Indonesia as a country rich in natural resources has better international trade performance in increasing the exchange rate. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports and inflation on the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar during 1987-2019. The data used are secondary data sourced from the World Bank, the method used is a quantitative approach by applying a time series data model. This is an error correction model or ECM (Error Correction Model). The results of this study indicate that exports and imports have a significant negative effect on the exchange rate in the short term and a positive effect in the long term, while inflation has a positive effect on the exchange rate in the long term and a negative effect in the short term. So it can be concluded that exports and imports only have a short-term effect on the exchange rate while inflation has a long-term effect on the rupiah exchange rate.

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing micro financing of MSMEs with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Trunojoyo Branch Office, Bangkalan. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it shows that in micro financing of MSMEs with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Trunojoyo Branch Office, Bangkalan through an agreement between the customer and the bank with an agreement on the assets or goods needed by the customer first, then the bank will conduct a field survey to the customer which will then be disbursed according to the approval of the head of the bank. It can be concluded that micro financing of MSMEs using the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is a financing process for small and medium micro businesses through a financing agreement with a capital cooperation scheme for the purchase of goods or property in asset ownership with applicable sharia provisions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on the effectiveness of PT PLN (Persero) employees. The research method used is a quantitative correlational method. The sample was selected using the incidental sampling technique with 100 employees as respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form. The analysis method used is the multiple statistical analysis method. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. It can be concluded that if work discipline and work environment increase, work effectiveness will also increase.

The health condition of the Bank can be analyzed through financial statements, which provide valuable information for decision-making. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the financial performance of BRI Bank using a quantitative approach. The research is quantitative, with secondary data sources, and employs a causal associative method. Sampling criteria include complete and audited reports, encompassing all relevant financial information for analysis. In this causal research, data analysis techniques are utilized to identify the causal relationships between the existing variables. The results show that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, while CAR has a negative but not significant effect on ROA. Additionally, NPF and FDR have positive but insignificant effects on ROA. It can be concluded that CAR, NPF, BOPO, and FDR influence ROA at Bank BRI, with significant effects.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bagaimana efek profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, leverage terhadap return saham. Dalam kajian ini, variabel bebas yaitu profitabilitas dengan indikator Return on Asset, ukuran perusahaan diproksikan dengan Sales Growth, likuiditas dengan Current Ratio, leverage diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio. Return saham digunakan sebagai variable terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019 – 2021. Teknik penentuan sampel memakai nonprobability sampling yang disebut sebagai purposive sampling. Hasilnya, 12 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengujian yang dipilih untuk mengolah yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda yang didukung oleh aplikasi SPSS. Hasil studi menunjukkan profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas mempunyai dampak positif pada return saham, sementara leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif pada return saham.

This study aims to see the influence of promotion and price perception as factors in purchasing decisions on Tango wafers at Tara Surabaya Minimarket. The approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who had consumed Tango wafers. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 45 respondents. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that promotion and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Tango wafers at Tara Surabaya Minimarket. The results of this study indicate that promotion and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. So it can be concluded that the better the level of promotion, the higher the level of purchasing decisions, the lower the level of promotion, the lower the level of purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, childhood experience and financial behavior on financial satisfaction among Shopeepay users among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veterans East Java. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with explanatory research design. The research population is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veterans East Java for the 2022/2023 academic year who have the criteria of having made transactions and kept their money in the Shopeepay service. The number of samples in this study were 98 people. The sample was taken using the Solvin technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that Financial Behavior has no role in financial satisfaction for shopeepay users. However, Financial Literacy and Childhood Experience have a role in financial satisfaction for shopeepay users. It can be concluded that financial literacy and childhood experience can increase financial satisfaction in ShopeePay users.

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia has grown very rapidly from year to year with various brands, both imported and local. One local brand that is growing rapidly is Camille Beauty. One of the factors that has boosted the popularity of Camille Beauty products is the marketing carried out using the tiktok platform. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in building brand awareness for Camille Beauty products through the TikTok platform. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data uses secondary data. The data was obtained from searches on various official and popular sites as well as various scientific publications. Data is presented by using descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are several marketing strategies in building brand awareness for Camille Beauty products through the TikTok platform, namely first, Camille Beauty creates creative and interesting content; second, implementing the use of hashtags that are relevant to their products and the beauty industry in general; third, using the live feature on TikTok which really helps Camille Beauty in promoting its products directly through online networks; Fourth, give discounts. It can be concluded that Camille Beauty has implemented its marketing strategy appropriately and in accordance with its targets.

Tax avoidance is an effort by companies to minimize the tax burden that will be paid by taking advantage of existing loopholes in taxation. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the factors that can influence tax avoidance with firm value as a mediating variable. This research aims at LQ45 issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 60 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method and a sample of 34 companies was obtained with a total of 102 observations. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and was processed using IBM SPSS AMOS 24 software. The results showed that partially ROA and DER did not have an effect on tax avoidance, company size has a negative effect on tax avoidance, and firm value as a mediating variable cannot mediate the relationship between ROA, DER, and firm size and tax avoidance. It can be concluded that ROA, DER, and company size are not factors that influence Tax Avoidance.

The Purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, service quality, and brand image on purchase intention at Mixue Kelapa Dua Depok with quantitative methods. This data was obtained by randomly distributing to 100 respondents at the Mixue Kelapa Dua Depok Outlet and by accidental sampling technique. This study applies multiple linear regression analysis methods including validity test, reliablity test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test (Rsquare), and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The result of the study stated that product quality, service quality, and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Mixue Kelapa Dua. The conclusion of this study shows that the Mixue Kelapa Dua outlet has a strong brand image for consumers in terms of product quality, and service quality so that it influences purchase intention, consumer can also give a good assessment of the Mixue Kelapa Dua Depok outlet.
