Abstract

A teacher is an important part of the world of education. For this reason, the teacher must have expertise in the teaching field. One of the skills needed by a teacher is about the personality of a teacher who is right. But today there are still teachers who have not been able to make new breakthroughs and prefer to apply traditional learning. This is one of the causes of education in our country problematic. Seeing this is considered necessary to provide an evaluation in the field of education. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati is explained that not everyone can become a teacher. This study analyzed the requirement to become a teacher in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati. By using the literature study method, researchers concluded that a teacher in the Java world was a reflection of a king. He had a big influence on his followers. Javanese philosophy states that not everyone can become king, only the elected person can be king. Nevertheless, it can still be fought by  Laku Brata. Equally with the teacher, not everyone can immediately become a teacher. There are conditions for being a teacher. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati mentioned that there are eight things that make people deserve to be a teacher.

Abstract

Islam has regulated all aspects of human life, and one of them is e-commerce. During the development, the number of criminals also increases. This is because of a lot of violence in business ethics that is not aware of the five basic principles of life; religion, soul, descendants, logic, and wealth (maqashid sharia). This research aims to determine the implementation of business ethics and the implementation of maqashid sharia in Bukalapak.com. This research is using a qualitative approach. To study the content, the writer analyzed the collected information through some events registered on the website of Bukalapak.com. The conclude this research is the implementation of business ethics has been done well as applied by Rasulullah SAW, as in maqashid sharia with four protection system has been applied to protect the rights of the customers. This research recommends that all regulations should be applied well. It is also necessary to make a board to control any transaction of e-commerce to meet the principles of sharia and the regulation

Abstract

When you can carry out a lesson in order to implement a curriculum plan (directly program) the standard of the learning process, with the involvement of students and teachers that occurs in the school environment. Online learning of Islamic religious education (PAI) WhatsApp group is a learning that can take place in a network where teacher turmoil and how to provide teaching materials do not meet face-to-face. WhatsApp group online learning is a learning process when schools can apply emphasis on character building from various personalities of students, both intrapersonal and interpersonal characters. From the background of the research, the author can formulate a problem formulation, namely the implementation of PAI online learning based on soft skills, the effectiveness of PAI online learning through WhatsApp groups, controlling PAI online learning through WhatsApp groups, and evaluative online learning through WhatsApp groups. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of PAI online learning through the whatsapp group, planning PAI online learning through the whatsapp group, controlling PAI online learning through the whatsapp group, and evaluative online learning through the whatsapp group.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a very serious problem, so it must be addressed immediately so that it does not turn into a crime. Teenagers must be trained by instilling Islamic religious education. Through a religious personality, it is possible for teenagers not to commit delinquency or violations so that the lives of teenagers or those around them become calm and peaceful without any disturbance. The purpose of this research is 1. To describe juvenile delinquency in Al-Kautsar Diwek Jombang. 2. To describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK Al-Kautsar Diwek Jombang in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research design using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the forms of juvenile delinquency at Al-Kautsar Vocational High School, Diwek Jombang included: being late, skipping class, arguing with the teacher, wearing clothes that were not in accordance with the rules, but more often than not, being late and skipping. Some of the causative factors are from within the adolescent due to a lack of sense of responsibility, and external factors such as the family, community/school environment, and technology/mass media. The efforts or efforts made by PAI teachers or the school are divided into three; 1. Preventive such as by making the Duha prayer a habit before entering class, giving appeals after the Duha prayer, being exemplary, adding religious class hours, and supervision ( CC TV and manual and digital absences 2. Curative efforts such as giving sanctions or punishments for teenagers who commit delinquency, placing adolescents in activities that these adolescents are capable of, 3. Development efforts such as giving advice, making approaches, and counseling.

Abstract

Arabic language learning is the learning of foreign languages that has been taught in schools. To be able to read and write and translate Arabic writing, it requires an adequate mastery of nahwu and shorof knowledge. The obstacle experienced by students so far is the difficulty of formulating nahwu shorof in an easy way of learning. Judging from these problems, teachers should have developed learning strategies. Which in the learning strategy includes learning methods and techniques, which function so that learning in the classroom can run more effectively and efficiently. In other words, learning techniques are certain activities carried out in the classroom in accordance with the strategies and methods chosen that are in accordance with the approach to the existing problems. In this article, we will discuss grammar learning techniques (qowaid) to make it easier for students to understand nahwu and shorof material.

