Abstract

In order to reduce waste and optimize existing potential, the Wantilan Village Government manages waste from industry in the form of rope waste into creative handicraft products and has economic value. Through the Family Welfare Trustees (PKK) in Wantilan Village, the waste rope that was previously trash has now been transformed into a bag, a place for tissue, flower pots and others. The community as craftsmen certainly has additional income from these handicraft products so that this program can certainly increase the income of the community, especially the craftswomen. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of tabarru' contracts in industrial waste treatment in Wantilan Village, Cipeundeuy District, Subang Regency, to find out industrial waste treatment carried out in Wantilan Village, Cipeundeuy District in the view of Islamic Economics, and to find out the benefits of tabarru' contracts for anayaman craftsmen. Wantilan Village, Cieundeuy District, Subang Regency. The type of research used is field research, while the approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The practice of processing industrial waste in Wantilan village is a tabarru contract with a monetary contribution of IDR 10,000 per sack. In industrial waste treatment in Wantilan Village, there are two tabarru' contracts in the form of giving something, namely a grant contract that is in accordance with sharia provisions. The benefits of the Tabarru' contract that have been carried out include the profit from the sale of handicrafts is quite large because craftsmen do not need to buy raw materials, craftsmen can easily get raw materials because they have been provided by the manager, tools or general expenses needed by the PKK for mutual progress in pay from tabarru' funds, as for these needs including: making hangtags, exhibition needs, purchasing raw materials to the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Service Excellent To Savings Loyalty On Members BMT Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. In this study, the object of research is the Savings and Loans Cooperative BMT Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. This research is included into descriptive research. Primary data collection through questionnaires with sample determination using Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the validity of data, data reliability, data normality, data heterokedastisitas. While the test design using linear regression data analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination. The results showed that Service Excellent has a significant effect on Member Loyalty At Baitul maal wat tamwil Mardhatillah Berkah Branch Purwakarta. This is seen from the results of hypothesis testing where the value 14.121 (t count)> 1.66 (t table). With the level of significance is 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.776 and the coefficient of determination = 60.2%. Furthermore, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the mangosteen buying and selling system in bulk with the agreement of the mangosteen harvest season agreement is appropriate based on the Shari'a contract or there is still a element of gharar in buying and selling mangosteen. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type case study approach. The technique of data collection is done by triangulation, which is collecting data about the mangosteen trading system in bulk through observation, interviews, and documentation to mangosteen sellers and buyers in the place. Then the results of the study will be analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the sale and purchase of mangosteen in bulk using the contract agreement once the harvest season, done before the mangosteen is feasible to be harvested with the surrender agreement mangosteen submitted when the harvest season arrives on condition that the mangosteen bears fruitful, while the transfer of money is done when the initial contract occurs. If the fruit harvest fails, the buyer's money does not return, but waits for the next bushy mangosteen harvest. Buying and selling mangosteen in bulk in an Islamic economic perspective, including buying and selling gharar or buying and selling supernatural because it does not meet the requirements and the harmony of the sale, there is no clarity in the submission of mangosteen. Advice from the author, buying and selling mangosteen is better done when the mangosteen is harvestable, in order to avoid buying and selling gharar.

Abstract

The people of Cilalawi Village, Sukatani Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, have been making use of Bank Emok's loans only to meet consumer needs, because with their jobs whose income is uncertain they cannot meet their needs or needs quickly. With debt they can fulfill this and repay debt from their work. But not a few people also take advantage of debt for productive things, namely to make venture capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the enthusiasm of the Muslim community in Cilalawi Village Cilalawi Village Sukatani District Purwakarta Regency on the existence of "Emok Bank". To find out what factors influence the Muslim community in Cilalawi Village, Sukatani District, Purwakarta Regency, use the services of "Bank Emok". The research method used in this study is through a qualitative approach, where the qualitative approach is also called the naturalistic approach. Qualitative called because the nature of the data collected is qualitative, not quantitative, because it does not use measuring devices. While it is called naturalistic because the research field situation is natural or natural, as it is, without being manipulated, and without being regulated by experiments or tests. Naturalistic research looks at real situations that change naturally, are open, there is no engineering of controlling variables. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of documentation, interviews. The results showed that the enthusiasm of the public in using the services of Emok Bank was quite large. On average in one Bank Emok has a number of customers of more than ten people there are even up to 40 people. Public enthusiasm can also be seen from the number of borrowed Emok Banks. Most people borrow more than one Emok Bank and even up to four Emok Banks at the same time. Cilalawi Village community uses the services of the Emok Bank influenced by internal factors that include the person such as age, economic situation, work, lifestyle and psychological factors such as motivation, perception and attitude of the community. External factors that influence the people of Desa Cilalawi in using the services of Emok Bank are cultural, social, and marketing.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. Abstract

A development of the leasing business, such as renting a car at CV Tunggal Perkasa which is engaged in car rental services in the field of expeditions, in this lease there is an agreement where this lease creates rights and obligations for both parties. In Islam, leasing is termed al-ijarah, which is a contract for the transfer of usufructuary rights over goods or services, through payment of rental wages, without being followed by a transfer of ownership (milkiyah) of the goods themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of renting a car rental service at CV. Tunggal Perkasa, and to find out an overview of the sharia economy in leasing at CV. Mighty Single. The type of research used is field research, while the approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The mechanism used in the practice of renting a dump truck is to enter into a contract agreement with predetermined terms and conditions, and the rental system applied to both parties is bound. When viewed from the perspective of the contract, the pillars and terms of the lease are reviewed according to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council NO: 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The lease agreement made by both parties is not in accordance with Fiqh Ijarah

