Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk management of murabahah financing and determine the impact of risk management implementation on murabahah financing settlement solutions. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that produces descriptive data using data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentaries in accordance with the title being observed. The risk of financing at BSM KCP Ciamis has two risks, namely sidestraiming or force majeure. Sidestraiming is a risk that arises from the mismatch of a customer financing request with the use of the customer's financing. Meanwhile, force majeure is the risk that arises from events outside the bank's predictions, such as natural disasters and accidents. Risk management carried out by BSM KCP Ciamis is by gathering information, collecting documents, and verifying its customers. These three steps are carried out using analysis. The analysis used by BSM KCP Ciamis is 5C analysis, namely character (character), capacity (capacity), capital (capital), collateral (guarantee), and conditions (conditions). Among the 5Cs, there are the most prioritized, namely analysis of character (character), capacity (capacity). If the customer has a problem, the bank will resolve the problem by using several methods including rescheduling, reconditioning, or restructuring. The implementation of risk management carried out by BSM KCP Ciamis can be categorized as healthy financing, because the non-performing financing is below 7%, namely 2.5%. This success is not only carried out by one party, but for the support and cooperation of all components in BSM KCP Ciamis

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies are being used to increase the income of Grab Majenang drivers. Then the researchers will dig up information on how to improve the economic welfare of drivers after becoming a Grab driver. After that, the researcher then examined the strategies developed and implemented by the drivers of the Grab Majenang indigenous group based on an Islamic perspective. Data were collected by observation, interviews (interviews), and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative method, namely by formulating the data obtained and then classified in order to answer the formulation of the problem. The results of the study show that the strategies applied by drivers to increase income in an effort to improve their economic welfare have been good and appropriate to be applied both in the short and long term. Then the changes in the economic welfare of the drivers, namely from before becoming a Grab driver (partner) and after becoming a Grab driver (partner), the results are quite drastic in improving their economy. Furthermore, it is obtained from the results of reviewing and analyzing these strategies using guidelines that are in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective. So that the results of an Islamic economic view on these strategies show that these strategies are feasible and good to implement because they do not contain elements of fraud or fraud that can harm other parties which is strictly prohibited by Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic economic principles in the development of the Sharia laundry business "Mr. Cling Ciamis". This qualitative research with descriptive method is based on data from interviews and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the Islamic economic values applied by Laundry Syariah "Mr. Cling Ciamis" are monotheism, justice, free will, and responsibility have been implemented properly. In addition, the application of Islamic business principles continues to increase in line with progress or good business development. The development of the "Mr. Cling" Laundry business can be seen from the addition of business branches and the presence of several "Mr. Cling" Laundry agents in several places. The aspects of the application of Islamic economics are viewed from several indicators: marketing, human resources, and social.

