Abstract

Website based online store is one of the Information Technology which is a business strategy platform for selecting and maintaining customers, can optimize long-term value, can store customer philosophy and culture to support the effectiveness of marketing, sales and service processes. Building a good online store must follow the correct project procedure, which is preceded by making a proposal to outline all the requirements that will be implemented in making the intended application. At this writing, the author prepared a website-based online shop proposal for Umkm PMAM Bali which described in detail the scope of the platform to be built (Scope), the functions to be made which are described by the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the implementation schedule (Schedule). Resources (Resources), cost plans (Cost), risk analysis (Risk Analysis) and forms of change management (Change Management) when the application is ready to operate. This proposal is expected to be able to provide input for building the website platform and will be proposed to Umkm PMAM Bali to be used and implemented.

Abstract

The development of technology and information currently has a lot of impact on organizations and government, therefore an analysis is needed to find out what needs to be addressed and maximized again so that technological developments can be followed, especially by the Temesi village office, Gianyar. In carrying out village operations, the Temesi Gianyar village office uses a website provided by the government, where the site can manage village population data. However, there are still drawbacks to the use of the website, such as errors in websites and databases that frequently bug. This can occur due to the lack of stability of the internet andinfrastructure as well as the lack of potential ICT human resources at the Temesi village office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the subject of the Temesi village office using the COBIT 5 framework as a process model measurement tool. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and literature study methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of implementing information technology governance in the Temesi Gianyar village office with the conclusion that it can provide recommendations regarding references in the application and development of ICT at the villageoffice.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, human work, especially in obtaining information becomes easier. Not only in obtaining information but also in processing information into data that humans need. The convenience of internet provider tariff services along with the affordability of the hardware that supports it also contributes to supporting the delivery and acquisition of information through internet media. The design of a web- based sales system is a system that aims to promote, market, as well as support the purchasing power and competitiveness of the company in reaching its consumers online. With the website, it is hoped that the existing information can reach consumers with a wider coverage area because the internet is a promotional media that is easy and fast to access. The data used in the preparation of this final project include primary data and secondary data. The research method used is field study and literature study. Field studies include observations, interviews, and documentation. While the literature study is carried out by conducting research on the results of the literature related to the problem, the data obtained is then analyzed more deeply, including problem analysis, needs analysis, hardware, software, and cost analysis. System design includes data flow design, data dictionary, erd, normalization, table relations, database structure design and input output design.

Abstract

Streaming is currently being favored by millennials. Streaming is a multimedia service that is able to offer a service that is quite adequate for users to enjoy multimedia services in real-time and maintain a stable level of stability. Streaming can be applied to wireless networks or LAN networks. With the streaming on a LAN network, the costs required to provide streaming services are even lower. The protocol used for this media server is Real Time Protocol (RTP). One of the uses of streaming technology that is widely used in daily activities is Streaming Video. One of the most popular streaming media in Indonesia today is Netflix, Disney and Vidio.com. From the research we made, we concluded that watching streaming online is something that is being popular with many people. Therefore, we chose the object, namely Vidio.com, present as one of the platforms that provide film and series shows at this time that we can watch streaming throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this report is to find out the analysis and design of the subscription system in Vidio.com. begins by looking for information on the method that will be used in our object, namely Data Structured Oriented Methodologies because this methodology emphasizes the structure of the input and output systems. After that we made a DFD or Data Flow Diagram of our object, namely Vidio.com, there are several descriptions of the process from Vidio.com's Data Flow Diagram from level 0 regarding Login to level 1.3 Watching. After creating a DFD we created a BPMN or what can be called a Business Process Modeling Notation, by making this BPMN the aim is to provide a notation that is easy to use and understandable by everyone involved in the business. after that we explain in detail about the business process of the Vidio.com object.

Abstract

Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is an institution that is engaged in education at the SMA/K level. The Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is a private school established by individuals through a school committee. Currently, the Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School does not yet have a good financial reporting system. This information system is used to exchange information about the school's financial reports every month, especially useful for the finance department (treasurer) to make and determine monthly financial reports. The information system built aims to make it easier to submit monthly school financial reports and save time in making because this reporting system only does data input. The information system implemented will be built using Financial Reporting using In this research report, the researcher uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall development model, using the Mysql Database. While the programming used by the author is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and the end result is a web application that connects to a database that is run on one (single) server. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the process of inputting payment and expenditure data, to help speed up the performance of the finance department, to increase accuracy in conducting financial transactions. All transactions will be saved automatically to financial reports which include budgets, cash inflows, cash outflows, general journals, ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets, BOS funds and school inventory data. Suggestions that later this system can be developed by adding or modifying the payroll system feature which will later be able to help the principal and the head of the foundation to see the payroll procedures in this school's financial reporting system.

Abstract

Development of technology and information in the modern era that is now sophisticated, the dissemination and receipt of information is now very easy for everyone to do. Technological advances have also led to trends in the use of information technology in various aspects and the media globally. One aspect of the use of this technology can be used in the field of tourism which is commonly referred to as smart tourism where in general smart tourism aims to develop infrastructure and information and communication capabilities in order to improve management/governance, facilitate service/product innovation, and improve the tourist experience.Bali Province is one of the most prominent provinces in Indonesia in the field of tourism where many tourists vacation in Bali. However, in the field of transportation, Bali does not yet have mass transportation that is connected throughout Bali. Because the problems that are not only in Bali, there is the use of technology with the existence of startups in the field of online transportation. This online transportation provider provides various services such as delivery, purchasing food, paying for tickets and others. The existence of online transportation is an alternative for tourists for their mobility, to evaluate the satisfaction of using this transportation, the Fuzzy Servqual method is used. Fuzzy Servqual measures per dimension attribute of service quality so that the accuracy of the data per dimension can be known.

Abstract

STMIK Primakara Online Learning System (SPADA) is an LMS Learning Management System to carry out an online learning system between lecturers and students by providing classes for each subject in the system so that there is also a discussion of the system so that there is also a discussion of the assignments and there is also campus information related to lectures. exist in the system. Abstract

Density in Denpasar City is increasing every year. In addition to the density of its citizens, vehicles have also increased. This can make it increasingly difficult for Denpasar City to get to Smart City because it cannot achieve Smart mobility which is one of the main points of Smart City itself. One of the scopes of a smart mobility is a parking system. The parking system is one of the scopes of smart mobility because the parking system can be a source of congestion. We can see in several types of events held in Denpasar City, for example, PKB which is an annual event in Denpasar. Many residents of Denpasar City complained that they had difficulty finding parking and ended up looking for other parking alternatives that might be further away. During the search process, most of them will drive their vehicles slowly so that when there is an empty parking lot they don't miss it. The smart parking system is one solution that can be applied to reduce congestion in the city of Denpasar which is increasing.
