Abstract

An information system is a system within an organization that brings together daily transaction processing needs that support managerial organizational functions in strategic activities of an organization to be able to provide certain outside parties with the reports needed. The company can be said to be a unit in a system. which influence each other, to achieve a goal. But sometimes in achieving these goals, several obstacles are often found, including data processing that is still done manually, and the increasing number of transactions every year. In running its business, the owner of AGUS MOTOR performs all its business activities manually, both recording sales and purchases data, searching for sales and purchase data, and in recapitulating income and expenditure data. Based on these problems, a motorcycle showroom information system is needed. Building an information system, requires analysis of requirements and system design, so that the system implemented is in accordance with user needs. The purpose of this research is to model business processes, analyze requirements specifications and system design, and evaluate requirements specifications and system interface designs. This study uses BPMN to model business processes and in this problem is described by UML (Unified Modeling Language). computerized and the resulting information can meet the needs of users as system users.

Abstract

The significant increase in population density has resulted in an increase in the amount of waste and waste generated in cities. The origin of this waste disposal varies, some from factory waste and some from household waste. Factory waste water can cause water pollution, causing the water to become cloudy and smell bad, the water becomes unclean and becomes a breeding ground for disease, the ecosystem around the water is disturbed, and the land around the factory where residents live is polluted by wastewater, so they face problems. disease and many other negative effects. The problem of water contaminated with waste is quite common in Bali, especially in the city of Denpasar. The waste comes from industrial waste and also from tofu factory waste. The solution given is the SPARING system. SPARING is a Continuous and Online Wastewater Quality Monitoring System designed to monitor the quality of wastewater treatment. Based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the system can monitor and control waste quality in real time and at low cost.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have a significant impact on various sectors of life, as well as in the digital business development sector. The dependence of society on technology has now penetrated into all factors of social and social life. Utilization and use of technology is now increasingly widespread, one of which is the use of information systems in conducting various transactions on online media that can be accessed on e-commerce pages. Kominfo noted that Indonesia is in the 6th position as the country with the most internet users in the world. In 2018, the number of internet users in Indonesia reached 202.6 million. This figure proves that Indonesia has a wide market opportunity, this can also be seen from the many foreign e-commerce companies that have started to target Indonesia as the target market. Among the many e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, Lazada is one that is quite popular and is currently widely used by the people of Indonesia. Lazada Indonesia was founded in 2012 and is one of the branches of the Lazada online retail network in Southeast Asia. Lazada Southeast Asia is a subsidiary of the Rocket Internet network, a German company. Lazada Indonesia's popularity as an e-commerce platform makes it a marketplace with 28 million visitors per month. However, it takes an in-depth observation and analysis on e-commerce sites to determine an effective strategy to design a compatible information system. The results of the observations that we analyze on the e-commerce company, namely Lazada Indonesia, which has many users who use Lazada as a place to buy and sell. Our observations are also from the FlowChart that we made aims to make it easier for us to present how or how to use Lazada. The benefit of the Use Case is used as a verification requirement and becomes an interface description of a system because every system that you want to build must also have an interface and be able to identify anyone who can interact with the Lazada Indonesia system and provide certainty about system requirements so that it is not confusing.

Abstract

Today world trade is no longer limited by space and time. The high mobility of people who demand that the world of sales is able to provide services and goods instantly according to buyer requests. To overcome this problem, transactions arise using internet media to connect sellers. Transactions via the internet are better known as E-Commerce, so that with E-Commerce it can increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales by utilizing information technology, low prices considering that making a website on the internet is cheaper than opening retail outlets in various places, as well as through purchasing services. internet will continue with the delivery of goods to the buyer. The purpose of this research is to find out about the effect after the existence of E-Commerce on Item Sales at the Koi-ku Shop. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, where the population in this study is the Owner Koi-ku Shop.

