Abstract

Al-Qur’an is the kalamullah that was sent down to the prophet Muhammad SAW. through the angel Gabriel, in which contains the guidelines for life for all humans. The life guidelines described in the Koran are still very global and general, because of this generality, the scholars try to understand and interpret them using various methods and their respective ways. al-Qur'an and science are a challenge for the al-Qur'an. If the Qur'an has absolute and absolute dimensions, on the contrary, modern knowledge is dynamic and changes along with scientific discoveries. Then what if the Qur'an is understood from the perspective of modern science? This explains that one way of understanding the Qur'an is through modern science. In other words, there is no contradiction between the Qur'an and science. In fact, if Muslims want to understand the Qur'an in depth, of course they will find the truth and scientific proof in it.

Abstract

Islam has its own views regarding women's equality. For example, it can be seen from the more prudent and far-sighted Islamic efforts to strive for women's equality on the one hand without eliminating that womanly nature on the other. Islamic society in this and other problems, is subject to what has been stipulated by Islamic law. Based on the above problems, what needs to be studied in this paper is how women are in the perspective of Islamic law, as the main study is the source of the law, rights and obligations of women in Islamic law. This study uses a literature approach that discusses relevant books on feminism and is filtered in Islamic law or sharia. This study concludes that in relation to the rights that women have, having a special responsibility to be implemented is not the same as that of men.

Abstract

Social groups are things that are commonly known in the community both anciently and now. As a result, things like this lead to conflicts in society due to differences in the meaning of social groups themselves, even though in Islamic teachings there are differences in gender, differences in skin color, race, ethnicity, nation and customs which are unique in themselves so that in God's eyes the noble man is human who have a piety and pious personality and are good with fellow humans.

Abstract

The essence of the purpose of Islamic education is inseparable from the values related to Islam which are guided by the al-Qur'an and Hadith. This study is a literature study by examining the nature of the objectives of Islamic education. The research findings indicate that; First, the philosophy of Islamic education is inseparable from the study of the al-Qur'an and hadith. However, the impact of social changes experienced by humans has had an impact on all fields, including in education. Al-Qur'an and hadith which were originally used as evidence for Islamic education are in fact only memories. Second, views regarding the nature, purpose, and usefulness of Islamic education will go hand in hand in accordance with the guidelines and views of the Qur'an. If associated with educators, the results of their education can produce positive morals.

Abstract

Marriage is a form of worship in which a man and woman make a contract with the aim of achieving a sakinah life (calm, peaceful), mawaddah (loving and full of love and affection), and warahmah (life blessed by God). Marriage has a very important meaning and position in the order of human life. Because with marriage, a social relationship can be formed between two people of different sexes legally in a conjugal bond into one family. Furthermore, the family can continue to develop into community groups. The goal to be achieved from marriage is to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. The law of marriage can sometimes be a sunnah (mandub), sometimes it can be mandatory or sometimes it can be just change. Even under certain conditions it can be makruh. And there is also the law of marriage that is forbidden to do. Everything will depend on the condition and situation of a person and the problem. From a medical point of view, early marriage has a negative impact on both mother and child. According to sociologists, from a social perspective, early marriage can reduce family harmony. This is caused by unstable emotions, turbulence of youthful blood and immature way of thinking.

This research is library research by collecting various pieces of literature under the research study. The research results include; First, remedial learning is carried out to students because of the problem of weakness in receiving subjects to implement the remedial. However, these activities are following the problems experienced by students. Abstract

The sources of Islamic law are anything that gives birth to legal provisions governing Muslims. It has been agreed by scholars that the Qur’an is the main source of law for Muslims, the next is hadith / sunnah, and ijma'. The Qur’an is an aggregate of all rules in any situation and condition for mankind. All aspects of human life are in it. Muhammad, PBUH. as an apostle and mukzijat al-Qur’an given the privilege to explain in detail things that are still general in the Qur’an. His explanation was not just utterance, but also inscribed with real deeds with full obedience. The words and deeds of the Messenger of Allah which are called hadiths clarify Islamic law, so that people who have faith will easily obey God's commands. As caliph on earth, humans are required to observe the commands contained in the two main sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur’an and the hadith. If there is no clear information about the latest issue in both, then the Qur’an and the hadith itself instruct the scholars to devote their thoughts to establishing the law, and the result of the accuracy is called ijma'. Thus ijma’ can be used as the third source of Islamic law. hence the Qur’an and the hadith itself which instruct the scholars to devote their thoughts to establishing the law, and the result of which is called ijma'. Thus ijma’ can be used as the third source of Islamic law, hence the Qur’an and the hadith itself which instruct the scholars to devote their thoughts to establishing the law, and the result of which is called ijma'. Abstract

ABSTRACT Ideally, an Arabic teacher must have absolute empathy for the competencies that have been determined by the National Education Standards, including personal, professional, educational, and social competencies. However, after the evaluation, it is easy to master the four competencies. There are many deficiencies in the teaching-learning process, especially in the less than optimal student learning outcomes, the quality of teaching that does not answer the needs of students, and several other problems. Various types of research are offered for the study of these problems, one of which is classroom action research which is later abbreviated as PTK. PTK instructions to improve students' Arabic learning outcomes, and the quality or quality of teaching an Arabic teacher. Thus, it is necessary to have a mature concept before carrying out the PTK. To collect this concept, the authors conducted a literature study by collecting some literature in the form of journals, books, previous research, and other supporting documents. From the results of the search conducted, it was found that the concept of classroom action used to study and study linguistic fields, especially Arabic, started from a study of the urgency of the research itself which departed from efforts to improve the quality of teaching which had an impact on improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, in implementing PTK, a researcher must choose one of the models offered by the experts by going through two cycles, and of course through several stages or procedures including planning (planning), implementing (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). If the procedure is passed properly, the desired results from the PTK will be realized so that it will have an impact on increasing the quality of teacher teaching and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

In essence, religion has a function that is closely related to people's life. It is undeniable that the combination of religion and culture forms a binding bond. In culture, it contains ideas in humans so that they form symbols in religion. This raises a social reality in the aspect of plurality in religious communities. This research examines how to understand Islam as a cultural system so that it raises social facts in the lives of various people who believe in Bassam Tibi's perspective of religion. Bassam Tibi offers a pattern of plurality in understanding the religion of culture in the form of symbolic understanding of social facts, Islam as a cultural system is able to respect religions other than Islam. This research study is in the form of research that comes from a variety of literature that discusses Islam as a cultural system, social reality, and plurality. The findings show that the politicization of religion is a social fact that produces religious fundamentalism. Fundamentalism often creates clashes in Islam and problems in political ideology in the world.
