This study is motivated by the existence of a negative public stigma against LDII in Jambi City, but LDII da'wah activities in Jambi City still exist. Therefore, the researchers tried to narrate more about the history of LDII in Jambi City in 1995-2020. Abstract

The importance of functioning BASYARNAS as a form of non-litigation sharia economic dispute resolution because it has many advantages compared to litigation settlement. Even though there are many advantages, there are still few sharia economic or business actors who use these institutions as an alternative to dispute resolution. This is due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of sharia business actors regarding the forms of settlement at BASYARNAS, so education and literacy are needed for sharia business actors. This study aims to explain the procedure for resolving sharia economic disputes at BASYARNAS. The method used is a qualitative method, a normative juridical approach with a juridical descriptive analysis. The results of this study conclude that the form of sharia economic dispute resolution at BASYARNAS is based on Law no. 49 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking, Law no. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the 2005 BASYARNAS Procedure Regulations. The settlement procedure begins with a dispute resolution request to BASYARNAS followed by an examination process up to the reading of the decision by a sharia judge or arbiter

Abstract

This research aims to explore the true values of religion that are a reference for humans in religion. This study produces findings indicated by the number of adherents of a religion that merely prioritize personal piety rather than social piety. In their eyes, personal piety seems to be the culmination of religiousness to deny the dimension of social piety that should be a practical area of authentic religiousness. Whereas, Islam is a religion of hanif and rahmatan lil alamien that protects all mankind in its various variants. Islam moves in two dimensions, one with the other inseparable. However, the two must be correlated and fused in one intact frame. The dimensions are vertical and horizontal. These two dimensions, like souls and bodies, depend on each other to reach the complete peak of existence. Because the perfection of religiousness will have a positive impact on the surrounding environment as a form of balance between the two. Religion is not solely for the sake of God Almighty. However, religion is acting praxis in the real world, as the perfect management of religiousness for the achievement of the configuration of personal and social piety. The method used is a qualitative approach to literature studies with descriptive types.

Abstract

Islam obliges its followers to seek knowledge, where in the book of the Qur'an there is all knowledge from the smallest to the largest including knowledge related to living things in which it describes protein metabolism. The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic view of protein metabolism. The author uses qualitative methods with sources in the form of books, journals, al-Qur'an, al-Hadith and sources from theses and articles from the internet. The results of the study show that metabolism is one of the most important processes in the body of living things, in order to produce the energy needed for survival. One example of metabolism is protein metabolism, which is a chemical and physical process that occurs in two phases, namely anabolism and catabolism where the change (anabolism) of proteins into amino acids and the breakdown (catabolism) of amino acids in proteins. A high source of protein that is needed by the body comes from animal protein as contained in QS. An-Nahl verse 5. In order to maintain protein metabolism, food must be in accordance with the portion. Therefore, Islam regulates food that is halal and good for processing in the body, including the quantity of food that is consumed. This was exemplified by the Prophet by putting food into the mouth in small portions to help digestion go well.
