Abstract

As a health service facility, the hospital is a gathering place for sick and healthy people, can be a place for disease transmission and allows environmental pollution and health problems. Today's management of the hospital environment is no longer a consumptive partial part but is a series of cycles and management strategies for homes. Hospitals need to develop hospital environmental management capacity to provide direct and indirect benefits to improve the quality of hospital services. Hospital environmental management has complex problems. One of them is the problem of hospital waste, which is very sensitive to government regulations. Hospitals, as one of the largest waste generators, have the potential to cause pollution to the surrounding environment, which will harm the community and even the hospital itself. Abstract

Indonesia is a constitutional state where government administration is based on statutory regulations hierarchically proposed by the law as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. The authority to implement laws is translated into government and other laws and regulations. The order of laws and regulations is used as a "rule" when a government activity is to be carried out. However, in practice, there are still mechanisms for forming PPs that are inconsistent with the orders of the law. This study aims to determine the basis and mechanism for forming PP as an executive authority and the legal implications of not issuing PP by the executive. The type of research is normative juridical with a literature study approach. The analysis shows that the process of forming laws can be studied from two perspectives, namely normative juridical and sociological perspectives. The material content of laws in Indonesia is complex to determine from the power-sharing system. However, it can be determined by looking at the system for forming statutory regulations, where it has been stated that the formation of statutory regulations must be based on hierarchical law. Suppose the executive does not issue a PP as mandated by the law. In that case, it will result in not achieving the ideals of the general norms contained in the law, and harmonisation of law implementation will not be realised. Even though it is a country based on law, no government administration in Indonesia is not based on statutory regulations as its legal basis

Abstract

Innovation and new technologies have the potential to change markets and create opportunities for new and innovative companies. This article aims to analyse the impact of innovation and technological change on demand and supply in the market. In this research, a case study was carried out on the consumer technology market and an analysis of the technology stock market. The author uses data from various sources such as surveys, literature reviews, and social media. The results of this study show that innovation and technological change can increase demand in certain markets, such as the mobile phone market or the computer software market, but can also shift demand in certain sectors, such as in more traditional industrial fields. In addition, innovation and technological change can also affect supply in the market due to pressure to increase efficiency through automation and better use of technology. However, innovation and technological change also create new competition and benefit consumers in terms of price and quality. In its conclusion, this study concludes that innovation and technological change are important factors in determining demand and supply in the market and must be taken into account by companies and governments when formulating their market strategies

Abstract

The presence of online celebrities, such as YouTube vloggers, has made online marketing efforts through endorsements even easier. This study analyses the effectiveness of endorsements on YouTube vlogs (video blogs) by assessing the perceived credibility of vloggers and brands. The research was carried out through the systematic literature review method by following various stages in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) model. Of the 16 available articles, 4 journal articles were produced, which discussed in detail the effectiveness of endorsements on YouTube vlogs to perceptions of vloggers and brand credibility. The results of this study show that the endorsement's effectiveness is closely related to the vlogger's perceived credibility while also impacting the endorsement product. Overall, understanding the effectiveness of endorsements on YouTube vlogs can help companies choose the right vloggers and achieve marketing success.

Abstract

The principle as a fundamental rule is the background of the legal system, starting from the formulation and formation of laws and regulations to the enforcement of the regulations in question. Legal principles are a very important element in the formation of laws and regulations. Violation of norms shows a tendency to violate principles, and the elimination of norms will impact the tendency to eliminate principles. The methods used are the conceptual approach and the statute approach. The data sources used are secondary data that researchers can obtain from literature studies in the form of books, records, newspapers, journals, and other documents that can be used in this study. Secondary data consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Research results: (1) The position of the lex posterior derogat legi priori principle cannot be placed as a basis for overcoming the conflict of norms between UUK-PKPU and UUHT. (2) Resolution of norm conflicts between UUK-PKPU and UUHT can be done through a harmonisation approach of the two laws through the legislative process in the DPR. The bankruptcy process shows a conflict arising between UUK-PKPU and UUHT because the holder of the dependent right should still be authorised to exercise all his rights even though the grantor of the dependent right is declared bankrupt by article 21 of the Law. In contrast, Article 56 paragraph (1) suspends the rights of creditors of the holder of the 'dependent right'. To overcome the conflict of norms, it should be understood that the principle of lex posterior derogat legi priori means that the new norms/rules of law perfect the enforceability of the old norms/rules of law in the same legal regime

Abstract

Trafficking in Persons (TPPO) is a grave human rights violation because it causes various negative impacts on victims physically, psychologically, or socio-economically; one of the efforts to restore victims of TPPO is through restitution. This research explores the role of restitution in the context of TPPO. This research adopts a qualitative approach by collecting data through a literature study. Furthermore, the data is analysed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of the research indicate that restitution plays a vital role as a remedy and legal protection for victims of human trafficking. In its application, the punishment for the obligation to pay restitution can be replaced with imprisonment. Criminal punishment is not merely a deterrent effect on the convicted person, but recovery for the victim of the crime itself through restitution must be considered.

Abstract

Indoctrinative learning approaches are still widely used by PAI teachers. According to Aceng Kosasih, PAI material is static-dogmatic in nature, especially material related to faith, so that learning that is oriented towards critical thinking is irrelevant. The material on faith until the day it ends, for example, is the lecture method that dominates it. This is very impressive considering that religious material should not only express beliefs without a true rationale. On the other hand, the learning approach can function as a tool to understand the material without changing the principles of the faith. The aim of this research is to try to develop a learning approach based on critical thinking in fostering understanding of the material on faith until the Day of Judgment and testing its effectiveness in improving the hubbullah attitude of class IX junior high school students. This type of research is a pre-experimental model with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used for qualitative data is the Miles and Huberman model, while for quantitative data the Paired Sample T Test is used which is equipped with an N-Gain calculation to see the level of increase in hubbullah's attitude. The results of the application can be taught very well and are representative in increasing understanding and fostering students' hubbullah attitudes. This can be seen from the PAI teacher assessment showing a percentage of 100%. The influence of the critical thinking approach can be observed from the results of the Paired Sample T test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a comparison value of 7.754 > 2.042 ttab which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Regarding the increase in hubbullah's attitude, it can be seen from the calculation of N-Gain = 0.35 with the improvement category being "medium"
