Abstract

This study investigated the real-world impact of green university initiatives (GUIs) on students' Pro-Environmental Behaviour (PEB) at SBM ITB, while also examining environmental attitude (EA) and knowledge (EK) as possible mediating variables. A quantitative survey of 144 students, analysed using PLS-SEM, showed that GUIs had a significant effect on EA, which then positively predicted PEB. EA has also been found to significantly mediate the relationship between GUI and PEB. However, GUIs did not significantly affect EK, and the EK influence on PEB was insignificant from the analysis. Findings from this research suggest that GUIs primarily drive sustainable behaviour by supporting positive environmental attitudes rather than increasing knowledge. These findings urge higher education institution to prioritise attitudinal development in green campus programmes.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of inclusive culture and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The population consisted of 190 female employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale and analyzed quantitatively using SEM PLS 3. The results indicate that inclusive culture has a positive effect on both job satisfaction and performance, whereas the work environment has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction positively influenced performance and mediated the relationship between inclusive culture and performance. This study highlights the importance of fostering a strong inclusive culture within organizations to enhance employee performance. Additionally, companies should prioritize employee skill development through training programs to improve overall job satisfaction and performance. Therefore, this study suggests that organizations should focus on creating an inclusive and supportive work environment to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Abstract

The growing pace of digital transformation has positioned Business Process Orientation Maturity Models (BPOMMs) as critical tools for managing organizational change. This systematic literature review (SLR) synthesizes findings from 40 peer-reviewed journal articles to examine how BPOMMs have evolved to support strategic transformation. The study aims to identify major themes, assess methodologies, and evaluate the incorporation of technology, sustainability, and ethics in maturity models. Using the PRISMA guidelines, a structured four-phase process was applied: identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion. Searches were conducted in major databases using targeted Boolean strings, followed by thematic synthesis and data tabulation. The review identifies six dominant themes: BPOMMs as enablers of digital transformation; the development of multidimensional, context-specific frameworks; the role of technologies such as AI and IoT; the integration of knowledge management and learning; the embedding of ESG practices; and the theoretical-methodological evolution. The study highlights a growing shift toward adaptive, user-centric, and ethically grounded models. This research contributes to academic and practical understanding by clarifying the strategic relevance of BPOMMs in modern digital ecosystems and proposing directions for more agile, sustainable frameworks.

Abstract

The phenomenon of students working while studying, as observed at STAI Panca Budi Perdagangan, highlights the growing need for a balance between work and study. Students face challenges such as pressure to excel academically and at work, which can trigger stress and disrupt their work-life balance. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and intrinsic motivation on the work-life balance of executive class students at STAI Panca Budi Perdagangan. The method employed is quantitative, utilising a survey approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The data obtained are analyzed using the regression analysis method multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results of the analysis indicate that workload, work stress, and intrinsic motivation have a simultaneous and positive effect on work-life balance. To some extent, the three variables also show a significant effect. It was found that financial independence is the main reason students work. Effective workload management and stress reduction, combined with high intrinsic motivation, can help students achieve a better balance between study and work, thereby improving their quality of life and performance. This study reveals the importance of workload management and strengthening intrinsic motivation to achieve a balance between work and personal life for working students.

Abstract

Predicting housing prices accurately remains a major challenge in the real estate industry, especially in fast-urbanizing areas where both structural and locational factors are at play. This study focuses on the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia—a city with varied land use and dynamic housing market conditions—to explore how machine learning (ML) can support better price forecasting. Using the CRISP-DM framework, we analyzed data from 2,020 residential listings, incorporating variables such as building area, land size, number of rooms, and district. Among the several classification models tested, Random Forest achieved the highest accuracy and F1-score. According to the feature importance analysis, building area, land area, and district emerged as the strongest predictors, while vertical features like the number of floors had relatively little effect. These findings suggest that in Yogyakarta’s market, observable physical features may play a bigger role in price determination than location-specific factors. While the study offers a practical framework that real estate professionals can apply, its reliance on structural data and a single-region focus does limit how broadly the findings can be applied. Future research could expand on this by including socioeconomic or environmental variables to strengthen model performance and relevance across different markets.

Abstract

This study examines how spiritual intelligence (SI) can serve as a catalyst for ethical, culturally rooted social innovation in social enterprises, an area often overlooked in literature dominated by Western, profit-oriented perspectives. Drawing on an integrative review of 63 peer-reviewed works published between 2014 and 2024, the research weaves together theoretical and contextual insights to develop a conceptual model. SI is presented not simply as another form of intelligence, but as a guiding moral compass grounded in transcendence, setting it apart from emotional and social intelligences that primarily focus on interpersonal dynamics. Through dimensions such as consciousness, purpose, serenity, and transcendence, SI equips entrepreneurs to turn deeply held values into tangible, innovative solutions, with purpose acting as a bridge and cultural context shaping outcomes. Indonesia, with traditions like gotong royong and tri hita karana, emerges as a rich setting to observe this phenomenon in practice. The study offers practical pathways, from short-term pilot initiatives such as community co-design workshops to long-term strategies like embedding SI in entrepreneurial education and adapting evaluation metrics to local cultures. While conceptual in scope and limited to English-language literature, the work lays the groundwork for future empirical research using mixed methods across diverse cultural contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the role of work flexibility in enhancing employees' work-life balance. It specifically explores whether workload and gender serve as moderators of this relationship. The research is motivated by the growing prevalence of flexible work arrangements, particularly among Generation Z. The objective is to determine whether workload levels and gender affect the effectiveness of flexible work in supporting work-life balance. Quantitative design was employed in this study. Data was collected via an online questionnaire distributed to employees engaged in flexible working systems. A total of 180 respondents participated in the survey. Moderation analysis was conducted to assess both the direct effect of work flexibility on work-life balance and the moderating roles of workload and gender. The results show that work flexibility statistically has a significant effect on work-life balance. Furthermore, the interaction between workload and gender showed no significant effects. This indicates that the positive relationship between work flexibility and work-life balance is consistent across different levels of workload and gender. Thus, flexible work arrangements have universal benefits for enhancing employee well-being. The findings suggest important implications for organizations implementing flexible work systems. Managers are encouraged to adopt flexible work policies as a strategic means to support employee well-being, without requiring differentiation based on gender or workload. This is particularly relevant in managing the expectations and preferences of Generation Z employees. This study contributes to the literature by affirming the consistent positive impact of work flexibility on work-life balance, regardless of individual differences.
