Abstract

The issues with upholding election law must be resolved comprehensively if elections are to be held in an honest and fair manner and if they are not to be delegitimized in the future. The first thing that must be done is to determine what is causing issues with law enforcement; After that, a comprehensive solution to this issue is sought, resulting in the establishment of a system of election law enforcement capable of guaranteeing free and fair elections. According to international democratic election standards, free and fair elections can be achieved if there are legal instruments that can protect organizers, participants, candidates, voters, observers, and citizens in general from fear and intimidation, violence, bribery, fraud, and other fraudulent practices that will affect the results of the election. This type of research is normative research. The approach used is a statutory approach (statute approach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach). Secondary data are used as the data source. Qualitative and descriptive methods were used to analyze the data. Conclusions are drawn using the deductive method, namely concluding from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely law enforcement against election crimes. This research resulted in findings that future election legislation must re-clarify the notion of election administration violations. In this case, administrative violations can be divided into two major groups, namely minor administrative violations, and serious administrative violations.

Abstract

Policing opiates violations has been completed by various policemen and has gotten many adjudicator's choices. Policing be an impediment to the expansion in unlawful exchange and dissemination of opiates, however truly, the more concentrated policing did, the more dispersion and illegal exchange of opiates will likewise increment. Official arrangements overseeing opiates issues have been drafted and authorized, be that as it may, offenses connected with opiates have not been mollified. These last cases have gotten many street pharmacists and vendors and got serious assents, yet different culprits appear to disregard them and, surprisingly, will generally grow their area of activities. The narcotics crime referred to in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics provides for quite severe criminal sanctions, however, in reality, the number of perpetrators of crimes is increasing, and convicts, in reality, are not deterred that there is a tendency to repeat them. It is caused by criminal imposition factors that existed and have no impact or deterrent effect on the perpetrators. Law Number 35 of 2009 is no longer based on the imposition of punishment for each drug abuse which is felt to be less effective in eradicating or reducing narcotics crimes.

Abstract

The rise of cases of goods that do not match the image that consumers see in the marketplace shows how weak consumers are in terms of buying and selling online. However, that does not mean that sellers may sell products without following the applicable regulations. Consumers have the right to get clear information about the product they buy. So, the form of responsibility that they should give to consumers is the return of goods or a refund. It means that they will still be responsible for losses that have been received by consumers with the return procedure, but what is done by online buying and selling business actors. In this study is not in accordance with Article 19 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection: a) Business actors in charge of compensating consumers for losses, pollution, or losses incurred as a result of consuming produced or traded goods or services; b) Pay as alluded to in section (1) might be as a discount or substitution of labor and products of the equivalent or identical worth, or clinical treatment or pay as per the arrangements of the relevant regulations; c) The payment is made within seven days of the transaction's date; d) Despite the mentions in paragraphs (1) and (2), the possibility of a criminal charge based on additional evidence indicating the existence of an element of guilt remains;

Abstract

Companies or industries, both those engaged in production and services, are places where many people make a living to meet their personal or family needs. Then, the company is a second home for the employees who work in it. Companies must be able to accommodate their employees to feel comfortable at work, regardless of the company's primary goal in seeking benefits, namely trying to maintain employee performance at optimal or even maximum work levels on an ongoing basis. Conditional authority depends on the rule of trading awards among pioneers and subordinates where pioneers anticipate prizes as high subordinate execution, while subordinates expect endlessly remunerates financially from pioneers. The trade interaction can distinguish what should be finished by the authority to meet the normal outcomes, for example, better spending quality, better deals or administration from representatives, and diminished creation costs. The conditional initiative style emphatically affects worker execution on the grounds that a pioneer should have the option to persuade his subordinates to appropriately complete their obligations and commitments. However, if employees are forced to work under pressure, there will be a condition or phase where the employee experiences burnout.
