Abstract

Stunting is a condition in the development of toddlers due to malnutrition characterized by a height below average, and the consequence if a toddler is affected by stunting is that it hurts the child's cognitive development and causes generative diseases in adulthood. Presidential Decree No. 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of reducing stunting is a form of the government's seriousness in dealing with stunted toddlers. This research uses the K-Means algorithm method, which calculates data using RapidMiner software, looking for differences in the number of stunting data cluster members in 2019-2020 and 2021-2022. There are changes in provincial data in each cluster after comparison. The high cluster, initially three provinces, became nine, and the low cluster, initially 10, became 7. The average percentage of each high cluster in 2019-2020 compared to 2021-2022 experienced a decrease of 9.264%, and for the medium cluster, it experienced a decrease of 5.13%, and for the low cluster, there was a decrease of 3.736%.

Abstract

The Ongoing COVID pandemic has hampered economic activity; Food is a basic need that must be fulfilled and cannot be postponed. During the current pandemic, business people need to pay attention to the situation and conditions, especially the limitation of economic activity in several regions. However, Digital technologies have been extensively studied in academic research and industry. Moreover, little is known about adopting digital technologies in manufacturing firms at a supply chain level. This paper aims to understand why and how manufacturing firms adopt digital technologies and the impact of the adoption on supply chains. This research includes the design of a Web-based Supply Chain Management application to facilitate inventory management, starting from the process of ordering goods from suppliers and procurement of goods to managing goods to customers. Digital technology in the supply chain in the manufacturing area helps companies to store goods management data, raw materials, inventories, deliveries, and daily deposits, and others that are still using manual systems or not yet computerized to maximize performance and also profits for the company, suppliers, including end customers. The study identifies that technological intelligence and supply chain cooperation are critical factors and proposes two-dimensional levels of adopting digital technologies according to their low-to-high degrees.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the legal basis and functions of organs in a Limited Liability Company (PT) and identify the legal impact on PT organs that carry out the duties and authorities of other organs. In the global context, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is the key to the company's success for long-term growth and business continuity. The economic crisis in Asia and Latin America in 1999 was attributed to the failure of GCG implementation. The research method used is normative juridical with an analytical descriptive approach. The two main approaches used are the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The results showed that the executive actions of Commissioners in PT require approval from the Board of Directors with a power of attorney, maintain legality and implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance. The Bank as a third party also requests a power of attorney to ensure the legality of the applicant who is a Commissioner. Research reveals the legal basis for the establishment of a PT stipulated in Articles 36-56 of the Criminal Code and Articles 1233-1652 of the Civil Code. This research contributes to understanding the importance of GCG implementation and the legality of the Commissioners' executive actions in maintaining the integrity of the company. The results of the research are expected to be the basis for companies and regulators in improving good corporate governance.

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya’s energy cost in 2021 amounted to Rp 147.654.439.569, with an energy cost ratio of 24.37%, and the electricity cost of production unit accounted for 76% of the total energy consumption of PDAM. The relatively flat topography does not allow gravity-based systems for water supply. Aging equipment has decreased overall pump efficiency (ηpt) and increased energy consumption, particularly in Ngagel I WTP, built in 1922, necessitating an energy audit. Energy audit includes measuring pump flow rate and pressure, power, voltage, current, power factor, pump and motor pump rotation and temperature. Analysis shows that raw water pumps U2, U3, U5, and S1 and distribution pumps U1, U3, and T4 are still in good condition. However, raw water pump U6 and distribution pumps U6, S1, and S2 require reconditioning and impeller adjustment due to declining efficiency. Furthermore, PDAM must inspect the distribution pump T1 with the lowest efficiency value (49.77%) to determine the appropriate repairs. The research results are action recommendations expected to serve as input and considerations for PDAM in their efforts to improve energy efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the nature of chemical content, analyze abrasion value and optimum asphalt content using local Kinang Jingkion as road pavement material. In this study, XRF and XRD testing methods were used to determine the chemical content of Kinang Jingkion local material, then testing the characteristics of rough aggregate to determine the abrasion value, testing fine aggregate characteristics, and testing asphalt pen 60/70 and marshall test to determine the optimum asphalt content (KAO). The tests obtained the results of comparative data analysis between laboratory tests and literature standards that meet the eligibility requirements. The results showed that: First, the results of XRF and XRD analysis on Wilihingke samples, 0.15 mm granules, 2.36 mm granules, and Kinang Holuwon found that all chemical elements contained in the four samples were solid metal inorganic chemical elements. The results of this analysis prove that the four samples, which are fine aggregates and coarse aggregates, do not contain organic substances. Where the results of this analysis are by the requirements of aggregates which are one of the components in the concrete mixture, where the aggregates used must meet certain conditions, one of which must not contain excess organic matter because it can undergo decay by bacteria using dissolved oxygen; Second, from the test results obtained, the aggregate wear value (abrasion) was 32.69%; Third, based on the test results, the value of the Marshall parameter with Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) obtained a value of 6.125%.

Abstract

Defamation through social media is regulated in Article 27 Paragraph (3) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. In fact, the article seems to be a rubber article because it can easily be applied, especially to events that actually fall within the scope of ordinary disputes between individuals through social media or limited to reality stories that then make personal offenses that are considered an attack on honor / good name. This then became a polemic in itself in the community because of the application of articles that are multiinterpretive without paying attention to the scope of events. The problem examined in this study is how the criminal provisions according to Article 27 (3) of the ITE Law and the limitations of the application of article 27 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law. As a form of problem solving for the polemic that continues to occur, on June 23, 2021, the government issued a Joint Decree of Criteria Guidelines. Implementation of the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (SKB UU ITE). This decree was signed by the Minister of Communication and Information, the Attorney General and the Chief of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, which is expected to be a law enforcement guideline so that there is no multiinterpretation of the implementation of the ITE Law which previously became a rubber article.

Abstract

Dam operation and maintenance activities are critical, so the dam usually works and provides benefits according to plan. Over time, the performance of the Cacaban Dam has decreased significantly. The physical condition of the main building, supporting buildings, and instruments have experienced damage, which could pose a risk to the dam's safety. The main objective of this research is to determine priority strategies for improving operations and maintenance of the Cacaban Dam. Determining priority strategies for improving operations and maintenance in this research uses the DSS (Decision Support System) method with SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) and QSPM (Quantitative techniques Strategic Planning Matrix). Based on the SWOT analysis results, the resulting strategy is the Diversity Strategy, meaning that the Cacaban Dam is in good internal condition. In contrast, the external condition is not good. The proposed strategy is to minimize external threats/threats with strategic priorities referring to the scoring results using the QSPM method. Meanwhile, from the results of the dam performance assessment, Cacaban Dam obtained an average performance score of 3.45, considered adequate performance. However, if you look at several items of poor performance, there are two items, namely reservoir condition and border and greenbelt conditions, which have poor performance. There are seven components, namely intake buildings, spillway buildings, support hills, dam services, emergency action plans, instrumentation, and surrounding communities, whose performance is quite close to the deficient limit and has the potential for performance to decline. Extra handling is needed to restore the performance of dams and reservoirs.
