Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all economic sectors including the financial performance of local governments. Regional financial analysis is a tool that can be used as a benchmark to assess the extent to which local government performance is managing its finances. Regional ability to manage finances is described in the form of APBD which directly or indirectly reflects the ability of local governments to finance the implementation of governmental tasks, development and community social services. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management performance of the Regional Government of Kediri Regency based on the analysis of financial ratios in the Kediri Regency APBD. This research is a data series research, namely the Realization of APBD data for 2020 to 2022 in Kediri Regency. The analysis used is normative juristic with a descriptive approach case study method. The analysis tools used are tax ratio, per capita tax, regional fiscal space, regional dependency ratio, ratio of personnel expenditure to total regional expenditure, ratio of capital expenditure to total regional expenditure, ratio of capital expenditure to population, ratio of financial aids expenditure to total regional expenditure, idle funds, growth ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio. From the results of the analysis it is known that the majority of APBD performance during the Covid-19 pandemic had fluctuations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of member participation on the remaining business results of the Mandiri Credit Union Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Mandiri Credit Union Cooperative, Pandiangan Village. The population in this study were 41 members and the samples were taken from the principal savings report, mandatory savings voluntary savings and the remaining results of operations for 36 months. Data collection techniques use documentation by collecting financial report data at the Mandiri Credit Union cooperative. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using SPSS 25.0 software for Windows. The results of testing the hypothesis have proven that principal savings have a positive and significant effect on the remaining operating results because tcount 6.257 > table 1.687, mandatory savings have a positive and significant effect on the remaining operating results because tcount 1.973 > ttable 1.687, voluntary have a positive and significant effect on the remaining operating results because tcount 3.426 > ttable 1.687 and the significant level of variables X1 (0.000 > 0.05), X2 (0.056 savings > 0.05), X3 (0.002 > 0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to see how service quality and price influence customer satisfaction at CV Sepeda Motor Herman in Nagori silakkidir. The type of research used in writing this thesis is in this study the authors use quantitative data, because the data to be obtained is in the form of numbers. The location for the implementation of this research was in Nagori Silakkidir Village, Hutabayuraja District, Simalungun Regency on CV Sepeda Motor Herman. The population in this study were all customers who came to visit CV Herman Motorcycles in Nagori Silakkidir during the period January to March 2023 and the sample used in this study was 35 samples. The data collection techniques that can be used in this study are: interviews, observations, documentation, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS version 25. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing about "The Influence of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at CV Herman Motorbikes". So the following conclusions can be drawn: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at CV Herman Motorcycles with a count of 3,582 > 2,034 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction at CV Herman Motorcycles with a tcount of 6,983 > 2,034 and a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. Service quality and price have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at CV Sepeda Motor Herman with an f value of 28.752 > 3.29 and a significance of less than 0.05. (0.000 < 0.05) .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, religiosity, motivation on the performance of employees of PT Pos (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, both directly and indirectly. The method used in this study used quantitative methods by taking 30 respondents from PT Pos (Persero) Regional I Sumatra employees who were selected as research samples through non-probability sampling techniques, the sampling used in this study was saturated sampling. The questionnaire used hypothesis testing with SPSS software version 25 and the data analysis method used Path Analysis. The results of the study prove that promotion has an effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, religiosity has no effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, promotion has an effect on motivation at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, Religiosity does not affect motivation at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, Motivation influences employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra, Promotion through motivation as an intervening variable does not affect employee performance, Religiosity through motivation as an intervening variable does not affect employee performance, promotion and religiosity through motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Sumatra.

Abstract

Transformative leadership is leadership that has insight into the future and seeks to improve and develop the organization not for the present, but for the future. Transformative leadership is always committed to continuous improvement, which is based on foresight (better organizational conditions), and encourages the participation of its staff to realize the expected changes. In improving the quality of Islamic education institutions, it is necessary to make fundamental changes in the aspect of leadership, namely by applying a transformational leadership style. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that transformative leadership that can influence Islamic educational institutions will have a good impact on developing organizational productivity, where the vision and mission of the institution will be achieved effectively. This is because transformative leaders can become figures and leaders who inspire organizations to maximize member loyalty.

