Abstract

Bandung is one of the tourism cities with a wide variety of handicraft products which are an attraction for tourists. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction by looking at the role of the creativity of business people and product innovation. In this study, 110 questionnaires were distributed online to consumers in the city of Bandung, West Java. The data were then processed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence between creativity and customer satisfaction. In addition, product innovation also has an effect on consumer satisfaction. The results in this study obtained a score of 54.2%, This score indicates that there is an influence between the variables of creativity and product innovation on customer satisfaction. This study is proposed to emphasize the importance of creativity and innovation skills in product development, especially in the handicraft industry in the city of Bandung

Abstract

Tindak pidana perdagangan orang (TPPO) merupakan kejahatan luar biasa yang melanggar hak asasi manusia. TPPO dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif bagi korban, baik secara fisik, psikis, maupun sosial ekonomi, salah satu upaya untuk memulihkan korban TPPO adalah melalui restitusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran restitusi dalam TPPO. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi pustaka. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa restitusi berperan sebagai pemulihan dan perlindungan hukum bagi korban perdagangan manusia. Dalam praktik peradilan pidana di Indonesia, hukuman kewajiban membayar restitusi dapat diganti dengan pidana penjara. Pidana bukan semata-mata efek jera terhadap terpidana saja yang perlu diperhatikan tetapi pemulihan kepada korban kejahatan itu sendiri melalui restitusi yang harus diperhatikan.

Abstract

The increase in the selling price of fuel oil has had various impacts on many aspects, one of which is the transportation sector. City transportation business actors, who are one of the business actors in the transportation sector, are directly affected by the policy of increasing fuel prices. This study analyses the effect of rising fuel prices on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 city transportation drivers at the Cicaheum Terminal in Bandung City. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence of the increase in fuel prices on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The results of multiple linear regression analysis found a significance value of 0.400 in the price increase variable and 0.000 in the subsidised fuel oil variable, so only subsidised fuel oil has a positive influence on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The results of this study indicate that there are limitations experienced by urban transport business actors in the city of Bandung in running their businesses as city transport drivers as a result of rising fuel prices.

Abstract

The rapid emergence of TikTok as a digital marketplace has transformed the landscape of cross-border e-commerce. Originally functioning as a social media application, TikTok now facilitates direct commercial transactions between sellers and consumers across national borders, particularly in Southeast Asia. This shift raises significant legal concerns regarding consumer protection, jurisdictional reach, and dispute resolution. Legal systems, especially in developing countries like Indonesia, are often unprepared to address the complexity of disputes arising from such cross-jurisdictional interactions. This study, through a normative juridical approach and literature-based analysis, evaluates the limitations of Indonesia’s current legal regime in ensuring effective consumer protection in the digital trade context. The discussion emphasizes the necessity of strengthening Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanisms and fostering international regulatory harmonization. Recommendations are proposed to address legislative gaps and institutional weaknesses in anticipation of the growing role of global e-commerce platforms in shaping consumer transactions.
