Abstract

The Ngargoyoso tourist attraction area is one of the popular tourist attractions in Karanganyar Regency, especially in Central Java. In this tourist area there are many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer various products, especially original products from Ngargoyoso. The use of information technology to support the marketing and promotion of local products, namely the Electronic Marketplace which is made based on a website with marketing and sales features, is expected to increase income and improve the welfare of the local community. The problem faced by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Ngargoyoso Tourism Village area is that the sales model that is carried out is still conventional and the promotions carried out are still very limited, only limited to the surrounding area. Sometimes tourists who visit don't even know the location of the SMEs in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso. And also many tourists who don't know what products from SMEs and their locations are, considering that currently in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso there is no market or physical store to market souvenirs typical of the products of SMEs in the village of Ngargoyoso. This has resulted in several SME products that have not been exposed to the outside. Even though during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the current number of tourists visiting the Ngargoyoso tourist village, of course this greatly affects the income value of SMEs in the Ngargoyoso tourist village. Thus, the application of the Electronic Marketplace with a Rule Based Expert System can be used as a promotional media and selling and buying with a wider reach.

Abstract

Adequate nutrition during pregnancy affects the incidence of stunting. Every pregnant woman is encouraged to have regular prenatal checkups. But many pregnant women and nursing mothers do not routinely do checkups. They even lost a book to monitor Maternal and Child Health, so the examination history was not fully documented. This creates problems such as incomplete patient data, and midwives having difficulty finding patient history. The purpose of this study is to develop an application to monitor maternal health. Monitoring is also carried out to help detect early if there are potential abnormalities or health problems for the mother and fetus. The research method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, by developing computer applications to monitor maternal health. The results show that this application can produce information on the history of physical examinations on patients more quickly and accurately. Reports are presented in the form of printouts and graphics. The graphic display makes it easier for the midwife to read the progress of the patient's health. Midwives are also faster in detecting abnormal patient conditions, so midwives can immediately provide education, action, or therapy.

Abstract

This study discusses speech acts in the Digital Comics discourse made by UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students who are members of the Creative Digital Skills Development Class. The comic discourse campaigns for the importance of tolerance from both religion and fellow human beings. The digital comics were created in a creative digital skills class held by the English Literature study program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Through digital comic discourse, female students create their ideas with the theme of tolerance. By using Searle’s theory, speech act analysis in the discourse is carried out. Searle gave further categories of illocutionary speech acts into representative, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative categories. These categories make it easier for researchers to see specifically the intended meaning. The data from this study emphasize the utterances spoken by the main characters of the comics. In addition, images from the data become secondary data from this study because the discourse consists of two units, namely text (verbal) and images (non-verbal). The data is processed and classified into several speech act classifications proposed by Searle. The data is described by the qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that speech acts reflected from digital comics by students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta have topics that refer to tolerance and maintaining harmony between religions or friends. In this work, students took three main sub-themes, namely 1) inter-religious harmony, 2) harmony among friends, and 3) harmony among neighbors. Character emphasizes the female character. The stories of the characters also affect the storyline, most of which emphasize caring and caring for each other, especially for women of different religions or different backgrounds. In terms of speech acts, from the 15 data collected, there are Directive, Expressive, and Representative with the directive portion being more dominant. The results show that 46.2 percent of the main characters show directive speech acts. Expressive speech acts show the second dominant speech act with a percentage of 33 percent. While the representative 13.2 percent in representative speech acts. While the declarative percentage shows 6.6 percent. From this percentage, it can be concluded that the use of directive speech acts is the main and most effective reference in conveying the moral message of an invitation, namely an invitation to maintain harmony. While expressive speech acts are used as speech acts that reflect empathy for others. In this case empathy between friends or religion.

Abstract

The market which is the largest wholesaler of clothing in Central Java is the Klewer market area and its surroundings. One of the clothing stores in the area is the Simple Inc Store. Simple Inc Store is a large kiosk that sells clothing products in the form of various types of shirts, t-shirts, jackets, sweaters and pants. Sales of products in these stores are still done conventionally, namely customers come directly to the store to choose and buy products. The number of clothing products that are sold makes customers experience difficulties in the process of selecting clothing products. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a recommendation system that can assist customers in choosing clothing products. The purpose of this study is to build a Recommendation System for Selection of Clothing Products by applying the Knowledge Based Recommendation method. The research method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of 5 stages, namely Business Modeling, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Application Generation, and Testing. Knowledge based recommendation has the advantage of being able to set the level of user priority based on the user's needs for the product. Knowledge based recommendation on the recommendation system for the selection of clothing products can provide 5 choices of search attributes for clothing products, namely brand, price, material, color and size. clothing product selection recommendation system can display clothing product information, perform clothing searches based on customer needs based on a choice of 5 attributes and can display clothing product recommendations. Clothing products with the highest similarity value are displayed as clothing product recommendations. The results of the system testing using the blackbox testing method show that the functions in the recommendation system for selecting clothing products have successfully run as expected.