Abstract

The principal is a leader who is mandated by Allah SWT to carry out his duties as a principal in an educational institution and is responsible for all the quality of existing human resources. Because the principal is the first person who is responsible for achieving educational goals. Teacher professionalism is someone who has special abilities and expertise in the field of teacher training so that he is able to carry out his duties with the ability of a professional teacher. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the role of the principal in increasing teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang. (2) Professionalism of PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang. This research is field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature, the research form is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that the role of the head in increasing teacher professionalism was that the principal always provided motivation for any problems teachers faced at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang, while the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang was that teachers were able to master the material/subject matter to be taught, able to managing teaching and learning programs, being able to use media or learning resources, being able to assess student achievement, and being able to recognize the functions and programs of guidance and counseling

Abstract

A good teacher will carry out his duties professionally to produce higher quality graduates. This is supported by the role of the principal as a supervisor who has the task of improving teacher pedagogical competence in an effort to create a better learning process through more efficient teaching methods, broad mastery of material which enables students to meet competency standards. This study aims to describe the role of school principals as supervisors in improving the quality of educators, and to describe the pedagogic competence of teachers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. by observing the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher pedagogical competence at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang. The subjects of this study were school principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers and students. The object of this research is the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher pedagogic competence at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang. This study uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data is selected directly from the respondents, while secondary data is in the form of theories from books and journals as well as other supports obtained from school documentation. While testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the quality of educators has been going well, this is evidenced by the principal making a work program consisting of an annual program and a semester program, the principal also uses techniques in carrying out supervision including are class visit and observation techniques, individual techniques, and group techniques. Meanwhile, the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang has also been going well. This shows that the teacher has mastered all the core pedagogic competencies of the teacher, but there is still something that needs to be improved, namely regarding reflective action to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

Initially, the community's perception of the Al-Qura'an tahfidz program at the Ibnu Rusydi Padepokan was indifferent, because the history of the establishment of the hermitage began with a prayer room which was used as a place to rest to simply unwind, moreover the leader or caretaker of the mosque was a former thug, he was not sure that it will become a hermitage that has a tahfidz Al-Qura'an program, therefore the public's perception is negative, but in the end the public's perception of the Ibnu Rusydi hermitage is good when many students stay, there are congregational prayer activities and reciting the Koran . The positive response from the community increased when Abah Agus Ma'arif (caretaker) was very painstaking and patient in guiding, leading students who had mental damage and mental shock, such as; former thugs, ex-convicts, drug addicts, street children, hopeless, distortions, he uses a persuasive approach based on the Koran. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study design with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The research results found that; the public's perception of the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program is very good as evidenced by responses and encouragement both directly and indirectly, because the program is considered the strongest fortress to protect life. Globalization and modernization are considered as challenges that can damage the morality of national and religious life, the stronger the positive response of the community when Abah Agus Maarif (caretaker) embraces, guides, students who have mental retardation, mental shock, thirst for religious values ? by using an Al-based approach -Quran. Community participation in the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program at the Ibnu Rusydi Cukir Diwek Jombang hermitage is evidenced by the presence of residents at the hermitage starting to just chat, talk about the development of the hermitage, even entrusting their son to study/stay at the hermitage. Abstract

Learning achievement is an aspect of the skills possessed by students as a result of the efforts and learning activities undertaken, seen as an important indicator in the whole educational process in general. Thus, as someone who has an important role in determining the success or failure of a learning process, a teacher must be able to act as a multidimensional human being, meaning that the teacher's role in learning is not just teaching, but further, namely educating, guiding, providing convenience (facilitator). ), and motivate students to be more active and passionate in learning. A teacher must be able to deliver students to achieve educational goals as evidenced by grades and report cards. To realize the creation of student learning outcomes include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of PAI teachers in increasing learning achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang and explained about learning achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang. The method in this research is to examine in depth the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving Student Achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive qualitative method because the researcher tries to understand and describe and seek data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research concludes that Islamic Religious Education teachers play a role: As a teacher, namely the teacher conveys the learning objectives to be achieved As a facilitator which the teacher prepares material taken from textbooks or from other references.
