Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principles of good governance and its role in the bankruptcy process. This research method is quantitative. The results showed that corporate governance with the basic principles of good corporate governance, companies that apply the principles of good corporate governance have healthy business prospects, consistent implementation has the potential to resolve the company's obligations to its creditors and Islamic bankruptcy legal principles basically provide protection to debtors and creditors, but it indicates protection to creditors takes precedence over debtors.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the influence of organizational climate and the employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri. The research method used was Based on this frame of thinking we can make the following hypothesis: organizational climate influence the Division of FATB & ASS employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Head Office directly and indirectly. Descriptive analysis used for analize respondents response and Path analysis for influence. The used test for the research instrument is the validity test and reliability test. To change data in ordinal form, the degree of its measurement is increased in order to be interval data by using the method of Succesive interval. The outcome of this research are: In general, organizational climate at Division of FATB & ASS at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Head Office have good Qualification and employees performance have high qualification. Statistic test show that organizational climate influence the Division of FATB & ASS employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Head Office directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The aim of reseach are 1). To analyze as far as knowledge about insurance, attitude to confront client, skill to selling polis and effectiveness trainning in knowlarge dimention, attitude, skill as simultaneous effect to agency performance. This research serve quantitative approach and data gathering technique is questioner with the data analysis used path analysis. The result of this research is there’s no significance affect of the knowlarge of insurance products toward improvement of agent performance. On the contrary, there is significance affect on the agent attitude in communicating with client and the skill in selling insurance product toward improvement of agent performance. This conditions lead to the new diagram which eliminated the knowladge of insurance product variabels. The other variabel which would have been affecting the agent performance is social economic of agent. The summary which can be explained is the agent trainning stay at ineffective condition, and still needs improvement especially in knowledge aspect. The recomendation to the management trainee are (1) To improve quality of knowlarge aspect of the agent by training (2)To carry out monthly discussion among agencies about the development of product to improve product knowlarge of agent (3) Agent should be a professional workers which a full responsibility in graining a number of target.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of quality Im3 products to the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Technomas Internusa Branch XXX. The methods used in this research was observation and questionnaires, and then tested the truth with the scientifically theory then concluded. The results of analysis this research indicate that of coefficient determination show the influenced very strong between product quality and the level of customer satisfaction that is 87,6% and the remaining 12,4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The suggestions submitted to the company are to constantly improve product quality especially on signal strength and to expand network coverage improving customer satisfaction, as well as improving product performance to avoid interruption when used, and maintain customer satisfaction when communicating using Im3 products.

Abstract

This study aimed to know how much the influence cost of production to profit at PT. Sempurnaindah Multinusantara period of 2011-2015. The research method used descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interview, and library research. Analysis technique used pearson product moment correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (T test). The result of showed that pearson product moment correlation analysis 0.968, the result of simple linear regression analysis Y = 148.448,336 + 0,21X, the result of determination coefficient 93,7% and result of T test ???????????????????????? > ???????????????????????? (6,700 > 3,182) and sig 0,007 < 0,05 concluded that the cost of production affect the Profit. Suggestions for PT. Sempurnaindah Multinusantara should be able to suppress and minimize the price of raw materials which each year has an increase that affects the determination of the cost of production but must be adjusted with quality on the raw material, and increase sales, So the profit earned more increases.

Abstract

To measure how much influence between promotion and consumer service hence used method of quantitative descriptive research that is a method that measure phenomenon and current situation. Descriptive research focuses more on solving current problems, on actual issues and data collected and then compiled and analyzed. Descriptive research analysis is an approach to describe a real situation based on existing data and information.The result of measurement between promotion and visitor service found that (1) There is positive and significant influence between promotion (X1) to ticket sales (Y), shown by Ryx1 0,415 with determinative degree equal to 0,173, giving influence 17,3% (2) There is a positive and significant influence between visitor service (X2) on ticket sales (Y), which is shown by Ryx2 of 0.421 with determinative degree of 0.177, giving effect of 17,7% to ticket sales ( 3) There is a positive and significant influence between promotion (X1) and visitor service (X2) on ticket sales (Y), shown by Ryx1.2 of 0.485 with determinative degree of 0.235, giving 23.5% tickets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of entrepreneurship development on the development of micro and small enterprises. This research is quantitative research with explanatory research, with data collecting technique through questioner and interview and sample using saturated sample technique, with Quantitative analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurship (X) have an effect on business development (Y) of 77.7%. Entrepreneurship development has a positive and significant influence on business development. Entrepreneurship development conducted by Lengkong Sub-district is to provide institutional guidance, human resource development, financing facility, introduction and development of technology application, production development, marketing and promotion facility and business protection, in the form of socialization, giving facility in the form of capital and non capital as well as various training and mentoring and product development.

Abstract

This research was conducted through a qualitative method approach with a descriptive case study that describes the informal sector as a pillar of food security in supporting the social economy. Through informal businesses in this global competition, the fact that businesses in the community canteen trader is able to survive in the midst of heavy and hard to face the era of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) by the inclusion of a wide range of formal business sectors on a large scale. Many investors into Indonesia with the ease of getting the facility. In the end, small businesses in the informal sector with a wide range of creative product capable of competing creative ideas continue to be developed along with the ability and willingness to be applied in the work of innovative, to be able to continue to live better. This is the central pillar of food security which occur in supporting community economy competitive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Excelent Service Loyalty Saving On Mardhatillah BMT Member's Blessing Branch Purwakarta. This research included into descriptive study and using Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research is the validity of the data, the reliability of the data, the normality of the data, the data heterokedastisitas. While the test design using linear regression data analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination. The results showed that perceptions Service Excelent has a strong connection to the Loyalty Saving On Mardhatillah BMT Member's Blessing Branch Purwakarta. This is evidenced from the results obtained in testing the hypothesis in which the value of 14 121 (t)> 1.66 (t table). With significance level is 0.000 less than 0.05. Correlation coefficient of 0776 as well as the coefficient of determination = 60.2% subsequently acquired the linear regression equation is Y = 2,477 + 0.425 X + e. This means that every 1% increase in Service Excelent then Loyalty Savings will increase by 0425. It can be concluded that the key to the success of BMT Mardhatillah Blessing Branch Purwakarta in reaching and serving the market must apply Service Excelent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the organizational culture and employee engagement on turnover The main focus of the researcher is on how attachment of employees of PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Bandung Towards. This research uses descriptive method and verifikatif. The population in this study is 495, because the population exceeds 100, the samples taken as many as 91 employees of PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Technical analysis is used is the pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that organizational culture and compensation are in high category, while job satisfaction is in the medium category. The result showed correlation calculation organizational culture variables with job satisfaction relationship with a medium classification. while the compensation to the job relationship with a high classification At Adjusted R Square values, job satisfaction is influenced by organizational culture and compensation is in the medium classification.
