Abstract

In this modern era, disseminating information is easier and faster through the latest technology, including publications using information media. Little Ambulance is a social institution in the field of public health which requires information media to build public trust. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a reference framework used to build an information architecture that suits the needs of Little Ambulance. Little Ambulance, by using this EA, is able to identify ongoing transactions and operations and also to design a blueprint for the future. The required information architecture includes information about location, news, volunteer search, and donation transaction reports. Creating this website can help Little Ambulance to gain trust, support and volunteers who want to join, as well as to ensure transparency of expenditure made by Little Ambulance in order to increase public trust.

Abstract

Advancements in technology during the 4.0 era promise significant benefits for human civilization. This study focuses on the technological evolution of digital payment methods, specifically electronic money (e-money), in Indonesia's digital economy landscape. E-money, utilizing electronic devices like chips or servers, serves as a cashless payment alternative, contributing to a notable decline in cash usage. The proliferation of e-money is evident in Indonesia, driven by startups and competition among key players like Gojek, OVO, and Shopee. The research employs qualitative methods, including a descriptive approach and literature survey, drawing insights from various sources such as books, journals, and prior research. While the adoption of e-money has surged, particularly for its convenience, security, and speed in digital transactions, challenges persist in remote parts of Indonesia where cash remains prevalent. Recognizing this, Bank Indonesia collaborates with institutions to promote non-cash transactions, striving towards a cashless society.

Abstract

With the development of the internet, information technology has also undergone a significant transformation in the global marketing paradigm. Before the adoption of this framework, business operators generally used conventional and traditional promotional methods. However, with the emergence of the digital era, traditional approaches have been replaced through digital marketing, involving marketing activities using various social media. The use of social media as a promotional strategy has become an optimal method to expand the market or reach more customers. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can expand the marketing of their products through digital platforms, especially on various social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram. It is hoped that this can accelerate the transformation of MSMEs in Indonesia towards the digital era. However, not all MSME products can be widely known by the public, and the main cause is the suboptimal utilization of social media as a promotional tool. This research aims to understand the benefits that make social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, effective promotional tools, especially for MSMEs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The utilization of social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, for business operators can provide advantages, including serving as a promotional or marketing tool, enabling the establishment of personal relationships with consumers, serving as a means of collecting consumer data, and conveying information or responses to consumers.

Abstract

The training and implementation of the medical record retention application at Klinik Pratama Prima Husada Bandung aim to enhance the efficiency of medical record document management in accordance with applicable regulations. The application is designed to support the selection, transfer, and disposal of medical record documents based on the specified retention period, thereby reducing the accumulation of physical documents and expediting information access. The training activities involved healthcare workers and administrative staff, covering topics such as the introduction of medical record retention concepts, application usage, and document management simulations. The implementation results showed that the application improved accuracy in categorizing documents into active and inactive groups and enhanced efficiency in retrieving required documents. Furthermore, the application ensured compliance with regulations related to medical record management. With the success of this training and implementation, Klinik Pratama Prima Husada Bandung is expected to improve the quality of medical record management, support digital transformation, and provide better-organized healthcare services to patients. Among the 20 participants, 5 (25%) were highly proficient, 5 (25%) were moderately proficient, and 10 (50%) were proficient.

Abstract

The existence of the internet has separated itself from human life, young and old. Like most internet users, especially social networks that allow them to freely access information and interact with others through cyberspace, can have both positive and negative impacts on children. The negative impact of free and uncontrolled internet use can damage moral and social life. Children are particularly at risk of these negative impacts. It can affect their outlook on life so it becomes a bad trait. This condition requires efforts to avoid and anticipate the bad effects of the internet on children. The main effort should be made by parents as their closest environment. Parents must set limits, monitor, and provide direction to children. Through community service activities that aim to provide education on the importance of the role of parents in supervising the importance of safe and healthy internet. The method of implementing the activities used is the method of counseling or socialization. The implementation of this socialization can maximize the positive impact of internet use and minimize the negative impact.

