Abstract

Micronutrients are essential nutrients. Micronutrients are needed mostly below 100 milligrams per day for human nutrition, although macronutrients are needed in grams daily. Essential nutrients cannot be produced in human beings and, therefore needed by the diet. Micronutrients play a fundamental role in digestion and tissue maintenance but effects in inhibiting or medication of sickness which is not caused by lack of nutrients cannot be predictable from increasing the consumption. Medical insufficiency of nutrients is unfamiliar in industrialized nations i.e. High consumption of micronutrients such as folic acid and b-carotene is linked with a high threat of long-term illnesses for example cardiovascular disease, and inferior threat of congenital heart disease and cancer at different places. Above 2 billion persons in both developing and industrial Countries are disturbed by deficiencies. The actions or absorption of vitamins is slowed down by Anti-vitamins i.e., enzymes that use vitamin B1 are suppressed by Pyrithiamine. Biotin absorption is inhibited by avidin, although by cooking it is inactivated. In the human body four main basic elements (O, H, C, and N) by weight, are often not involved in the tilts of main minerals. For plants, nitrogen is a “mineral" because it is normally involved in manures. 96% of the weight of the human body is composed of these elements, and the remaining percent is composed of trace elements and macrominerals. Phosphorus, Calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium (macro minerals, microelements) are the five main elements in the human body. Sulfur, manganese, molybdenum, copper, iodine, selenium zinc, chlorine, cobalt, and iron are microelements, with specific biological functions in the human body. The current review analyzes the different methodologies for the study of nutritive consumption of micronutrients and will reflect the indication of the valuable influence of the supplements of micronutrients on health.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the cardiovascular effects of two commonly used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Voltaren (diclofenac) and Brufen (ibuprofen), on the heart. A total of 496 participants from Saudi Arabia were included in a cross-sectional descriptive study, utilizing an online questionnaire. The data revealed that both Voltaren and Brufen were associated with adverse cardiovascular effects, including pulse disturbance and hypertension. Specifically, chronic use of Voltaren and Brufen was linked to an increased risk of heart-related complications. The study emphasizes the need for heightened awareness among healthcare professionals and the general public regarding the potential cardiovascular risks associated with the use of these NSAIDs.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential to transform the way antibiotics are managed in healthcare by providing creative ways to fight antibiotic resistance and enhance patient outcomes. This paper examines the various aspects of AI's function in the management of antibiotics, including diagnosis, tailored treatment, infection surveillance, and future implications. The talk focuses on the potential advantages of AI-driven methods, such as improved diagnostic precision, customized treatment plans, and proactive monitoring of patterns of antibiotic resistance. But there are several obstacles to overcome before AI can be fully applied in the healthcare industry. These include issues with technical complexity, data accessibility and quality, clinical acceptability, regulatory concerns, and long-term financial viability. Collaboration amongst partners, financial support for infrastructure and resources, and a dedication to moral, patient-centered care are all necessary to meet these obstacles. Notwithstanding these challenges, AI-driven antibiotic management has enormous potential to revolutionize global patient outcomes, fight antibiotic resistance, and change healthcare delivery.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the trade landscape, influencing the way business is conducted around the world. This research aims to investigate the experience and influence of digital phenomena on traditional trade. Qualitative research methods were used, with in-depth interviews and content analysis as the main tools for data collection. Through this approach, a deep understanding of how traditional commerce adapts and evolves in the digital era is gained. The research results show that digitalization has provided challenges and opportunities for traditional trade actors. On the one hand, digitalization has increased market accessibility, enabling traditional traders to reach new customers through online platforms. On the other hand, increasingly powerful digital competitors pose a threat to the continuity of traditional trading businesses. Traditional merchants must adapt quickly to new technology to remain competitive.

Abstract

Indonesia has around 17,500 islands spread throughout the archipelago and a coastline that stretches for 81,000 km, more than half of Indonesia's total area is sea and water. This geographical condition makes Indonesia a country that has rich marine resources. However, challenges such as illegal fishing and lack of empowerment of coastal communities threaten the sustainability of the fisheries sector. Implementing the Blue Economy concept is the key to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through a literature study, this article investigates strategies for implementing the Blue Economy in empowering communities in Indonesia to achieve the SDGs, especially goal 14: Life Below Water. Strategic steps are needed such as increasing supervision, developing technology and building infrastructure to improve community welfare and maintain the sustainability of marine resources. With great potential in the aquaculture sector, Indonesia can realize the vision of sustainable development through collaboration between various parties and the application of innovative and sustainable Blue Economy principles.

Abstract

This research has a specific objective to analyze the Indonesian government's strategy in realizing sustainable marine development based on its role as a middle power country. The author uses the theoretical framework of middle power identity and niche diplomacy to analyze the problems in this study. This research is a type of qualitative research that is explained using the explanatory method. Based on the results of the research, the Indonesian government's strategy is to prioritize sustainable marine development in national marine policy and also commit to contributing to the world's sustainable marine development with the blue economy principle. This commitment will be realized by increasing cooperation in the marine sector at the bilateral, multilateral and regional levels. Specifically, the form of the realization of this commitment is that Indonesia has become the strategy of the Indonesian government to realize sustainable marine development is to become the initiator of the formation of cooperation forums (coalition building), to become the contact person for countries in the interest of sustainable marine development (bridge builder), and to uphold international norms in the marine sector for the common good (catalyst).