Abstract

Domestic violence (KDRT) is a very complex problem. Domestic violence is like an iceberg, which looks small on the surface but is actually rooted and big in shape, sinking downwards. The trend in Indonesia is increasing every year. Data on domestic violence (KDRT) is always the most reported case every year. The number of domestic violence cases that were reported during 2017 was around 300 thousand cases. The dominant victims are wives/women (Komnas Perempuan, 2019). But the impact can be broad to violence against children. In the Regency area, data on divorce in Ciamis Regency shows that most divorces occur due to domestic violence (KDRT). The divorce rate in Ciamis Regency has always been high at the national level. In 2019, the divorce rate in Ciamis was ranked 5th nationally. Of these, 719 divorce cases were caused by domestic violence (PA Ciamis, 2019). According to previous research, the causes of domestic violence have many variables, including: (a) masculine religious understanding; (b) patriarchal culture; (c) low literacy on gender equality; (d) education; and economy. Therefore, efforts to reduce domestic violence are carried out using the ABCD method which includes increasing understanding of religion that is friendly to partnerships, increasing literacy on gender equality, and economic empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Webstore Visual Design and Emotional Value on Muslimah Clothing Online Purchase Decisions for Generation Z FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students. The growing phenomenon of online business, especially among generation Z who are skilled in technology and often shop online, encourages entrepreneurs to create webstores that attract attention and can influence their buying decisions, especially in Muslim clothing. This study discusses the influence of visual webstore design and emotional value partially or simultaneously on online purchasing decisions for Muslim women's clothing in Generation Z. The uniqueness of this research lies in its deep focus on the effectiveness of the webstore design itself and its relationship with emotional value, which has rarely been studied before. The research method used a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS to analyze data from 61 respondents who were FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students from generation Z. The results showed that partially, the webstore's visual design and emotional value had no significant effect on the online buying decision for Muslimah clothing in Generation Z. However, simultaneously, these two variables had a positive effect on purchasing decisions for FEBI IAI Darussalam Ciamis students. In conclusion, professionalism, honesty, transparency, and trust in webstore design contribute to consumer buying interest and create positive emotional value as a form of appreciation for the satisfaction and convenience of using the webstore, which ultimately increases the decision to purchase Muslimah fashion products online in Generation Z.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Green Branding, Relational Marketing, and Product Innovation on Perceived Customer Value in the context of the West Java tourism industry. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to analyze data collected from tourists visiting various destinations in West Java. The results indicate that Green Branding, Relational Marketing, and Product Innovation significantly influence tourists' perceptions of value. Specifically, Green Branding initiatives emphasizing environmental sustainability, relational strategies enhancing customer interactions, and innovative tourism products contribute positively to tourists' perceived value. These findings underscore the strategic importance of sustainability practices, customer relationship management, and continuous innovation in enhancing overall tourist satisfaction and loyalty in West Java. Practical implications for tourism stakeholders and directions for future research are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of zakat in empowering Islamic economics through the perspective of sharia business management. Zakat, as one of the pillars of Islam and an instrument of wealth redistribution, has great potential in improving the economic welfare of the people. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach on several zakat institutions and zakat beneficiaries in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that zakat not only functions as a tool to fulfill religious obligations, but also as an important strategy in empowering the community's economy. Effective implementation of zakat can increase entrepreneurial capacity, improve access to capital, and encourage local economic growth. Zakat institutions that apply the principles of sharia business management tend to be more successful in managing zakat funds and create significant positive impacts. The conclusion of this study confirms that zakat has a strategic role in empowering Islamic economics. The application of the principles of sharia business management in zakat management can increase socio-economic impacts and ensure efficient allocation. Recommendations for further research include the need for longitudinal studies to evaluate the long-term effects of zakat-based empowerment programs

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of BI mobile service quality and BSI mobile features on customer satisfaction among IAID Ciamis students using correlational quantitative research methods. The results showed that partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (significance 0.017 <0.05, tcount> ttable (2.440> 1.989), and a positive regression coefficient of 0.271). BSI Mobile features also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (significance 0.000 <0.05, tcount> ttable (3.790> 1.989), and a positive regression coefficient of 0.981). At the same time, service quality and BSI Mobile features have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (fhitung 40.463 > ftabel 3.09 and significance 0.000 <0.05). This study provides information about the relationship between variables, not about the causality between these variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency and accountability on muzakki trust in the Islamic Union Amil Zakat Institution Ciamis Regency Service Office. The research uses an associative quantitative approach with a descriptive verification method, which describes the variables as they are and tests the relationship between variables through collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting data from questionnaires. The results showed that the transparency variable has a positive and significant effect on muzakki trust, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, tcount 5.402> t table 1.665, and regression coefficient 0.438. Accountability also has a significant effect on muzakki trust with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.050, tcount 2.905 > t table 1.665, and regression coefficient 0.395. At the same time, transparency and accountability together have a positive and significant effect on muzakki trust with a Fcount value of 19.788> Ftable 3.06 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the mechanism of distribution of zakat funds and efforts to improve the welfare of the community in the Ciamis Peduli program on rutilahu assistance in Baznas Ciamis Regency, if viewed from the theory of social welfare. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Taking informants on aid recipients at Baznas Ciamis Regency. The result of this research is that the distribution mechanism is that Baznas first conducts socialization and then cooperates with the village, then the village provides the assistance in the form of building materials and after completion the village gives a report on the results of the distribution of assistance to Baznas. Then the efforts made have an effect on the welfare of Mustahik, especially the recipients of assistance where the recipients of the Ciamis Peduli program assistance, especially assistance for uninhabitable houses.
