Abstract

This study aims to identify and determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress, the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the effect of work stress on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress, the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational commitment, the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and analyze the implications of research findings so that they can be applied in the context of human resource management and employee development at PT. GIU to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama from various divisions who are still actively working. Based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 187 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study was by using purposive sampling. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Statistical analysis of data in this study was descriptive data analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on work stress, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, there is no influence of work stress on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, there is no influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. While the implications of this study in the context of human resource management (HR) and employee development at PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama, namely PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama can improve employee performance by providing training and development programs that focus on strengthening emotional intelligence, companies need to create a supportive work environment and provide rewards for employee loyalty and dedication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of korean wave and mental health on career choice with self concept as a mediating variable in students in Jakarta. The approach in this study is quantitative, with primary data types. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 100 students who met the criteria with a student population in Jakarta aged 17-25 years and over. This study uses SEM PLS 3 software. The results showed that the korean wave was significant to self concept, mental health had a significant effect on self concept, mental health was found to affect self concept, mental health affected self concept, in addition the Korean wave affected career choice. Interestingly, the korean wave does not directly affect career choice but significantly affects career choice through self concept, and also mental health does not directly affect career choice but significantly affects career choice through self concept.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This study aims to determine how the influence of Knowledge Sharing and Motivation on Competence mediated by Innovative Behavior in teachers in East Jakarta. Methods: The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through google form. The population in this study were teachers in East Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Smart PLS software to evaluate the relationship between variables. Findings: The results of the study prove that (1) Knowledge Sharing affects Innovative Behavior, (2) Motivation affects Innovative Behavior, (3) Knowledge Sharing affects Competence, (4) Motivation affects Competence, (5) Innovative Behavior affects Competence, (6) Innovative Behavior indirectly affects Knowledge Sharing on Competence, (7) Innovative Behavior indirectly affects Motivation on Competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication, and competence on service quality with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT RB Group. This study uses a quantitative approach research method with multiple linear regression analysis data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Jamovi 2.6.19 software. The population of this study were all employees and management who worked at PT RB. Group. purposive sampling method, with a total sample size of 4 PT RB Group companies so that the total in this study was 201 samples. The data used in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on the results of the study, it shows that transformational leadership style, communication, and competence have a positive and significant effect on service quality. organizational commitment is proven to mediate the relationship between independent variables and service quality. this indicates that increasing transformational leadership, effective communication, and developing employee competence can improve the quality of service provided by the company.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, product quality, brand trust on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on H lip cream series customers in Jakarta. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection using questionnaires and interviews of part of the questionnaire. The population in this study are customers who have bought more than once H lip cream series products and live in Jakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Result: The results prove that brand awareness, product quality, and brand trust have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness and brand trust have a direct effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions have no direct effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, purchasing decisions do not mediate brand awareness, product quality, and brand trust on customer satisfaction. Implication: The results of this study focus on the marketing strategy of the importance of strengthening brand awareness and brand trust in creating satisfied customers rather than just focusing on encouraging purchases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. TBT, Tbk from 2020 to 2022. The methodology used is documentation in the form of financial report data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis is carried out through calculating four types of ratios. The ratio in question is the liquidity ratio represented by the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR). Then the second is the activity ratio represented by Inventory Turnover (ITO), Average Collection Period (ACP), Average Payment Period (APP), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO). Third, the solvability ratio is represented by the Debt Ratio (DR) and Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIE). And the last ratio is the Profitability Ratio which is represented by Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Total Assets (ROA), Return on Common Equity (ROE). Results of research and analysis of PT's financial reports. TBT, Tbk from 2020 to 2022, it is known that based on the company's current ratio and quick ratio it has decreased every year. In terms of activity ratios, it can be seen that ITO has experienced a significant increase, ACP in the form of days has decreased, while APP has experienced fluctuations, and TATO has experienced a significant increase. Then the debt ratio, both seen from the company's DR and TIE, experiences fluctuations. Regarding the profitability ratio itself, if we look at the company's GPM, it has experienced a significant decline. Then if you look at OPM, NPM, ROA and ROE, the company experiences fluctuations every year.
