Abstract

Trading on the web exchanges done unite venders (business entertainers) and shoppers (purchasers). These exchanges happen by means of sites or locales, correspondence by email, or other web-based entertainment, and installments can be through the web, portable banking, or moves among banks and by means of the smaller than usual market that has been given. However, along with the development of people's buying patterns, it raises many problems including untrusted sellers starting from inappropriate products, and buyers do not get goods. The exploration approach technique, specialists utilize a regularizing research approach, since this examination utilizes an exploration idea, evaluative exploration structure, and prescriptive exploration. Abstract

Banking institutions are financial intermediaries that have a very vital role in the economic structure of every country. Banks absorb funds from the public and channel these funds back to the public so that each country can create a banking system that is sound, and resilient to maintain public trust. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. It is focused to discuss the role of Islamic banking in contributing to developing MSMEs in Indonesia. The provision of initial capital financing and additional monetary along with facilitating and promoting MSMEs in obtaining MSME financing by Bank Syariah Indonesia plays a crucial role in the community. With the provision of financing provided by banks to the micro, small, and medium business community, Bank Syariah Indonesia can improve the economy, and the community's economy is growing and experiencing an increase in income.

Abstract

. Losses suffered by customers can come from unlawful acts of producers or the existence of a valid contractual relationship between producers and consumers. This study uses an analytical method with an empirical juridical approach or legal sociology, which is an approach to the problem by reviewing the regulations that have been enforced in society as positive law with its implementing regulations including its implementation in the field. Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade mentions the Dispute Settlement Agency. Based on the explanation of UUPK article 45 paragraph (2) the settlement of consumer disputes as referred to in this paragraph does not rule out the possibility of an amicable settlement by the parties to the dispute. At every stage, efforts are made to use a peaceful settlement by both parties to the dispute. Based on the provisions of Article 45 paragraph (2) UUPK linked to the explanation, consumer dispute resolution can be carried out in the following ways: 1) Peaceful settlement by the parties to the dispute without involving a neutral court or third party; 2) Settlement through court; 3) Settlement out of court through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency. In liability based on a default, the obligation to pay compensation is none other than the result of applying the provisions of the agreement, which are legal provisions that both parties voluntarily comply with based on the agreement.

Abstract

Takaful industry plays an essential role in answering significant issue in the society such as social, economic and environment. The presence of corporate governance become crucial to every Takaful firm in promoting and raising the public trust in one of the Islamic finance ecosystem whom currently to be called as the sleeping giant. Unfortunately, although the regulation has been established by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), certain cases of malpractices and failure of insurance currently rise to the surface. This study contributes to the literature by investigating corporate governance factors that influenced financial performance of Takaful listed in Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI). Panel Data regression analysis will be used in analyzing the data over the period 2017 – 2021. The data is collected from insurance statistic report published by Financial Services Authority also from annual report and sustainability report of every insurance. Corporate governance variables will be used as independent variables and Return on Asset will be used as a financial performance’s dependent variable. This study provides several corporate governance upon takaful performance from the perspective of a developing country. It also provides an empirical examination of current structures of takaful firms and suggestion to the decision makers and the stakeholders to be adopted in boosting firm performance. This study also gives a recommendation to the policymakers in assessing and reviewing corporate governance policies.

Abstract

This study aims to prepare a feasibility study for the development of Balobaloang Lompo Port in Pangkajene Islands Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The objective is to evaluate the potential and consider important factors in port development, including economic, social, environmental, and technical analyses. The research methodology involves field surveys, primary and secondary data collection, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis. The gathered data will be used to identify development needs and opportunities for the port, as well as assess their impact on various related aspects. The findings of this study will provide a comprehensive understanding of the feasibility of developing Balobaloang Lompo Port. The study will consider various factors, such as environmental sustainability, economic contributions, social benefits, and existing infrastructure readiness. The feasibility study is expected to serve as a guide for the government, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in making decisions regarding the development of Balobaloang Lompo Port. With comprehensive information and careful analysis, it is anticipated that the port development can be carried out effectively and sustainably, while maximizing benefits for the local community and the surrounding region.

Abstract

Events tourism is recognized as a significant and essential part of economic development strategies in developing countries as this industry affects the economy and the development of tourist destinations. Globally, many destinations are exploiting sport events as a strategic tool for energizing and themselves. In recent years, it has been widely accepted by tourism destination managers that sport events tourism make huge contributions to the tourism industry and the economy through foreign capital inflows. Various studies demonstrate that there is growing interest or even hunger to host sport events tourism as promoting development is evident in both developing and developed countries. Events tourism has demonstrated a significant growth over the years in both developing and developed countries. Nowadays, events are utilized as catalysts to develop and market host destinations. Therefore, the image of the host destination can improve and this can potentially lead to an influx of tourists to the host destination. Sporting events benefit destinations in various ways such as the infrastructural developments, foreign investment and foreign exchange, which leads to entrepreneurial opportunities.

Abstract

The current Rohingya situation has been addressed through international initiatives. Quiet diplomacy transitions to loud diplomacy. The situation in Rakhine State has improved because of such diplomatic advances. This essay sought to examine Indonesia's approach to helping Rohingya through humanitarian aid. This study will investigate the mechanism of mediation and its particular techniques, such as multi-party involvement, manufactured discourse, and fourth parties, using the Quiet Diplomacy approach. The contribution of Indonesia also covered in this paper mainly related to interfaith dialogue. The research in this study shows that Indonesian engagement in global, regional, and national collaborative collaboration is having a substantial impact on reducing tension in the Rakhine States.

Abstract

The company's business activities are increasing and growing, creating a fairly tight business competition. In terms of accounting regulations, companies are also competing to apply records that are in accordance with standards for the benefit of stakeholders. The application of PSAK 73 itself Raja is a challenge for companies to implement in their business activities. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing PSAK 73 on the financial performance of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Financial performance will be measured by financial ratios such as ROA (Return on Assets), ROI (Return on investment), ROE (Return on Equity), Current Ratio and DER (Debt to Equity). The results showed that the ratios of ROA, ROI, ROE, Current Ratio and DER experienced significant differences after the implementation of PSAK 73.

Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between education level, accounting understanding, and readiness level of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Central Jakarta in the activity of preparing financial reports according to SAK EMKM. The research is based on the importance of preparing financial reports to support MSMEs and enhance access to capital and markets. However, many MSMEs face difficulties in preparing financial reports, especially due to the low education level, accounting knowledge, and readiness to adopt SAK EMKM. The research employed a survey method, with 260 respondents from MSMEs in Central Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression. The results show that education level and accounting abilities have a significant influence on the ability to prepare financial reports according to SAK EMKM. Furthermore, readiness level does not have a significant influence on the skills of MSMEs in preparing financial reports. Therefore, MSMEs need to improve their education and accounting understanding to effectively prepare financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM.
