Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of competence, motivation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk Pekanbaru Riau Branch. The phenomenon that occurs is that every year there are still employees who get poor employee performance assessments. The Structural Equation Modeling method is used to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The samples used in this study were all permanent employees at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk Pekanbaru Riau Branch. The results showed that the variables of competence, motivation, and organizational commitment had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The variables of competence, motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction are insignificant to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and communication on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Rokan Hulu General Hospital. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in this study were employees of the Rokan Hulu General Hospital, the sample selection used the total sample method, with a total sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance, motivation had no significant effect on organizational commitment, communication had no significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and motivation has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of commitment, competence, leadership style, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in the study was 102 employees and the method used to determine the number of samples in this study was the total sample method using the census technique so the total sample was 102 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction, competence has no effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction, work culture has an effect on job satisfaction, commitment has no effect on employee performance, competence has no effect on employee performance, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, work culture has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, competence, motivation, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of Bhabinkantibmas Polres employees in Kampar Regency. The method used in collecting data in this study was a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the Bhabinkantibmas Polres Kampar totaling 120 members of the Bhabinkantibmas. While the sample of this study was 120 respondents where using the census method. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and Equation Model Structure analysis (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that organizational commitment and competence were significantly positive on job satisfaction. Motivation is significantly positive on Job Satisfaction. Work culture is not significant to job satisfaction, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance. Competence is significantly negative on employee performance. Motivation is not significant to employee performance. Work culture and job satisfaction are not significant to employee performance at Bhabinkantibmas Polres in Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, work culture, commitment, and leadership style on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Department of Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in the research is 120 employees and the method used in determining the number of samples in this study was the total sample method using census techniques so that the number of samples was as much as 120 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results showed that motivation has no effect on job satisfaction, work culture has no effect on job satisfaction, commitment has an effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction, motivation has an effect on employee performance, work culture has no effect on employee performance, commitment has to effect on employee performance, leadership style has an effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Taruna Andalan School of the Kerinci Citra Kasih Foundation. The population of this study were all teachers at the Taruna Andalan School as many as 85 people. While the sample technique used is the saturated sample technique. Where this technique all members of the population are sampled. Based on the sampling technique, the sample of this study was set at 85 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and PLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction. Leadership style, job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture are not significant on performance. The results of the intervening research are very interesting to study further because the variables that have an influence tend to be related to the characteristics of the teachers at the Taruna Andalan School. Leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture have no significant effect on teacher performance. For further researchers, it is expected to replace other variables if they want to examine the same object.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, commitment, and motivation on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study used a sample of 81 people, with a purposive sampling technique as exogenous variables are leadership style, commitment, and motivation. While the endogenous variables are job satisfaction and teacher performance. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM) and PLS. The results obtained indicate that there is an insignificant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance, commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the contribution of information technology and its impact on information quality and management performance in the digital printing industry. The approach used in this study is causality between variables, while the sampling technique used is a census method, which means that the entire population is a target sample of 52 respondents who are business leaders. To measure the variables in this study, variable indicators consisting of a five-level Likert scale have been used, while the analysis method used to demonstrate the hypothesis is SmartPLS Software. The results of this study find that information technology has a positive contribution to improving information quality and management performance in the digital printing industry. The results show that improving information quality and management performance can be achieved by using new information technology and computer-based telecommunications. It was also found that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on improving managerial performance. This implies that to improve the management performance of the digital printing industry, information quality support is required so that the decisions taken are effective and relevant to achieving management performance and maintaining business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, workload, and work discipline on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The number of samples in this study was the entire study population of 45 teachers at the Pekanbaru Akramunas Foundation. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. This study uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to prove that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction; workload has an insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work stress has no significant positive effect on teacher performance; Workload has no significant positive effect on work performance; Work Discipline has no significant negative effect on work performance and. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline, service orientation, integrity, and leadership style on the job satisfaction of state high school teachers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Then this study also aims to analyze the effect of discipline, service orientation, integrity, and leadership style on the teacher performance of the public high schools in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this study was all public high school teachers in the Tanah Putih sub-district and a sample of 138 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, service orientation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, integrity has no significant effect on job satisfaction and leadership style has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Then discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance, service orientation has no significant effect on teacher performance, integrity has a significant effect on teacher performance, leadership style has no significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.