Abstract

Dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran, para guru masih mengandalkan pendekatan konvensional dengan memberikan penjelasan langsung di kelas. Meskipun para guru berusaha untuk membuat pembelajaran menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa, namun tidak selalu siswa dapat fokus dan ada kemungkinan mereka tidak memperhatikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan secara berulang dan mampu menarik minat siswa agar mereka dapat belajar dengan lebih baik seperti menggunakan video pembelajaran. Canva merupakan sebuah platform desain online yang menyediakan fitur-fitur atau kegunaannya untuk pendidikan, yaitu sebagai media pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, interaktif, dan kolaboratif sehingga membuat pembelajaran menjadi mudah dan menyenangkan. Pada pelatihan materi yang diperkenalkan ialah mengenai tutorial menggunakan video pembelajaran dalam kebutuhan media ajar guru. Adapun peserta dalam pelatihan membuat video pembelajaran menggunakan canva merupakan guru dari Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Falah Ash-Shiddiqie Bandung. Dari pengamatan, terlihat bahwa peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan penuh perhatian dan semangat yang tinggi. Pelatihan ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para guru/pengajar untuk mempersiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang nantinya dapat memberikan semangat belajar pada siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to classify Umrah package selection based on season using the K-Means algorithm, which is expected to help PT Pradana Grassindo Travel in determining more effective promotional strategies. The background to the problem includes problems in managing airline ticket prices and accommodation availability during the peak season, as well as extreme weather conditions in Saudi Arabia. The research method involved collecting primary data through interviews and literature study, the data obtained amounted to 149 data, which was then processed using the K-Means clustering method and using Microsoft Excel and RapidMiner software. The analysis results show that the K-Means algorithm is able to group pilgrim data into two clusters based on departure season, namely Summer and Winter. This research provides a significant contribution in improving promotional strategies and services for Umrah pilgrims.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is a way to measure the level of employee productivity. In the process of assessing the performance of Non-Civil Servants (non-PNS) employees at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Education and Training of Cooperatives and Entrepreneurs (UPTD P3W) at this time, it is required to classify data based on several factors to find out whether the employee fits into the eligible category or not as the best employee to become a civil servant (PNS) candidate. The purpose of this research is to make it easier to determine the classification of the performance assessment of non-PNS employees at UPTD P3W using the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm and to determine the level of accuracy in the classification of the performance assessment. In this study, the authors used 498 data as training data and 105 data as testing data for manual testing in Excel and for testing using RapidMiner tools. Based on the analysis in the study, the result of the predictions determines the best employees to become candidates for civil servants quickly and accurately, while from the tests performed by comparing training data and with data testing using RapidMiner tools, the accuracy rate is 84.76%.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction levels with the services provided by BPRS Al Ma’soem Bandung using the C4.5 Customer satisfaction is an important factor in influencing the running of a bank. To understand the indicators that influence customer satisfaction, it is necessary to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with a service. This article explains the use of the classification method with the C4.5 algorithm at BPRS Al Ma'soem Bandung. Data were obtained from 406 respondents through a questionnaire covering variables such as service, facilities, ease of access, products, and trust. The results of the analysis show that the attributes of trust and suitability have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction. The resulting model has an accuracy level of 96.31%, indicating the effectiveness of the C4.5 algorithm in analyzing data. This study provides recommendations to BPRS Al Ma'soem to improve service quality, adjust facilities, and products to customer needs to maintain competitiveness in the Islamic banking sector.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance student participation in learning by utilizing interactive media, Wordwall and Canva. The lack of focus and engagement among students in the learning process has been a major challenge at SDN Cantel Margaasih Vilage. As a solution, interactive learning technology was implemented to create a more engaging learning experience. This program involved 89 students from grades IV and VI and was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The evaluation results indicate that most students were more enthusiastic when using Wordwall compared to conventional methods. However, the limitation of audio features in Wordwall was identified as a challenge. These findings provide valuable insights for educators to optimize technology-based learning media to increase student engagement.