Abstract

The Qardhul Hasan financing at BMT Al-Amanah Subang was not surveyed again, because the Qardhul Hasan survey had been carried out at the beginning of the members doing previous financing such as Mudharabah, Murabahah, Musyarakah, and Rahn financing, because Qarhdul Hasan financing is a conversion from the previous contract. Qardhul Hasan financing has certain categories for financing the needs of members such as education costs, medical expenses, and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the terms and conditions of financing Qardhul Hasan at BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch; To find out the Qardhul Hasan contract financing system at BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch; and To find out the benefits of the Qardhul Hasan Agreement for members and managers of BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch. The results of this study 1). The terms and conditions of Qardhul Hasan financing at BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch do not use collateral on the condition that they must become members of BMT Al-Amanah, and members are no longer able to pay installments of previous contract financing that have matured; 2. Qardhul Hasan Financing System at BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch, namely: a). For members of BMT Al-Amanah who are active members by having principal and mandatory savings, b). For members who already have financing, which is past due, but have difficulty paying the financing installments, BMT Al-Amanah converts the contract into Qardhul Hasan; 3). The benefits of Qardhul hasan for members and managers are: a). For members, it is very helpful for members who are having difficulty paying installments and as a source of non-commercial loans / bailout funds, b). For managers, namely because Qardhul Hasan financing is social and please help it will give a good image for BMT Al-Amanah Subang Branch.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan aktivitas teknik dan manajemen dimana mengukur karakteristik kualitas dari produk atau jasa, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengukuran itu dengan spesifikasi produk yang di inginkan serta mengambil tindakan peningkatan yang tepat apabila ditemukan perbedaan kinerja aktual dan standar. UMKM Keramik Mustika Bunda merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan keramik di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas di UMKM Keramik Mustika Bunda, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dimana menggunakan alat Statistical Process Control (SPC) sehingga didapatkan peta kendali yang menggambarkan pengendalian kualitas. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas di UMKM keramik Mustika Bunda tidak terkendali, ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan perhitungan terdapat 3 titik di luar kendali sehingga jumlah reject yang ada melebihi batas maksimal yang diperbolehkan. Berdasarkan analisis parsial cacat terbanyak yaitu cacat lepek, hal ini karena jumlah titik terbanyak yang melebihi batas maksimalnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai mekanisme Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor di PT. Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikmpek. Banyaknya manfaat yang bisa diperoleh oleh nasabah yang menggunakan pembiayaan ini, peneliti tertarik ingin meninjau lebih dalam lagi tentang prosedur dan proses penerapan akad murabahah pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor di PT Bank BJB Syariah Cikmpek. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pembiayaan kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor dan untuk menganalisa dari sudut pandang hukum ekonomi Islam tentang produk pembiayaan(PPKB). Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pembiayaan pemilikan kendaraan sepeda motor yang dimana calon nasabah harus memberikan simpanan wajib dan pokok sebagai pendaftaran calon nasabah Bank BJB Syariah, kemudian melengkapi persyaratan-persyaratan yang ada, dan juga melengkapi identitas diri si pemohon pembiayaan. pendaftaran Nasabah baru dengan memberikan simpanan wajib dan pokok serta memberikan uang muka sebesar 30% dari jumlah harga sepeda motor. Sisa 70% di angsur sesuai dengan kesepakatan di awal antara nasabah dengan pihak Bank.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerjasama sudah banyak dilakukan dikalangan masyarakat dengan masyarakat lainnya maupun dengan instansi pemerintah. Dalam ekonomi syariah juga terdapat kerjasama antara dua belah pihak atau lebih, kerjasama dalam tinjauan ekonomi syariah diatur berdasarkan landasan hukum Al-quran dan Hadits. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di desa Wantilan mengembangkan kegiatan kerjasama dengan pelaku usaha Maggot yang ada di desa Wantilan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengenai kerjasama yang terjalin antara BUMDES dengan pelaku usaha maggot ditinjau dari persfektif ekonomi syariah, dengan penyertaan modal dari masing-masing pihak yang terlibat serta pembagian presentase keuntungan dari kedua belah pihak. Hasil dari penelitian ini Badan Usaha Milik Desa dengan pelaku usaha maggot di desa Wantilan, belum sesuai dengan akad syirkah ‘inan, karena persayaratan yang belum terpenuhi seperti halnya dalam penyertaan modal terdapat perbedaan yang keluarkan BUMDES dengan pelaku usaha, dimana pelaku usaha memberikan modal lain berupa peralatan dan maggotnya. Sehingga jika ditinjau dari persfektif ekonomi syariah kegiatan kerjasama ini belum sesuai dengan kerjasama syirkah ‘inan. Untuk pembagian presentase keuntungan yang diperoleh pihak BUMDES sebesar 25%, dan untuk pihak pelaku usaha maggot mendapat keuntungan dengan presentase 15%. Lalu Keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam kerjasama yang terjalin masih menjadi kendala yang harus diperbaiki dari kerjasama yang dilakukan untuk kedepannya, agar usaha yang dilakukan bersama-sama ini terus mengalami kemajuan.