Abstract

Stock prices in the capital market fluctuate which also causes ups and downs of investor interest to invest in the company. These rates vary from time to time depending on the performance of the Company. Stock prices rise when there is excess demand. However, stock prices also fall when there is excess demand. Therefore, the performance of a company affects the high share price of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The solvency ratio is a ratio that measures how much a company's assets are financed by debt. Part of the solvency ratio included in research material is the ratio of debt to equity. The debt to equity ratio shows how much the equity to debt ratio is used to capitalize the company's assets. The liquidity ratio is an asset that is used in a market that functions in such a way that, the result can be quickly converted into money at the current market price. The higher the current ratio, the better the company's liquidity. The profitability ratio is seen as the influence of the company's stock price as a percentage of return on equity (ROE). ROE measures the return received by company owners (shareholders) from any capital paid to the company in the form of dividends. The research data used is in the form of secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sample for this study was 5 financial statements of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk using a sample determination technique, namely total sampling. The data analysis technique used analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the DER variable had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, the CR variable had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. And the ROE variable had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. the company's share price PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which financial knowledge, financial attitude, locus of control and income influence the behavior of financial management in Culinary Sub-Sector SMEs in Trawas District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis based on primary data obtained directly through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related parties, interviews, books and journals, etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study are MSME actors in the Culinary Sub Sector in Trawas District. While the sample used is 50 MSMEs with the criteria of MSMEs being in Taman Ghanjaran, 3 years old and active until now in 2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of this study show that financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control partially have a significant effect on financial management behavior. Meanwhile, income partially has no significant effect on financial management behavior. Simultaneously (f test) shows that financial knowledge, financial attitude, locus of control and income simultaneously have a significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

The company as an economic entity has short term and long term goals, in the short term the company aims to generate maximum profits and the long term goal is to increase the value of the company. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia affected the business management of a company in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sector, which experienced a decline in company performance. Company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) for the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors has fluctuated from 2019 – 2021. Internal factors include dividend policy, investment decisions and funding decisions. To determine the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions and funding decisions on firm value is the aim of this study. This type of research is a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data taken through the IDX data website. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is 13 companies consisting of the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the dividend policy variable has no effect on firm value, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value and funding decisions have a significant negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

Economic development in an increasingly modern era has undergone substantial changes; in the business sector, it has developed in line with technological developments, and in the banking sector, which has gone public. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on financial performance on stock prices at Himbara banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research uses multiple linear regression methods assisted by data analysis software, namely SPSS 25. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample with a process that uses all population members as samples. The model used in this study was Himbara Bank which consisted of 4 banks, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), State Savings Bank (BTN), and Bank Mandiri. The study results show that profitability partially significantly affects stock prices. It can be seen from the NPM results, which have a t count of 3.264 > t table (2.178) with a probability of 0.009 (p <0.05), ROA with a t count value of 2.595> t table (2.178) with a probability of 0.027 (p <0.05), ROE t count - 2.966> t table (2.178) with a probability value of 0.014 (p <0.05). Dividend policy partially has a significant effect on stock prices. It can be seen from the results (DPS) with a t count of 8,190> t table (2.178) with a probability of 0,000 (p <0.05). As well as profitability and dividend policy simultaneously have a significant influence on the price of Himbara bank shares listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. It can be seen that the result of the F count is 40.304 > F table (3.74), which means that the variable profitability and dividend policy simultaneously affect the stock price.

Abstract

Everyone must have a need to survive. However, an option if irrational needs make us interested in consuming something excessively, and make us fall into the category of consumptive people. Generation Z is said to be the generation of the internet which is always updated and keeps abreast of developments regarding fashion trends circulating in the internet world which has indirectly carried out consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the extent to which financial literacy, locus of control and e-money influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis based on primary data obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books, official websites, journals etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires (online) to respondents. The population in this study is generation Z, aged 20-24 years, the number of samples determined is 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that simultaneously financial literacy, locus of control and e-money have a significant effect on consumptive behavior in Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, financial literacy has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, locus of control has a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, E-money has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency.
