Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa simultan Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4, dan secara parsial Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4. Sedangkan Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja SMK Muhammadiyah 4. Sekolahan harus memberikan perhatian kepada Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi yang akan meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the decision to purchase XL Business Solution cards at PT. Activate Asia. This research is a causal research, the population in this study are employees of PT. Activate Asia, which uses the XL Business Solution card, totaling 130 employees. The sampling technique is probability sampling and uses the Slovin formula to produce 98 samples. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results show that simultaneously the variables of product quality, promotion and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And partially the variables of product quality, promotion and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Price, Location, Promotion, and E-service quality on purchasing decisions of Zara Central Park Mall partially or simultaneously. The data used are primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited and purchased at Zara Central Park Mall. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the results of the study are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that simultaneously (F test) there was a significant influence between Product (X1), Price (X2), Location (X3) Promotion (X4), E-service quality (X5) variables on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Partially (t test) Product and Price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Location, Promotion and E-service quality do not have a significant effect on purchasing

Abstract

This study aims to determine Macroeconomics, Community Prices, the performance of the American Capital Market and their influence on the Performance of the Indonesian Capital Market for the period March-July 2020. The sample method used is non-probability sampling method, and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This study uses time series data and is analyzed using the classical assumption test. In addition, multiple linear hypothesis test was also used, simultaneous F test, partial t test and determination coefficient test. From the results of the study it was found that simultaneously Macroeconomics was represented by the exchange rate, Community Prices were represented by world gold prices, the performance of the American Capital Market represented by the Dow Jones Index affected the Indonesian Capital Market represented by the IHSG in the March-July 2020 period. Partially, only the Dow Jones Index affects the Composite Stock Price Index, while the rupiah / dollar exchange rate and the world gold price have no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) during the observation period from March to July 2020. It can be concluded that the decline in capital market performance in developed countries also affects the Indonesian capital market. The decline in the JCI was not due to the depreciation of the Rupiah, the increase in the price of gold but was caused by negative sentiment that continued to suppress economic performance globally as a result of investor panic due to the Covid 19 pandemic continuing to spread and there was no vaccine to overcome it.

Abstract

This study is to determine the relationship between the performance of the ASEAN Capital Market and the Indonesia Capital Market for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were all ASEAN countries. The research sample is ASEAN-5 countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Phillipine, Thailand and Indonesia with the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate partially only the Strait Time Index of Singapore which has no significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index of (0.460 > 0.05). Jakarta Composite Index, Stock Exchange of Thailand 0.000 has significant effect on Jakarta Composite Index, the result also show that tha Strait Time Index. Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Phillipine Stock Exchange and Stock Exchange of Thailand simultaneously influence the Jakarta Composite Index.

Abstract

Risk is an uncertainty or mismatch which will affect quality performance and it can create losses of the cost, time and quality of work. This research aims to know the impact of risk factors to quality performance at PT. Mega Persada Indonesia at Daswin Office Tower Project. Risk factors that cause quality failures, such as risk factors of the aspects of human resources, engineering and review, materials and equipment. Project quality performance can be measured to the products produced and services provided. This research used quantitative methods with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The number of respondents sampled used in this research were 44 respondents. To analize data the researcher used descriptive analysis and statistical tests. Based on simultaneous testing, the relationship strength level of the independent variable to the dependent variable of –0.938 means very strong and opposite direction, the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 87.9%, while the remaining 12.10% is affected by other variables not researched in this study. The test results F arithmetic (97,110) > F table (4.30) and the significance value (0,000) ≤ α (0.01), it indicates there is a significant impact simultaneously between risk factors aspects of human resources, engineering and review, material and equipment to quality performance at PT. Mega Persada Indonesia at Daswin Office Tower Project.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes in Senayan City. This research design is causal quantitative. The population in this study are all consumers who use Converse products and the research sample conducted is 115 respondents, the sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling, and compiling the sample based on Accidental Sampling. Methods of data analysis using the instruments used, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Image (X3), both simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Apple purchasing decisions at Ibox Gandaria City partially or simultaneously. The data used is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited and bought at Ibox Gandaria City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the results of the study are based on respondents' answers using the Ordinal scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that simultaneously (F test) there was a significant effect between Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Brand Image (X3) variables on Purchase Decision (Y). Partially (t-test) Product Quality and Brand Image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. While the price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a January Effect on the Kompas 100 Index. If there is a difference between abnormal returns in January and abnormal returns after January, there will be a January Effect and vice versa. The data used is secondary data. This researcher uses a population of companies listed in the Kompas 100 Index. The method of determining the sample is by using purposive sampling. The observation period is from January to December 2020. This study uses the Mann Whitney U Test to perform a different test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the abnormal return value in January and the abnormal return value after January where the results of the study have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
