Abstract

Business in the service sector has continued to grow in recent years. It cannot be denied that running a business requires creative innovation. In order to create a new idea, a businessman is required to actively search for relevant information to support creative ideas, including within the scope of service marketing. Al-Azhar Islamic School Cairo Banda Aceh is a branch of the Islamic school Al-Azhar Cairo Indonesia. This school is a school for memorizing the Qur'an which applies the national education curriculum and the Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh religious curriculum and combines education based on IMTAQ (faith and piety) and science and technology (science and technology). The results of the research show that the marketing strategy implemented by Kindergarten Al-Azhar Cairo in competing is by using a 4P marketing mix strategy, namely service strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the practice of selling cocoa and the views of Islamic law on selling cocoa in Trienggadeng District. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with direct data collection in the field. The research results show that the practice of buying and selling cocoa in the Trienggadeng District is strongly influenced by local processes and existing regulations. Even though there are obstacles and variations in price and quality, the local cocoa market remains an important part of the economy and sustainability of cocoa farmers in Trienggadeng District. In the practice of buying and selling cocoa in Trienggadeng District, Pidie Jaya Regency, there are violations of the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as balance, fairness, and honesty. Mixing the quality of cocoa by farmers and buyers not only violates the values of Islamic morality, but also goes against the prohibitions in Islamic business, such as tadlis, gharar, ghishy, and khalabah. This shows the need for awareness and commitment to running a business by Islamic teachings which emphasize the importance of truth, justice, and honesty.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami perilaku konsumen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang diperlukan. Metode utama yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka, yang memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang fenomena perilaku konsumen. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pada data, fenomena, dan hipotesis yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu mengungkapkan pentingnya peristiwa, proses, dan interaksi sosial yang melibatkan elemen psikologis seperti motivasi, persepsi, sikap, kepercayaan, dan emosi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang perilaku konsumen secara keseluruhan. Informasi yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk merancang strategi pemasaran perusahaan yang lebih tepat sasaran dan efisien, sehingga perusahaan dapat menghadapi tantangan di pasar dengan lebih baik dan meningkatkan daya saingnya. Kata Kunci: perilaku konsumen, psikologi, marketing Abstract This research aims to delve into consumer behavior using a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, the researcher serves as the main instrument to gather and analyze the necessary data. The primary method used is literature research, which allows for a deeper understanding of consumer behavior phenomena. By employing this approach, the research is expected to increase confidence in the data, phenomena, and hypotheses generated. The study is also anticipated to reveal the significance of events, processes, and social interactions involving psychological elements such as motivation, perception, attitude, trust, and emotion in consumer decision-making. The results of this research are expected to enhance our overall understanding of consumer behavior. The information obtained from this study is expected to serve as a strong foundation for designing more targeted and efficient company marketing strategies, enabling companies to better navigate market challenges and enhance their competitiveness. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui praktik jual beli dengan sistem arisan pada reseller Royale Premium dan bagaimana pandangan fiqh muamalah terhadap praktik jual beli dengan sistem arisan pada reseller Royale Premium tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian dengan metode kualitatif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode wawancara terhadap penjual dan peserta arisan. Dokumentasi yang digunakan berupa dokumen yang berasal dari dokumentasi akun WhatsApp penjual maupun dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik arisan pada reseller Royale Premium adalah masyarakat yang berminat akan langsung menghubungi penjual untuk berdiskusi mengenai tata cara menjadi peserta arisan, penentuan pemenang ditentukan berdasarkan undian yang dikocok sebulan sekali, dan jangka waktu pelaksanaan arisan adalah lima bulan untuk lima peserta dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hukum Islam praktik arisan mukena tersebut diperbolehkan (mubah) karena merupakan bentuk dari jual beli istishna’. Sedangkan mengenai perubahan angsuran yang harus dibayar peserta disebabkan kenaikan harga mukena termasuk ke dalam riba, karena secara tidak langsung dia diwajibkan membayar lebih dari angsuran yang dia setorkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the practice of online arisan and legal perspectives on online arisan practices among the community in Sigli City. The research method employed is qualitative, allowing the researcher to gain in-depth insights into the topic under study. In collecting data, the author utilized various approaches, including library research and field research methods. Research shows that online arisan in Sigli City has rapidly adopted platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Online arisan allows broad participation with high efficiency. Besides pooling funds, it strengthens social ties and offers opportunities for investments in descending or flat arisan schemes. From an Islamic law perspective, it's crucial to adhere to Sharia principles such as transparency, participant consent, and fair treatment. Proper documentation is key to resolving disputes like breach of contract or fraud.