Abstract

As time goes by the development of technology is growing. Many benefits can be drawn from technological developments, one of which is business development. The STMIK Primakara campus has a division called the Innovation Center providing innovations to startup activists or encouraging startups to be able to develop further in the future by providing innovation and collaborating with business incubators at STMIK Primakara. However, information media or company profiles are still not well-developed, making it difficult in the future to provide innovative content to startup activists. Knowing this, the authors are interested in creating a company profile website by implementing a Content Management System (CMS). The result of this research is a website that is able to deliver innovative content so that website visitors will get appropriate information and can also encourage the creation of startups that can grow big in the future.

Abstract

As time goes by, technology goes very fast. Many business people use technology, one of which is an e-commerce website. E-commerce websites are very good to use because they can reach and be accessed by many people. Therefore the web design must be well made. In website design, the thing that must be considered is the user interface which is one of the factors that can determine the increase in website traffic. The better and simpler the user experience, neater, innovative, creative, and attractive the user interface is made, the more interested the user will be in exploring the website. This study aims to create an e-commerce website front end using the bootstrap 4 and codeigniter 3 framework.

Abstract

At present there are many construction companies spread across Indonesia, so they have competition both in terms of promoting their companies and in terms of bidding on the right and quality construction costs. CV. OSA Karya Mandiri is a construction company that was founded in 2015. The bid for construction costs is CV. OSA Karya Mandiri is currently still recorded manually and computerized using Microsoft Excel version 2010 software which causes many errors to be found in recording and calculating the RAB itself. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to create a system that makes it easier to calculate the budget plan for a construction project by the company. This study aims to design a web-based budget plan management system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this study is an information system for managing budget plans (rab) in web-based construction companies (case study cv. osa Karya Mandiri).

Abstract

STMIK Primakara is a College of Informatics and Computer Management that provides education in the IT field at the S1 level, where the main cycle of income is in the form of DPP (Education Development Fund) and SPP (Education Development Donations) payments. Recording of SPP payments and management of financial data at STMIK Primakara have started using the system but the system is not yet integrated with each other, where the finance party still has to edit income in the form of Microsoft Excel from the bank and then filter what data is needed then upload it to the financial system. Seeing these problems, the authors conducted an analysis and provided a solution for STMIK Primakara in the form of a web-based SPP payment system at STMIK Primakara using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of this study are a web-based tuition payment user interface design at STMIK Primakara to serve as a reference in making a tuition payment system later. With this system, it can make it easier for students and finance to process tuition payment transactions.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) as a support to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the company's operational processes. The application of information technology is a supporting instrument in the operations of companies engaged in all fields. To ensure the correct application of information technology and support corporate goals as well as to be effective and efficient in its operations, information technology governance is required. information technology governance process that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the results of the recapitulation of the level of information technology governance capability model at the PENTA Medica Clinic are level 3 (Define Process) and level 4 (Managed and Measurable) with the following process details: Manage operations (DSS01), and Manage service requests and incidents (DSS02) are at level 3; Manage problems (DSS03), Manage continuity (DSS04), Manage security service (DSS05), Manage business process controls (DSS06) are at level 4. This means that information technology at the PENTA Medica Clinic has been implemented into a managed model with work products according to existing information technology services.

Abstract

Utilization of the web today can also be used for trading activities such as E-Commerce. E-Commerce is used by traders to facilitate the sale of a product and process transactions. During this pandemic, E-Commerce is very necessary. During this pandemic, people were more interested in shopping online, according to the latest annual report from the solution-commerce startup, Sirclo, entitled "Navigating Indonesia E-Commerce COVID-19 Impact & The Rise of Social Commerce" showing that 12 million new E-Commerce users during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because the majority of customers are afraid to leave their homes because of the pandemic. One of the shops affected was Brandes Leather, which is an offline-based shop. During this pandemic, the turnover obtained by this shop decreased, because tourists were not allowed to visit Bali. This research aims to help shop sellers design a web-based E-Commerce, which later this web-based E-Commerce will be able to be used as a medium for promotion and transactions between buyers and sellers, not only useful for sellers, buyers will also find it easy to shop from home and get information about the product to be purchased through E-Commerce itself. The result of this study is a web-based e-commerce design at a brandes leather bag shop using the prototype method so that later this shop's product enthusiasts can shop from their homes, and can get information about this shop's products easily.
