Abstract

The Purpose of this research determine the results of measuring the performance of each type of mutual funds, namely the type of Money Market, Fixed Income and stocks in 2016 - 2020, if using the Sharpe method and the Treynor method and finding the type of Mutual fund with the best performance from these measurements. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, totaling 30 samples of mutual funds. The analytical tool used in performance measurement is Microsoft Excel. The result of this performance measurement is the performance measurement of money market mutual funds, resulting in the Sucorinvest Money Market fund with the best performance based on Sharpe and Treynor methods. Fixed income mutual funds with Danamas Stabil that have the best performance based on Sharpe measurements and from stock funds, there are 2 Mutual funds, namely Sucorinvest Equity Fund and Sucorinvest Maxi Fund. The results of these measurements are Danamas Stabil from fixed income mutual funds are able to have the best performance of the 3 types of mutual funds based on Sharpe measurement, while based on the Treynor method, produce money market funds that have the best performance.

Abstract

Sanan Village is one of the tourist destinations in the city of Malang. Kampung Sanan is the center of tempe processed souvenirs in Malang City. Most of the population works as tempeh craftsmen, both for production and sales. This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of tourism products, prices, and service quality on visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires conducted online, randomly with the number of respondents collected as many as 150 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Data analysis tested whether there was a significant effect of the independent variables of tourism products, prices and service quality on the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. From the results of data processing and research tests, it was found that the variables of tourism products, and service quality had an effect on visitor satisfaction. While the price has no effect on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Sanan. If simultaneously the three independent variables, tourism products, prices, and service quality affect visitor satisfaction. The results of this study also obtained that the service quality variable had a dominant influence on visitor satisfaction in Sanan Village, Malang City. This illustrates that visitors who visit Sanan Village are satisfied with the quality of service provided by Sanan Village.

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves have many indicators that affect their income, one of which is the tourism sector. The tourism sector has an important role as a source of foreign exchange reserves. Tourism activities create demand, both consumption and investment, which can increase the income of foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. This study uses data from 1990 to 2019. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model using the OLS method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that (1) there is a significant influence between the number of foreign tourists on tourism foreign exchange (2) there is a significant influence between the exchange rate on tourism foreign exchange (3) there is a significant influence between domestic investment in the hotel sector and restaurants to tourism foreign exchange.

Abstract

Absorption of labor is often used as a benchmark for the development of human resources, including the workforce of a country. The minimum wage level of work continues to rise, which can have a positive impact on the workforce, but unlike the company, which sees this as an increase in company costs every year. The aim is to determine the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, and the minimum wage on employment. Using multiple linear regression analysis methods with OLS. The results of several linear regression analyzes show that foreign investment has a significant effect on employment, domestic investment has no effect on employment, and low state wages have a significant effect on employment. Foreign Investment has an influence and relationship with employment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of viral marketing, e-cosyummer reviews, prices, consumer lifestyles and consumer confidence on consumer buying interest on the shopee application in the area. Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study is all people who buy products on the Shopee application who are domiciled in the Yogyakarta area. The sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the highest average score on the viral marketing variable is based on three indicators, namely the existence of promos and discounts sent to consumers, information that is easy to understand and spreading information through the comments column. The results of this study succeeded in showing 12 proven hypotheses. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the highest average score on the viral marketing variable is found in three indicators, namely the existence of promos and discounts sent to consumers, information that is easy to understand and spreading information through the comments column.

Abstract

The company that has recently emerged as a new competitor in the world of food delivery services is an E-commerce application called Shopee. Shopee introduces a food delivery service called Shopee Food which has the same function as other food delivery services. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, promotion, perceived value, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of shopeeFood users in the city of Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is SEM which is processed using AMOS version 24.0. The population used in this study is the entire community of ShopeeFood users who are domiciled in the city of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling. The results of this study indicate that of the 9 significant positive hypotheses consisting of 5 hypotheses and not significant consisting of 4 hypotheses. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on perceived value. Promotion has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The high demand for McDonald's BTS Meal products caused a stir because all McDonald's outlets were busy being invaded by online motorcycle taxis, resulting in very dense queues during the Covid-19 pandemic, even foreign news such as South Korea and India covered this. This study aims to determine the effect of fandom, packaging, promotion, and product innovation on purchasing decisions for McDonald's BTS Meal in Solo Raya. This type of research is quantitative, sampling is done by accidental sampling method, which is to determine the sample taken according to the wishes of the researcher. The query results were analyzed using the SPS statistical procedure to determine its impact on consumer purchases through testing, reliability testing, classical estimation test, multiple regression analysis, f test, decision test, and t-test. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that fandom, packaging, promotion, and product innovation have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The problem that arises is that the effectiveness of the program for preparing family life for teenagers in the bojonggambir sub-district has not yet been achieved, including the number of young marriages that are still fairly large, the sources of the religious affairs office in the bojonggambir sub-district, the divorce rate is still very high. There are still many cases of maternal mortality and infant mortality rates, the level of education in family life is still lacking, understanding of family planning programs and delays in the age of marriage are still minimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the family life preparation program for adolescents in the bojonggambir sub-district. The methods used in this research are: descriptive method with a qualitative approach that is descriptive as a human instrument to determine the focus of the research. The results of the study stated that the effectiveness of the program for preparing family life for teenagers in Bojonggambir sub-district had not been achieved due to not fully implementing effectiveness measures, including the size of the integration program. Then it was concluded that the improvement of human resource capabilities had been carried out although not optimally, the overall parameters were still not optimal, the facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of the family life preparation program for teenagers were not optimal, they still used makeshift facilities, honorariums for implementers.

Abstract

The use of the internet is not solely for marketing but far from that companies use it even to the stage of buying and selling transactions. The convenience of the internet makes business people have many competitors that have sprung up, so that in this day and age companies are not only tasked with attracting consumers but also must make consumers loyal. This study aims to examine the effect of the service user interface, service information quality, perceived security, E-commerce service feedback on the satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of Agoda customers in Indonesia. The population used in this study is people who have made transactions in the Agoda application at least 2 times. The data used is primary data with the number of respondents as many as 166 people. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling. As for the analysis using the SEM method and processed using the AMOS program. The results showed that the eleven hypotheses in this study were significant. User interface service quality, information quality, feeling of security, E-commerce service feedback, electronic customer satisfaction, and electronic customer trust have a positive effect on E-commerce customer loyalty. E-customer trust is the dominant variable that influences the increase of Agoda customer loyalty in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article tries to unravel and reveal two methods that can lead to good conversation, deliver better understanding and develop reasoning and critical thinking skills, namely Accountable Talk and HOTS. The connection with the mind is how neatly arranged words based on good rhetoric can influence thoughts and even give birth to ideas. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the similarities and differences between accountable talk and higher order thinking skills by comparing them. The research method is using library research or library research, both from books and from research journals that are related to the discussion in this study. While the type or nature of this article is comparative descriptive. Accountability is defined as an ethical concept related to the ability to explain the decisions taken and activities carried out alias asked for reasons and accountability. Meanwhile, higher order thinking skills are the ability to connect, manipulate, and change their knowledge and experience critically and creatively in making decisions to solve problems in new situations.
