Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empower the people of Panambangan Village in realizing independence and welfare based on optimizing community potential, focusing on understanding the history of Panambangan Village, the origin of the name of the village, and the potential of its natural resources. The method used in this study is qualitative research method. The potential of Panambangan Village tourist attraction has a tourist attraction that until now has not been developed. Research results The wealth of tourism potential of Panambangan Village needs to be developed in order to support sustainable tourism. Recommendations that can be given to develop tourism potential are directed based on the condition of Panambangan Village whose status as a tourist village, but conditions on the ground have not reflected this. This is shown by the development of tourism which is still constrained by development costs. Even though Panambangan Village has many natural features and cultural traditions that can be considered quite exciting tourist attractions, The conclusion of this study shows that efforts to optimize natural resources can be vital in achieving community welfare by combining ecological sustainability and economic development.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of viral marketing, content marketing, online customer reviews, celebrity endorsers, flash sales, and word of mouth (WOM) variables on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop in Buleleng Regency. The total sample obtained was 238 respondents. The data in this study was collected using a closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using SPSS. The research results show that partially and simultaneously, Viral marketing, content marketing, Online customer reviews, Celebrity endorsers, Flash sales, and Word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The NU organization among students is IPNU-IPPNU; of course, it has a role in spreading the wings of Islamic da'wah, primarily through the Internet. Its function is to prevent the internet from being filled with content that does not contain education and people who are not responsible, especially people who can mislead the younger generation today. This study aims to analyze the contribution of IPNU organizational communication in Gebang District, Cirebon Regency, in developing da'wah science. The research method used in this study is the qualitative descriptive method. These sources are gathered based on discussion and linked from one piece of information to another. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and research. This data is analyzed, and then conclusions are drawn. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that IPNU Gebang District plays a role in the development of da'wah in its area, with various activities held, such as monthly and weekly routines. The forms of activity are Narayanan, Yasin, recitation of Al-Barjanji, and general recitation. Other activities supporting the development of da'wah are developing adolescents' interests and talents, such as journalistic training, graphic design, and public speaking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine if trust affects public intention to do online purchasing. The sample used for this research consisted of as many as 42 individuals who had shopped on the online marketplace (Lazada) and was collected using quota sampling. This study's data acquisition method was questionnaires. Quantitative data is employed, and SPSS 20 is utilized for data administration. The validity test, reliability test, determinant test (R2), partial test (T), and simple linear regression test are utilized as data analysis techniques. The magnitude of these variables' influence was measured using simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and the T-test. The straightforward linear regression test calculation yielded Y = 0.084 based on the study's findings. After comparing the t-count of 4.094 to the t-table of 2.021, it can be concluded that variable X significantly affects variable Y. The coefficient of determination is 0.18 percent, while other factors influence the remaining 0.82 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the program of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Regent Rokan Hulu Regency in increasing entrepreneurial interest. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting case studies on the KADIN program in Rokan Hulu Regency. Data was collected through interviews and documentation and then analysed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that the KADIN and regent Rokan Hulu Regency programs have a role in increasing entrepreneurial interest in the Rokan Hulu community, primarily through programs held, coaching, and marketing. However, several obstacles to implementing this program remain, such as lack of support from local governments and public understanding that KADIN must provide business capital. Therefore, more effective efforts are needed to realise the KADIN program in Rokan Hulu Regency and increase interest in entrepreneurship in the community.

Abstract

North Kalimantan (Kaltara), the 34th province in Indonesia, with its capital city in Tanjung Selor, has very abundant natural resources (SDA) potential. North Kalimantan has a coastline of 3,515 km, which holds a variety of capture fisheries potential. To find out the traditional fermentation process of Sikalut and Lais (Kryptopterus) fish in Butas Bagu Village. The purpose of this final project is to learn about the traditional fermentation process of lais fish (Cryptopterus Bicirrhis). Starting from Washing 1, Filleting, Disposing of Stomach Contents, Washing II, Draining Water, Salting, Freezing for 24 hours, Adding Cassava Dregs, and Putting Fish in Jars. Traditional fish processing should be done at night; the goal is to prevent flies from landing on the ingredients, and it should be done with caution if the preparations are mixed with other ingredients apart from cassava pulp or rice.

Abstract

The church is an entity that aims not to make a profit, so financial accountability is an important aspect of the church. Good financial accountability can only be realized if the financial reports’ church accepts financial accounting standards. The financial accounting standard governing the financial reporting financial reporting of nonprofit-reinterpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. By applying ISAK 35 in presenting church financial reports, it is hoped that parties interested in the church can assess the performance of church management and increase the congregation’s trust in the church administrator. The research location is at the HKBP Bandar Klippa Resort Epiphanias Tembung District X Medan Aceh. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by the triangulation method. This study aims to present church financial reports based on ISAK 35. In 2022, HKBP Bandar Klippa will have a Rp deficit (39.736.895). Also, in 2022, there were some additional fixed assets. There are two units of fans, 1 unit of keyboard, and 1 unit of audio mics, and the Sunday school building will be inaugurated in November 2023. The change in net assets was influenced by a deficit in 2022, which becomes Rp 1.021.626.010. HKBP Bandar Klippah's cash flow activities consist of operations and investments.

Abstract

Premature Skin Aging is a change in the skin that occurs as a result of the aging process. The occurrence of aging on the skin is based on the physiological aging process of the organs, which can ultimately cause skin aging. The main factor causing premature skin aging is lifestyle, one of which comes from nutrition. This research uses a quantitative research method and a cross-sectional analytical observation method. The population used in this research were individuals studying at the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University, class of 2021, with the age group 20-25 years. The sampling technique used in this research is a purpose sampling technique. From the existing population, 20 students were taken as samples. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Chi-Square Test. This research found that the average sample of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Yarsi University class of 2021, had a suitable and sufficient diet. Ten students (50%) had an adequate diet, and the other 10 (50%) had a good diet. Hypothesis testing using the Chi-Square test produces Asymp values. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.037, this value is smaller than 0.05 (0.037 < 0.05), so H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an influence between diet and the process of premature skin aging

Abstract

This research activity aims to analyse the influence of age on Tokopedia's brand awareness and the attractiveness of Tokopedia's online advertising to the audience. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The survey acquisition data is then processed using the SPSS application. The results showed that the age variable did not significantly influence Tokopedia's brand awareness or the attractiveness of Tokopedia's online advertising to the audience. This study concludes that technological developments also have an impact on bringing progress and development in various fields. The Industrial Revolution 4.0, limited mobility due to the pandemic, and the discourse on the application of Society 5.0 have also encouraged the development of the internet and technology and its application to various aspects of life and the work sector.

Abstract

This study examines the management transformation process carried out by print media in switching to online media platforms. The research focuses on understanding media management carried out by print media in adapting information technology and its content into the online realm. Qualitative research methods were used, including an in-depth interview with the editor-in-chief of Media Harian Bengkulu Ekspress, which has transformed into online media. Data analysis was carried out to determine the management changes made by the Bengkulu Ekspress Daily media when switching to online media. The results highlight the transformation of media management of Bengkulu Ekspress Daily, starting from the formation of a special team that handles this online media itself, changes in news language that follow the tastes of the community, adjustments to the layout on the web, and interaction with readers through communication media. The implications of this transformation show significant changes in business models as well as increased reader engagement through online platforms
