Abstract

The high demand for chicken consumption has made the chicken carcass business more competitive. This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy for broiler chicken carcasses at CV, Rejeki Jaya. The research was conducted for six months starting in December 2021. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Methods of collecting data are interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique used SWOT analysis. The results showed that the marketing position of CV. Fortune Jaya is in quadrant I so that an aggressive strategy is applied. The right strategy for CV. Rejeki Jaya is: strengthening a solid management team to be able to compete with competitors, improving quality and maintaining prices so that consumers remain loyal, maintaining sufficient stock to anticipate delays due to illness and improving product distribution by prioritizing speed and delivery time. CV. Rejeki Jaya suggested increasing cooperation with chicken farmers by making written contracts to maintain prices and improve product quality so as to win the competition in the chicken carcass business.

Abstract

In this era technology has become the field most widely used by the wider community, one of the most widely used technology fields is the internet. The advantages of the internet can be used by many people, even these users have urged their users to switch. For example, in this era a lot of business is done using the internet. The use of the internet is not solely for marketing but far from that companies use it even to the stage of buying and selling transactions. However, the convenience of the internet also makes business people have many competitors that have sprung up, so that in this day and age companies are not only tasked with attracting consumers but also must make consumers loyal. So that consumers do not switch to competing companies, companies need to meet customer satisfaction and also make consumers believe. This study aims to examine the effect of the service user interface, service information quality, perceived security, E-commerce service feedback on the satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of Agoda customers in Indonesia. The population used in this study is people who have made transactions in the Agoda application at least 2 times. The data used is primary data with the number of respondents as many as 166 people. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling. As for the analysis using the SEM method and processed using the AMOS program. The results showed that the eleven hypotheses in this study were significant. User interface service quality, information quality, feeling of security, E-commerce service feedback, electronic customer satisfaction, and electronic customer trust have a positive effect on E-commerce customer loyalty.

Abstract

This paper will empirically examine the existence of ex ante moral hazard in health insurance market in Indonesia with respect to lifestyle choices such as smoking and obesity. A key challenge in understanding the moral hazard problem is endogeneity. Decisions regarding having insurance and lifestyle choices are arguably sequential, not simultaneous. Then, it is difficult to decide which one precedes the other. To address this problem, this paper uses a multivariate probit analysis. This paper uses three waves from the IFLS (Indonesian Family Life Survey) over 2000, 2007, and 2014, as these have information about insurance status, smoking behavior, and obesity condition. This paper finds evidence of the existence of ex ante moral hazard in health insurance for obesity of the head of household, but not for smoking. The multivariate probit regression shows that having health insurance increases the propensity of being obese. Using a wider sample, including all members of households, there is not sufficient evidence of the existence of ex ante moral hazard for either smoking or obesity. Surprisingly, the decisions between smoking and obesity are substitutes. This means that there are non-observable elements that increase the tendency to smoke, but reduce the propensity of being obese, and vice versa.

