce. CV Mantu Sedana still uses the conventional method in their sales transactions and accounting records, where consumers who make purchases will get written notes and their accounting recording processes still use the manual method, namely by recording on books and agendas. Based on the writer’s explanation above and the needs of CV Mantu Sedana, the writer feels that it is necessary to build an application system or platform that can be used in the sales transaction process as well as accounting records at CV Mantu Sedana, which aims to make it easier for owners to monitor their business in real-time and increase consumer satisfaction. Design of Integrated Point Of Sales (POS) Applications for Accounting Information Systems at CV Mantu Sedana. The writer used the agile method in designing this application. The Agile method is one of the software development methodologies used in software development. In this study, the writer used an interview and observation research instruments. The instrument was addressed to the owner of CV Mantu Sedana which aimed to determine the needs for the system being designed. In this study, the writer used qualitative data types in which the data used were in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and images, in the form of descriptive non-numerical data collection. The results of this study indicated that in making application design at CV Mantu Sedana, it can provide solutions to companies in developing services to customers and problems the company faced. After conducting interviews on user satisfaction in using this point of sales application, thus the writer found that this application was able to overcome the problems and objectives of using this application itself.

Abstract

STMIK Primakara is aInformatics and Computer College which of course cannot be separated from the existence of computerization. Most of the systems that are there are already computerized, including the processing of financial data. Where financial data processing, there is a process of cash receipts and payments like companies in general. This study discusses the development of an information system for cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. This researchwas conducted using the Linear Sequential method. This research uses the PHP programming language with a code igniter framework. This research succeeded in developing a cash management information system, especially cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. From the results of interviews with users conducted by researchers, responses from those who will use this system are quite positive because it canfacilitate them in the process of managing financial data.

Abstract

The Internet of Thing (IoT) is a combination of the internet and ubiquitoscomputing which has the function of controlling various kinds of electronic goods remotely and can be connected to various kinds of sensors. Technology can be used for the problem of feeding fish automatically which can be monitored from the blink application based on Android and IOS. The materials used in this study are iron and household furniture as construction, Mcu Esp8266 Node, Arduino, Loadcell, ultrasonic sensors, Servo Motors, and DC Motors. Tools that are made to work automatically run provide feed at predetermined hours and measure feed feed based on weight determined with a distance of ejection of feed up to 1 meter, and can be monitored using the blynk application via a local wifi network to find out the feed has been stocked and the amount of feed available in the main shelter.

Abstract

Digital Library is a library that utilizes information technology to manage library collections or any library activities. Library digitization is a must for every tertiary institution because this is explained in Article 24 Paragraph (3) of Law Number 43 of 2007. In addition, digital libraries are also needed when tertiary institutions carry out university accreditation. However, at STMIK Primakara, the existing digital library system has not been able to fulfill all data such as visit statistics required at the time of accreditation. To overcome these problems, then built a system that can support it. This study uses the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method and uses the CodeIgniter Framework as a system actor and in testing system effectiveness using the McLean and DeLone methods. This research succeeded in building and implementing a digital library system that had been designed. From the results of the system effectiveness test carried out by distributing questionnaires to STMIK Primakara students, it can be said that the system that has been built gets pretty good results on almost every variable to test its effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Business intelligence to determine the trend in sales of goods in response to the needs of the company, make decisions, and choosing sales strategies. Business intelligence (BI) is one of the solutions dealing with company needs, especially analyzing and providing data access to help make or take better decisions. There are several stages could help the company to facilitate the decision making process, such as database design, data warehouse design, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process, OLAP cube making and followed by report making. By seeing the report analyzes, the result of this study is the sale of goods in the Makassar area has the lowest contribution compared to other areas. The lowest sales by outlet can be seen from the O Voult Legian outlet which is ranked last with the fewest sales. Therefore, based on the results above the area or outlet that has the lowest contribution must be treated specifically. Conducting promotions and discounts is one of the objectives to increase the number of orders from customers with a greater range.

Abstract

CV Creative Chile Labs is one of the companies engaged in the provision of special trip and transport package services in Bali with the local and non-local customers. During the course of the company all company financial records are still in a manual system with the help of Ms. Exel Of course, with the manual system there are several obstacles faced by the company such as poor data management, delays in obtaining financial statements every month, the absence of monitoring tools that control the entry and exit of cash, and the difficulty in managing company data for future planning. Seeing this problem the authors do the analysis andprovide solutions for companies in the form of making financial management systems or accounting information systems based on WEB. This system will assist companies in recording costs, COGS, collecting customer data, and making profit and loss statements. With this system the owner of the company can monitor all activities of customer service and finance to make better decisions in the future.

Abstract

: Regional languages are one of the nation's heritage that must be preserved. According to the results of a survey conducted by UNESCO, 11% of the world's languages are found in Indonesia. The data obtained shows that 9 regional languages in Papua have become extinct and there are more than 50 regional languages that are threatened with extinction. Balinese is one of the regional languages in Indonesia and certainly has a threat of extinction. This study aims to create a stemming algorithm to be able to obtain basic words from affixed words in Balinese. Stemming is one of the most important algorithms needed in information-gathering and text-mining methods. The developed algorithm is an algorithm that initiates research in the fields of text-mining and information retrieval in Balinese. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that the approach using the n-gram analysis technique produces unsatisfactory accuracy. In this study an additional method was used by adding a dictionary to the algorithm designed by matching the basic words with the data in the dictionary. The results of the study show that this method can increase accuracy from 54% to 80% depending on the number of basic words in the dictionary

Abstract

Amazon is an American multinational technology company based in Seattle, Washington, which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and the Big Four artificial intelligence along with Google, Apple, and Facebook. Therefore this company must have many and varied sales data. One of them is book sales data. In this study, the author is interested in analyzing best-selling book sales by implementing data mining using the SVM algorithm, where the data is taken at Kaggle.com in the form of a data set.

Abstract

In terms of data processing and decision making for an agency, institution or business entity requires a lot of consideration. In the field of tourism, making decisions to be able to attract tourists requires various data, for example the small amount of consumer bio data and the things they like. Hospitality is one of the attributes in tourism that also requires processing of consumer data so that it can help hotels get more and of course loyal customers. ECRM is the right method in terms of processing this data, so that the hotel can be better.
