Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership ,instutional ownership ,audit commitee,board of comiddioner on the itegrity of financial statments in companies in the basic and chemical industrysectors listed on the indonesia stock exchage(idx).The research period used was 3 years ,namely the 2018-221 period.The sampling technique used purposive samping technique.Bassed on the specified criteria,a sample of 20 companies was obtained from indoesian stock exchage website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis including the f test and t test processed using the eviews 9.0 program .The results show taht the board of comissioners has positve effect on the integrityof financial statements whereas ,managerial ownershp ,instutional ownership and the audit commitee have no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, financial distress, and company size on accounting conservatism in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The population in this study are all companies belonging to the transportation sector in from 2017 to 2021. The total population of 25 companies using the purposive sampling method obtained 12 samples of companies that met the criteria, with a total of 60 data observations. This study used panel data regression analysis with the help of the eviews9 program. The results of the study concluded that managerial ownership had a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism with a significance value of 0.6398, leverage had a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism with a significance value of 0.3907, financial distress had a significant effect on conservatism with a significance value of 0.0000 and firm size negative effect on accounting conservatism with a significance value of 0.1420 .

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of company growth, leverage, profitability, and company size on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018–2021 period. The study population was 39 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a study period of 4 years. The sample selection method is purposive sampling and there are 8 companies that match the sample criteria. The data analysis method uses panel data and ordinary least squares (OLS). The results of hypothesis testing show that partially Firm Growth has a negative and significant effect on firm value, Leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and Company Size has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously there is a significant influence of company growth, leverage, profitability, company size on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh review konsumen online, harga, aksesibilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 konsumen yang datang dan membeli tanah kavling di CV Al Mansur Property di Nogosari Boyolali. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda untuk keperluan analisis. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara online consumer review, harga, dan aksesibilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara ulasan konsumen online, harga, dan aksesibilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian membeli kavling tanah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan komitmen organisai terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh 1) Pengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan thitung= 4,905 > ttabel= 1,674 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan thitung = 5,060 > ttabel= 1,674 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Pengawasan dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Fhitung= 18,127 > Ftabel= 3,18 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya bahwa pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas dan menjelaskan masalah dan batasan yang terkait dengan penggunaan emas (dinar) sebagai komponen sistem moneter global. Meskipun ada banyak dukungan dari banyak pihak di akhir 1990-an, kemajuannya lambat sejak saat itu. Para sarjana Islam sepakat bahwa sistem moneter saat ini, yang menggunakan uang fiat, tidak adil, dan bahwa sistem baru yang bebas riba harus ditetapkan. Jika sistem saat ini diganti dengan yang baru, negara-negara yang kuat dalam sistem uang fiat, terutama yang memegang mata uang utama dunia, akan menderita kerugian ekonomi dan politik yang signifikan. Secara politis, mereka kehilangan pengaruh dan hegemoni atas negara-negara lain, dan secara ekonomi, mereka kehilangan manfaat dari proses revolusi dan pendapatan bunga. Mereka menentang gagasan menggunakan emas karena ini. Artikel ini, yang merupakan tinjauan literatur, menjelaskan dengan sangat rinci tentang manfaat dinar dan dirham.

Ahmad Faisol, 2022. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme SDM Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Pengembangan Karir (Studi Pada PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Pabrik Garam Sampang). Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, penelitian ini menggunakan program SEM partial least square (PLS). Sampel penelitian adalah 45 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana gambaran kompetensi SDM, profesionalisme, pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 4). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) area Sampang ditengahi oleh pengembangan karir. 8). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) area Sampang ditengahi oleh pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan smart PLS diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,485 dan p-values 0,000. 2). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,539 dan p-values 0,000. 3). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,417 dan p-values 0,001. 4). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan original sample value 0,338 dan p-values 0,006. 5). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,629 dan p-values 0,000. 6). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,339 dan p-values 0,001. 7). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,212 dan p-values 0,012.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, research approach using a quantitative approach, research data analysis using SEM program partial least squares (PLS). The population is 230 people, the research sample is 146 people, the sampling method uses the slovin formula. The aims of this research are 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on product purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket in Sampang area; 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on customer loyalty at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area; 3). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket in the Sampang area; 4). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area; 5). To find out and analyze the direct influence of customer loyalty on product purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket Sampang area; 6). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on product purchasing decisions at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area mediated by customer loyalty; 7). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on product purchasing decisions at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area mediated by customer loyalty. Based on data analysis using smart PLS, the results showed that: 1). Promotion on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect with Original Sample value of 0.296 and p-values of 0.000; 2). Promotion on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.391 and p-values of 0.000; 3). Service quality on purchasing decisions has no significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.077 and p-values of 0.244; 4). Service quality on customer loyalty has a significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.291 and p-values of 0.002; 5). Customer loyalty to purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.318 and p-values of 0.000; 6). Promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.124 and p-values of 0.004; 7). Service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer loyalty has no significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.093 and p-values of 0.005. The dominant influence is the effect of promotion on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory, namely to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 96 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) To test and analyze whether motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 3) To test and analyze whether organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) To test and analyze whether motivation has an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The results showed that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.286 and the p-values of 0.007. 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.501 and the p-values of 0.000. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.429 and the p-values of 0.000. 4) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.215 and the p-values of 0.002.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To describe the work experience, compensation, professionalism and performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 2) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 3) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on professionalism at PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 4) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on professionalism at PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 5) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 6) To test and analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 7) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch mediated by professionalism; and 8) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch mediated by professionalism. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples is 96 employees. The sampling method used total sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. Based on data analysis using PLS, the results showed that; 1) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.288; 2) Work experience has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.388; 3) Compensation has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.513; 4) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.242; 5) Professionalism has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.442; 6) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.171; 7) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.227. The significance value of all research variables at = 0.05 with a 95% confidence level. The variable that has a significant dominant effect is compensation for professionalism.
