Abstract

Media promotion is very important in a company. One of the promotional media that is currently often used is the website. DAO is one company that uses the internet as a promotional medium. DAO is a company engaged in the field of cosmetics, especially for women, by relying on natural ingredients and products that are environmentally friendly. DAO uses social media as promotional media, so they want to build a website, but DAO still has difficulty building a website. This study aims to create a DAO website design. This research uses the UCD (User Centered Design) method so that the results obtained can answer consumers' needs for purchasing products digitally through the website, of course in line with DAO's goal of wanting to promote through the website. The result of this research is the design of the DAO website User Interface design so that later it can reach more users and of course increase loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: Object detection is one step in object recognition in the field of computer vision. The edges of the image characterize the boundaries that distinguish it from other objects and are therefore a very important problem in image processing. Accurate Image Edge Detection can significantly reduce the amount of data and filter out useless information while retaining important structural properties in the image. Since edge detection is at the forefront of image processing for object detection, it is very important to have a good understanding of edge detection algorithms. In this study, applying canny edge detection using python and OpenCV and also compared with other image processing methods. The result is that Canny edge detection has a better performance compared to other algorithms such as LoG (Laplacian of Gaussian), Robert, Prewitt and Sobel.

Abstract

Information system is a system that processes and provides information for decision making within an organization. Inventory information system is a system used to process and provide information about inventory data in a company for decision making. Inventory Information System In CV. Nilacakra publishers still use manual processes. The purpose of this study was to develop an ongoing inventory information system at CV. Nilacakra Publisher to support web-based control. The methodology used to develop this inventory information system is the waterfall method and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

Abstract

MDA Ubudiyah is an educational institution that focuses on Islamic religious studies. In this place the authors also conducted research. From the sistem currently used, the writer finds the fact that administrative activities there are still paper-based. This is a problem because of frequent data corruption and impractical data retrieval. Therefore the authors offer a solution by creating a website-based information sistem. The development method used in building this system is the Agile software development method. The data collection was carried out by interviewing the Ubudiyah MDA administrators and making observations. The programming language used is the Personal home page (PHP), then the database uses MySQL. The result of this research is the creation of a website-based information sistem to assist administrative activities at MDA Ubudiyah.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak masalah dalam proses penerimaan pegawai serta monitoring karyawan, seperti proses rekrutmen yang kompleks dan banyaknya pelamar yang mendaftar. Dari sinilah hadir gagasan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu proses rekrutmen dan penilaian kinerja pegawai baru. Menggunakan metode K-NN dan Weithed Product penilaian kinerja dari karyawan menjadi salah satu aspek penting lainnya dalam mengembangkan sebuah perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif. Ini dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan retensi karyawannya. Selain itu, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan dan Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Baru ini dapat memberikan masukan atau opini kedua yang diperlukan untuk memilih calon karyawan terbaik dari pelamar yang ada. Jika penilaian kinerja ini tidak ada, maka kualitas kerja dari karyawan baru tersebut akan menjadi tidak terkontrol.

Abstract

Sterilizer machine merupakan sebuah mesin yang dapat mensterilkan suatu benda yang bersifat logam seperti kaleng sehingga dapat menjaga kesterilan kaleng dari kuman dan bakteri. Pada suatu industri pengalengan ikan, sterilizer machine dapat berupa autoclave yang berfungsi untuk mensterilkan kemasan berupa kaleng dan memastikan olahan ikan terbebas dari bakteri dengan memanfaatkan suhu tinggi. Pengoperasian autoclave secara manual tanpa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi menyebabkan sering terjadi kelebihan suhu pada saat proses setrilisasi sehingga menyebabkan olahan ikan menjadi rusak. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya prototipe optimalisasi suhu pada autoclave berbasis Outseal Programmable Logic Control (PLC) dengan menggunakan Human Machine Interface ( HMI ) sebagai kontrol sistem. Autoclave ini menggunakan sensor thermocouple kapasitif dan induktif untuk mendeteksi suhu. Alat ini juga menggunakan HMI sebagai sistem monitoring yang terhubung pada aplikasi smartphone ketika terjadi kelebihan suhu dan untuk menghentikan mesin ketika terjadi kerusakaan dengan menekan emergency stop. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, keberhasilan thermocouple dalam melakukan pendeteksian suhu adalah sebesar 100% dan tingkat keberhasilan untuk pembuangan uap secara otomatis mengunakan sensor solenoid adalah 100%.