Abstract

The enforcement of criminal law in the field of customs and excise is still focused on imposing criminal penalties or sanctions against perpetrators. Settlement of customs and excise cases should focus on recovering losses in state revenues because Import Duties, Export Taxes (Export Duties), and Excise are the main sources of state revenue. This study aims to examine the concept of criminalizing customs and excise criminals in the perspective of restorative justice and the implementation of restorative justice in customs and excise law enforcement. This study uses a normative juridical approach through the study of legal theories and legislation related to research problems. The results of this study are that the concept of restorative justice has been adopted in Customs and Excise Law but legislation should be issued immediately relating to procedures for stopping investigations in the interest of state finances so that a restorative justice approach can be applied in the settlement of customs and excise cases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of the village government in improving the quality of public services, especially in the field of population administration at the Panji Kidul Village Office, Situbondo Regency, to find out the supporting factors and also the inhibiting factors of the village government's efforts to improve the quality of public services. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, namely by describing events that occur in the field, data collection will be carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the village government's efforts to improve the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the Panji Kidul Village Office are by motivating employees related to work discipline, improving the quality and professionalism of employees, improving facilities and infrastructure, the existence of procedures for the order of population administration services, improving performance. government apparatus. In addition, the participation of rural communities in public services is also very helpful in the smooth process of public services. The supporting factors for the village government's efforts to improve the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the Panji Kidul Village Office are community participation, cohesiveness between village government officials, and the determination of service costs. The inhibiting factors are the quality of village government apparatus resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, and undisciplined working conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze end user computing satisfaction on the GBI Keluarga Allah’s application and its impact on congregational participation in worship, growth in the cell community and church ministry. In this case, end user computing satisfaction is measured by five indicators, it is content, accuracy, format, timeliness and ease of use of the application. In this study, 100 questionnaires were distributed and the final sample obtained was 97 respondents, who are members of the GBI Keluarga Allah who use GBI KA application. The results of the analysis show that the end user computing satisfaction of the GBI Keluarga Allah congregation is quite high and affects the level of participation of the congregation in worship. This end user computing satisfaction also affects the participation of the members of the GBI Keluarga Allah in participating in cell groups and services, although there are other factors that affect the level of participation of the congregation in these cell groups and services besides the end user computing satisfaction of the congregation on the application of GBI Keluarga Allah.

Abstract

Telehealth is the provision of a variety of clinical and non-clinical services, and technology to people in remote locations using information telecommunication technology (ICT). Utilization of telehealth services can reduce the likelihood of transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Health care professionals can take on more clinical and nonclinical tasks from home. Therefore, telehealth protects the health of patients and healthcare professionals 15. Telehealth also provides low-risk critical medical care to patients with non-COVID-19 conditions, and recognizes those who may require further clinical assessment and consultation. This review aims to analyze the implementation of telehealth in hospitals during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. In the initial search stage, 22 articles were found, and 4 articles were found that matched. From the 4 articles, it was concluded that Telemedicine is much interested in and contributes positively to the world of health, can minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19 so that it is a solution to prevent all forms of direct physical contact, provide continuous care to the community, and ultimately reduce morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 outbreak. However, the government's role is very large in the sustainability of digital telehealth in the world of health Dengue infection is the fastest-spreading viral infectious disease in the world. In recent years, there has been an increase in reported neurological findings associated with dengue infection. In dengue endemic areas, the most common neurological complication is dengue encephalopathy.

Abstract

In 2020, Indonesia experienced an increase in the number of poor people by 10.19% with a total poor population of 26.42 million people. By definition, poverty is the inability from an economic point of view to meet the basic needs of food and non-food as measured from the expenditure side. The elderly tend to have a high poverty rate and elderly women have a greater potential to be in poor conditions with the percentage of poor elderly women being 9.96%. DI Yogyakarta is a province with an elderly poverty rate and the highest number of elderly population in Indonesia with an elderly percentage of 14.71% in 2020. Therefore, a solution is needed to minimize the number of poor elderly women in the DI Yoyakarta Province by knowing the factors that cause poverty in Yogyakarta elderly female level.This study was proposed with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the poverty of elderly women in the Province of DI Yogyakarta. The type of data used is primary data obtained from 799 samples of elderly women in DI Yogyakarta Province and secondary data as supporting data in this study. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression. The variables in this study include: length of schooling, ability to access information and communication technology, labor participation, number of hours worked, marital status, health complaints and outpatient history.The results showed that the variables of school years, ability to access information and communication technology, labor participation, number of hours worked, health complaints and outpatient history had a significant effect on the poverty of elderly women in DI Yogyakarta Province. While the variable that does not significantly affect the poverty of elderly women in the Province of DI Yogyakarta is marital status, so that this variable does not have the opportunity to affect the poverty of elderly women in the Province of DI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, non financial compensation and work motivation on the work performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees partially and simultaneously. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression, with a sample 0f 154 people. The results of this study indicate that the financial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The results of this study indicate that the non financial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Financial compensation, non financial compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work performance.
