Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. The articles submitted can cover issues in Marketing Management, Human Resources, Finance, Operation, Creative Economy and MSMEs.

Abstract

Industrial development that increases and competes for profits results in a lot of environmental damage due to excessive resource exploitation. As a result, there is a lot of environmental damage and is detrimental to many parties, including the community. Therefore the government and other sectors issue regulations for industries to apply the principles of sustainability. In the principle of sustainability there is the concept of CSR which is the responsibility of the company in which there are aspects of ESG or Environmental, Social and Governance. This study aims to reveal whether the application of ESG aspects of CSR affects the profitability level of Return On Assets (ROA) in 7 companies listed on the ESG Star Listed Company Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of testing the data obtained several conclusions as follows: (1) Partial test results for environmental aspects (Environmental) have no effect on Return On Assets, social aspects (Social) have no effect on Return On Assets, Aspects of governance (Governance) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets. (2) The simultaneous test results of Environmental, Social and Governance aspects (Environmental, Social, and Governance) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Marketing strategies in business must pay attention to providing customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine whether price and product quality influence purchasing interest. This research is a quantitative research, the research used 90 respondents who were consumers of Abu Ahda Geprek Chicken. The data obtained was processed using a questionnaire. In this research, the indirect effect that is formed is weakening. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from respondents through questionnaires. In this study, the results obtained were that price had a positive but not significant effect on buying interest, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Work productivity is one of the important factors in achieving organizational goals. Productive employees will produce more output with good quality in less time. This will certainly have a positive impact on organizational performance and profits. Work environment is one of the factors that can affect employee productivity. A conducive and comfortable work environment can increase the enthusiasm and motivation of employees to work more actively and productively. Conversely, a work environment that is not conducive and comfortable can reduce employee enthusiasm and motivation, resulting in decreased productivity. The method that the author uses in this research is direct research going to the location by conducting interviews with owners and employees. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach to the perpetrator, so that researchers get more information and data that can maximize this research. The results of interviews conducted with owners and employees of risky wartegs are that the work environment affects employee performance. Adequate facilities, a structured work system, appropriate working hours, sufficient wages, and employees who are harmonious with each other make employees comfortable and their performance becomes very productiveThe results of interviews conducted with owners and employees of risky wartegs are that the work environment affects employees.

Abstract

Problems faced by the ladyfame shop, namely related to the atmosphere of the shop, such as the shop being not big and spacious enough, so that the space for consumers to move is limited, especially at times when there are lots of visitors, such as before holidays: a narrow space will certainly limit the space for visitors to move. This certainly disrupts visitor comfort because visitors cannot freely choose the clothes they want. This phenomenon can also be seen, based on research results which state that the indoor air temperature at Ladyfame makes consumers uncomfortable, and this can influence consumer purchasing decisions. Apart from store atmosphere, location can also be a factor that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. In the process of determining where a Buyer will see that location factors will be determining. Buyers tend to choose to shop at stores that have strategic locations. The population in this study were consumers who had shopped at the Ladyfame Shop. The sample for this research consisted of 90 respondents. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative data is data in the form of a questionnaire and then the data is processed using smartpls 4. The results of this research show that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence. Based on the data testing that has been carried out, the results show that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence, while the location has a negative and no influence Significant.