Abstract

Toko Harco Bali is a company that sells electronic equipment. In the system that is running at the Toko Harco Bali, it is still done manually such as making notes which often have errors when calculating the total payment, there is no recording of customer data & inventory records that are still written in notebooks and make time less effective, as well as the lack of existing internal control activities so as to make employees take concurrent jobs. Point Of Sales (POS) is a system to process sales transactions of goods. Internal control is one of the systems to guarantee the security of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design the point 0f sales system. In this design, the system can provide convenience and security in the transaction process. The research method used is the system development method, namely the prototyping approach. The stages in the prototyping method are, design or planning and end in the design of a new proposed system. The results of the analysis of SPI components in the form of control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, supervision and control activities and the results of this research design in the form of Database DFD, ERD and interface design

Abstract

PT Alfajores Bali Enak is a shop that sells cakes, cookies, and various other chocolate preparations. Currently, the recording of sales and inventories by PT Alfajores Bali Enak is still done manually. This causes errors in recording sales and inventory, which makes reports inaccurate. With the analysis and design of this information, the system is expected to assist in recording sales transactions and inventory management. This study uses the waterfall method, starting with needs analysis, planning, modeling, and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of DFD, ERD, Database, and User Interface designs as an overview of the system to be designed. The method of this information system can later assist users in the process of recording transactions so that they become more accurate. This research only reached the design stage, where it is expected to reach the implementation stage in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the information system implementation of the STMIK Primakara scholarship information system uses the website-based SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. In this system there are 3 accesses that can use this system, namely, marketing, student affairs, and the head of STMIK Primakara. Marketing and student affairs can input scholarship test scores such as TPA scores, IQ test scores, English scores, and interview scores. Then the student affairs section can directly calculate in the system and produce a percentage of student numbers. The student affairs section can also input the decisions that have been made. The chairman can see and provide recommendations and notes according to the STMIK Primakara Chair. In this system using the Prototype method where researchers get an overview of the application that will be built through the prototype application development stage first which will be evaluated by the user. The results of this study are in the form of system results reports where marketing and student affairs can input values and then calculated by the system and get results in the form of a percentage of the scholarship amount to help make it easier for the student department to determine the percentage of the scholarship amount.

Abstract

: Menggambarkan masalah yang terjadi dalam layanan IT di PT. Pelindo III, baik dari segi internal maunpun external. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pemahaman sistem dan transfer knowledge yang tidak maksimal saat terjadinya perubahan, keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian layanan IT karena beban kerja yang tinggi, komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara pihak internal maupun eksternal dalam menginformasikan pemberitahuan sistem, serta faktor-faktor lain seperti kurangnya transfer knowledge kepada pengguna, keterbatasan personal yang menangani sistem, dan kurangnya informasi yang diberikan oleh pengguna internal terhadap penguna eksternal terkait permaslahan yang tersampaikan. PT Pelindo III telah menetapkan SLA (Service Level Agreement) atau penyelesaian sesuai dengan kategori permasalahan, dan permasalahan tersebut di informasikan kepada pengguna eksternal beserta cara penyelesaiannya agar dapat dihindari dimasa depan atau dapat diselesaikan oleh pengguna itu sendiri. Untuk meningkatkan tata Kelola layanan IT, penulis menyatakan perlunya dilakukan audit sistem informasi menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Framework ini digunakan untuk mengukur dan menilai tata Kelola dan manajemen TI di suatu instnsi atau organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulisi akan menganalisis Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) dalam operasi dukungan menggunakan framework COBIT 5.
