Abstract

This research aims to know the influence model of Discovery Learning towards the learning outcome of students at an integrated thematic learning in class IV SDN 15 Ulu Gadut Subdistrict Pauh 2018/2019 lessons year of 97 people. The research sample class IVA totalling 24 people, class IVB which amounted to 24 people, the IVC classes totalling 25 persons and classes of IVD 24 people. The instruments used in this research is an objective test in the form of multiple choice. Technique of data analysis statistical test used was inferensial with t-test. The results showed that the mean value of experimental class that implements the layout of learning with a model of Discovery Learning was 79.37 is higher than the average of the control class that implements the conventional learning was 71.66. This proves that there are significant effects against the results of student learning on the integrated thematic learning in elementary school.

Abstract

This research is caused by the lack of trained students in solving problems related to problem solving through group collaboration. This research aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes on integrated thematic learning using the Problem Solving method. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The study was consistsof two cycles. The research design includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class IVB of 30 Cengkeh SDN in Padang City. The results of the study showed: a). RPP I cycle 81% cycle II 94% b). Implementation on aspects of the teacher the first cycle 83%, second cycle  94% c). Implementation on aspects of learners first cycle 77% and secondcycle 94% d) Learning outcomes students in first cycle obtaines an average score of 76, cycle II 86. So that,the Problem Solving method can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class IVB SDN 30 Cengkeh, Padang City. Keywords: Problem solving method, improvement of learning outcomes, integrated thematic

Abstract

The research is caused by the teacher when the learning process conveys the subject matter directly that is not innovative to apply the model to trigger children's creativity. The teacher does not implemente a model that can stimulate active children in learning and solve problems to make products. This study aims to describe the Improvement of Integrated Thematic Learning Process of Theme 8 of Grade 5th with the Project Based Learning Model. The type of research is class action with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Research data is from the observations of the implementation of the learning process with the Project Based Learning model and the results of action after the learning process takes place. The study was in two cycles. One cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research subjects were teachers and 22 students of Grade 5th elementary school that consists of 9 male and 13 female. The results of the first cycle of research for student learning outcomes has average value of 3.14 good category (GC) percentage of completeness 32%, in the second cycle increased to 3.75 excellent category (EC) percentage of completeness 95%.

Abstract

This research is motivated not optimal implementation based learning characters in primary schools. The purpose of this study isdescribes improving student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning using Matrix Model VCT approach in primary schools. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. The study design includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The results showed: a) RPP first cycle 81% Cycle II 94% b) Implementation of the aspects of the teachers 'first cycle of 83%, the second cycle 94% c) Implementation of the aspects of the students' first cycle of 77% and Cycle II 94% d) the results of student learning the first cycle of obtaining an average value of 76, the second cycle 86. thus Matrix Model VCT approach can improve student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning in class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang.Keywords: Matrix Model VCT approach, learning outcomes.

Abstract

            The aim of this research was to decribe the increasing of students achievement integrated thematic learning by using cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together. This reasearch was descriptive qualitative dan used quantitatif approach. This type of research was an action research. The subject of the research was the teacher and the students which consisted 18 students in grade V at SDN 32 Lubuk Alung. The result showed an increase in a) RPP observation for the first cycle was 75% (C), and the second cycle was 89% (A); b)  The result for the evaluation of teachers at the first cycle was 74% (C), the second cycle was 97% (A); c) the result for the evaluation of students at the first cycle was 74% (C), the second cycle was 97% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle was 61% (C), and the second cycle was 89% (A).Key word:
