Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Webstore Visual Design and Emotional Value on Muslimah Clothing Online Purchase Decisions for Generation Z FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students. The growing phenomenon of online business, especially among generation Z who are skilled in technology and often shop online, encourages entrepreneurs to create webstores that attract attention and can influence their buying decisions, especially in Muslim clothing. This study discusses the influence of visual webstore design and emotional value partially or simultaneously on online purchasing decisions for Muslim women's clothing in Generation Z. The uniqueness of this research lies in its deep focus on the effectiveness of the webstore design itself and its relationship with emotional value, which has rarely been studied before. The research method used a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS to analyze data from 61 respondents who were FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students from generation Z. The results showed that partially, the webstore's visual design and emotional value had no significant effect on the online buying decision for Muslimah clothing in Generation Z. However, simultaneously, these two variables had a positive effect on purchasing decisions for FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students. In conclusion, professionalism, honesty, transparency, and trust in webstore design contribute to consumer buying interest and create positive emotional value as a form of appreciation for the satisfaction and convenience of using the webstore, which ultimately increases the decision to purchase Muslimah fashion products online in Generation Z.

Abstract

The motives for violent crime are wide ranging. Results show that violence in commercial robbery was often used to achieve the material goals of the offense (to steal money or goods) by ensuring compliance and by overcoming resistance. Also found was that violence in assault was used purposively to achieve the immediate goal of harming the victim. In both cases, violence was used in ways that could be directly attributed to the successful commission of the offense. In other cases, violence performed additional functions, such as enhancing the status of the offender, generating a reputation for toughness on the street, providing a response to challenges to masculinity, giving an outlet for aggression and the desire to fight, and as a means of administering retaliation and revenge through informal justice; violence of this kind is used as an expression of a value system that condones violent behavior. Methodologically, the research is qualitative, involving semi-structured face-to-face oral interviews (open-ended) with 30 armed robbers in prison custody in Witbank, South Africa. Armed robbery is a type of robbery aided by weapon(s) to threaten, force and deprive a person or persons of the right to private, public or corporate belongings. The analytical framework employed is interpretive phenomenology, to capture the holistic worldview of the offender sample. Secondary data comes from both the eletronic media. Findings are presented under four systematic themes: “challenges of policing bank robberies and the extent of the harm, speculative motives, planning and duration of planning process, and tools of trade”. In the following, these themes are explained making use of participants’ statements.

Abstract

Many people, especially students, use e-wallets for daily transactions such as storing funds and purchasing daily necessities. The Prophet SAW also forbade the behavior of squandering or wastefulness in ablution using water, even though it was in the river. In fact, the lifestyle among students today is in stark contrast to the changes that occur, such as buying things that are not really needed at all. This is where the origin of a high lifestyle causes students to have irrational consumption abilities and tend to have consumptive behavior. Consumptive behavior that arises among students is caused by technological developments and in the development process of the individual himself. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods with primary data from questionnaire results in the form of links from Google Forms, aiming to determine how much influence the use of digital wallets has on student lifestyles. The analysis of the effect of using digital wallets on the lifestyle of 2020 Islamic Economics students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung obtained results that show an influence of the use of digital wallets on the lifestyle of 2020 Islamic economics students. This is evident from the number of 2020 Islamic economics students who use digital wallets for shopping activities, both for daily needs and just fulfilling desires.

Abstract

Advancements in technology during the 4.0 era promise significant benefits for human civilization. This study focuses on the technological evolution of digital payment methods, specifically electronic money (e-money), in Indonesia's digital economy landscape. E-money, utilizing electronic devices like chips or servers, serves as a cashless payment alternative, contributing to a notable decline in cash usage. The proliferation of e-money is evident in Indonesia, driven by startups and competition among key players like Gojek, OVO, and Shopee. The research employs qualitative methods, including a descriptive approach and literature survey, drawing insights from various sources such as books, journals, and prior research. While the adoption of e-money has surged, particularly for its convenience, security, and speed in digital transactions, challenges persist in remote parts of Indonesia where cash remains prevalent. Recognizing this, Bank Indonesia collaborates with institutions to promote non-cash transactions, striving towards a cashless society.

Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship education is intricately linked to individual interactions within their environment. This research aims to develop a collaborative economy-based business incubator model for fostering Islamic entrepreneurship intention. Employing a research and development methodology, the study involved 32 Pesantren youths at Taslim Pangalengan, focusing on a coffee-growing business unit. Data collection incorporated interviews, surveys, and limited group discussions. The analysis adopted a quantitative approach with various tests and qualitative descriptive analytics. Results revealed that changes in Islamic entrepreneurship behavior, seen as a social interaction process, are positively influenced by a collaborative economic system. Collaborative experiences contribute to strengthening the transformative aspects of thinking, behavior, and action, particularly in innovating and undertaking business risks. The business incubator emerges as a facilitator in shaping Islamic entrepreneurship intention. The study underscores the importance of enhancing comprehension of collaborative economics and business incubators to cultivate Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. It advocates for a broader perspective on entrepreneurial intentions grounded in Islamic principles within a collaboration-based business incubator model.
