<![CDATA[After COVID 19 was announced as a global pandemic, businesses suddenly changed everything from work processes, business strategies to the most basic things like interactions. COVID-19 has also changed consumer behavior patterns, everyone will start to get used to online shopping. The digital adaptation of SMEs is needed to deal with the existing conditions. This adaptability will be socialized to SMEs typical of Palu City. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge about the adaptability of digital SMEs in the city of Palu so that they can adapt to rapidly changing business developments according to market demands. The culinary MSME actors typical of the city of Palu are very enthusiastic about accepting the arrival of the service team, while showing the current conditions faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Culinary SMEs typical of the city of Palu need assistance in making business decisions. In addition, culinary SMEs typical of the city of Palu also require skill ups or even new skills in order to be able to adapt to business developments that are rapidly changing according to market demands.]]>

<![CDATA[The impact of COVID 19 has greatly reduced product marketing for the business world, including MSMEs, especially those still using traditional products. Based on these problems, MSME actors are required to make changes in marketing their products through social media or known as digital marketing. The purpose of this abdimas activity is to provide knowledge and training for MSMEs about digital marketing for marketing by utilizing social media. The method of abdimas activities are lectures, discussions and direct training to MSME actors. The abdimas participants, namely MSME actors in the Pondok Pesantren area, do not yet know the digital marketing system to offer products. The total number of associations is about 125 business actors who follow 25 people. The results from abdimas are that participants get additional knowledge and knowledge about digital marketing starting from the understanding, types, and uses for marketing MSME products and participants can create content and captions to support product picture/photo/video posts on Instagram accounts]]>

<![CDATA[Batam's economic growth has decreased in recent years. As one of the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) areas that are very possible to attract investors from abroad to make Foreign Investments (PMA), Batam City should have great economic growth. With this, it encourages the author to conduct research in order to determine the factors causing the decline in economic growth in Batam City. Where to obtain information, we use descriptive quantitative methods. The information obtained can be seen that Foreign Investment (PMA) greatly affects the economic growth rate of Batam City. The decline in PMA, the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) also decreased. So that it can be one of the determining factors for the size of the UMR in Batam City. The decline in PMA is due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and overlapping regulations between the two agencies, namely BP Batam and Pemko Batam. Therefore, the author would like to recommend in order to clarify the law (regulation) between BP Batam and Pemko Batam. So as not to cause inconvenience to investors due to overlapping regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[SMAN 1 Ketapang often win in regional to provincial level olympiads including physics, earth, astronomy, and geography. In supporting the achievements that have been achieved, Polytechnic State of Ketapang can contribute in terms of sharing knowledge about geography such as geological mapping using compass traverse. Compass traverse are generally used in regional geological mapping to measure, and describe rock units which are converted into mapping space. This mapping activity requires equipment such as a geological compass, which has not accommodated at school. Based on the analysis of the situation, the problems need to be solved by training in geological mapping using the compass traverse method as the implementation of geography lessons. The implementation of training activities is carried out by theory and field practice. The achievement of training objectives can be measured based on several achievement indicators such as the introduction of geological and topographic maps, training in the use of geological compasses and GPS, the practice of mapping compass traverse and processing compass traverse data. The results of the evaluation of the overall activity measurement of all indicators can be assessed as good with an average value of 76.75%.]]>

<![CDATA[Mining Engineering as one of the D3 Study Programs at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang seeks to assist the government in preventing the spread of Covid-19 in Ketapang Regency. Through PKM activities in 2020, Mining Engineering provides an alternative to preventing the Covid-19 virus by making a natural disinfectant made from betel leaf and applied in sterilization booths. The sterilization booth with natural disinfectant liquid of betel leaf was given to one of the mosques in Ketapang Regency, Al-Muhdi Mosque, Pelang District, Ketapang Regency on Friday, July 10, 2020. <![CDATA[Digital transformation is not just about a technological development, but occurs at the intersection of people, business and technology guided by a broader business strategy. In every community organization there must be problems and obstacles that hit every organizational journey as well as the United Batak Youth Organization which still uses conventional media in every activity, by maximizing this digital transformation it can improve Human Resources in the United Batak Youth organization, especially in DPAC Cengkareng in every activity. The method of implementing community service uses a zoom meeting application between tutors and participants, because it is still in PPKM Level 3. Members of the United Batak Youth are given counseling on the use of existing digital as supporting activities. The results of this counseling will be made an article in electronic media as part of a report related to the implementation of community service activities for members of the United Batak Youth (PBB) DPAC Cengkareng. <![CDATA[The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase teacher competence in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the difficulties experienced by teachers during online learning are related to learning media, preparation of lesson plans and assessments. This PKM activity is in a virtual form, namely a Webinar which is carried out through the Zoom Meeting media. Where this activity is in collaboration with KKKS Mustika Dwija Sarana Sumpiuh with 240 participants as teachers. The method used is Service Learning. The results of this activity are able to increase teacher competence in the online learning process related to three things, namely first, the use of online learning media other than WA Group such as Zoom/GMeet, Google Classroom, and Learning Videos; second, increasing teacher competence in preparing online learning lesson plans or blended learning, and third, increasing teacher competence in preparing online learning assessments]]>

<![CDATA[People are left behind not only because of limited infrastructure facilities but also because of the economy. The progress of a region is in line with the policies initiated to bring about changes in people's lives for the better. In the Very Disadvantaged Village community, skills training can make the community creative so that it is expected to have an impact on improving the community's economy. The skill of stringing ropes into an economical product is one way to increase people's income. However, the lack of strategies and means and facilities need support in realizing business success. The community service method used in this activity is the lecture and practice method. The number of participants involved were 21 people who were divided into four groups. Each group received guidance from the trainer starting from theory and assembling techniques. The materials and tools used are purchased at the central market of Pinrang Regency. The trainers involved are people who have skills in stringing ropes. The end of this training shows that participants can make a work in the form of a bag. This bag has a unique shape and can attract customers. Participants also received promotional strategy materials on social media so that their work could be marketed. The training lasted for two days which was attended by a group of women in Passaparang Village, Basseang Village, Pinrang Regency. The post-training commitment brought that participants agreed to continue this knitting business in order to improve individual skills.]]>