Abstract

This Research conducted to see the effect of economic growth on proverty in Indonesia, the data used is secondary data forn the Wirld Bank, Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency in 1990-2022.The analysis menthid used in thi research is the VAR (Vector Autoregressive) method. This model can explain short, medium and long term behavior. The results of research on the Impulse Response Function Show that the GDP Variable is related to proverty. States that in the short term there is an of the GDP Variable is related to proverty. States that in the short term is an effect of the shock caused by GDP on proverty, wile in the medium term or long term there is no effect of the shock caused by GDP on proverty.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Islamic law review of disputed land leases in Pulo Pisang, Pidie district. This research uses qualitative methods with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, the data obtained is in the form of primary and secondary data. The research results show that the practice of leasing on disputed land is carried out because it is looking for a middle way to resolve disputes between the legal owner and land users because the disputed land is neglected and not maintained. Review of Islamic law regarding the lease of disputed land in Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, if seen from the Islamic law perspective of disputed land being transferred to lease, this is permissible because of the harm in cases of land disputes. Gampong officials have the authority to mediate disputes that occur in the gampong to provide this solution so that fellow parties do not feel disadvantaged by the dispute

Abstract

The effectiveness of developing small and medium enterprises in the view of sharia law in Aceh is an important topic in regional economic development. Based on research conducted, there are several factors that threaten the effectiveness of small and medium enterprise development in Aceh, such as difficult access to capital sources, minimal product innovation, less than optimal marketing, and inadequate workforce. The aim of this research is to determine and explain the development of small and medium enterprises from the perspective of sharia law in Aceh. The type of research used in this research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach, to obtain data using interview and observation techniques, then the collected data is analyzed by data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results show that the effectiveness of developing small and medium enterprises in the view of sharia law in Aceh relating to the provision of sharia financing capital shows that sharia microfinancing can help increase the productivity and income of small and medium enterprises and sharia microfinancing can help increase capital, turnover and profits of small businesses medium in Aceh so that sharia microfinancing can be an effective tool in developing micro, small and medium enterprises in Aceh and can reduce poverty and prevent unemployment.

Abstract

Ihya 'al-mawat is the cultivation of vacant land that has not been processed and is not owned by someone to be used as productive land, both as agricultural land and building buildings. The legal basis for ihya 'al-mawat is based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w, the law (mustahab), other opinions say ja'iz. The ways of Ihya' al-Mawat are as follows: fertilizing, planting, making fences, and digging trenches. The fiqh scholars agree that the conditions for ihya 'al-mawat include: Islam, puberty, intelligence, people working, land to be cultivated, not belonging to others, and the cultivation process. The majority of scholars have different opinions that clearing vacant land is the cause of land ownership without being obliged to require a permit from the government. As the Basic Agrarian Law and Forestry Law, it must first refer to the guidelines of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Basic Agrarian and Forestry Laws made by the government. Because Indonesia is a nationalist country, the law used is the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, article 33 paragraph 3 as the Basic Agrarian Law in Indonesia.

Abstract

The diversity of products and services offered by banking institutions provides ample opportunities for consumers to choose banking institutions that suit their needs. Consumer decisions in using or making purchases are influenced by cultural factors. By always paying attention to these factors, consumers will decide to use the company's products or services. The problem formulation in this research is whether cultural factors influence customer decisions in choosing BSI KCP Grong-Grong, using quantitative methods. The number of samples involved in this research was 100 customers using the purposive sampling method. The research results show that cultural factors have a significant influence on customers' decisions in choosing BSI KCP Grong-Grong. The lower the cultural factor, the lower the customer's decision to choose BSI KCP Grong-Grong, and vice versa, if the cultural factor is higher, the higher the customer's decision to choose BSI KCP Grong-Grong.
