Abstract

This study aims to explore how GoFood's pricing policy changes before and after the pandemic have influenced consumer purchasing behavior. The research uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews conducted with 10 informants in Surabaya in 2023. Through these interviews, it was revealed that the changes in GoFood's pricing policy, especially the price increases that occurred after the pandemic, had a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions.Consumers who previously tended to use GoFood services regularly due to the convenience and perceived affordability began to show changes in their behavior. After the pandemic, consumers became more selective in using the platform. They started considering alternative options, such as cooking at home or using services from other platforms that offered more competitive prices. The noticeable price increase after the pandemic was one of the main reasons behind this shift.On the other hand, the study's results also showed that many consumers remained loyal to GoFood despite the price increases. Factors such as the convenience of ordering food, the speed of delivery, and habits formed before the pandemic were the main reasons for their continued use of the service. Moreover, GoFood's service quality, including menu variety and reliable delivery, contributed to maintaining customer loyalty. This study recommends that GoFood regularly conducts surveys and interviews to understand the changing preferences and priorities of its customers. In addition, improving non-price aspects such as offering a more diverse menu, faster delivery times, and more innovative promotional offers could be an effective strategy for GoFood to respond to changes in consumer behavior. This way, GoFood can remain competitive in the increasingly crowdedpost-pandemic food delivery market.

Abstract

In this modern era, the tour and travel business in Indonesia has become very fast due to the enthusiasm of local tourists and tourists who want to vacation efficiently. Xo Tour and Travel is one of the tour and travel business services, this business is interested in almost all groups and is starting to grow rapidly, but over time this business has experienced a reduction because the services and facilities provided by XO Tour and Travel are less than satisfactory. This research aims to determine customer satisfaction using Xo Tour & Travel services and to determine whether the quality of service provided by XO Tour & Travel has an effect on customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods, with data analysis techniques, data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire methods. The results of this research show that the level of consumer satisfaction which consists of the level of loyalty and repeat purchases, the level of customer complaints and the level of recommendations shows many positive responses from customers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of consumer purchasing decisions on Steam Wallet top ups in the city of Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type involving 50 respondents who are Steam users who have topped up in Surabaya. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The research results show that there is a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic on increasing the number of Steam Wallet top ups. Apart from that, consumer purchasing decisions after the COVID-19 pandemic also showed a significant influence on Steam Wallet top ups. These findings indicate that changes in consumer behavior during and after the COVID-19 pandemic have a direct impact on increasing digital transactions on gaming platforms. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of consumer behavior in the digital gaming sector during the global health crisis period and provides insights for game platform developers and top up service providers to optimize their marketing strategies in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the financial performance of PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama periode 2018-2022 is in condition good or bad measured using liquidity, solvability, profitability and activity ratios. This type of research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population chosen in this research is all companies that diligently publish their financial reports every year online, by determining the sample using purposive sampling, so acquiring the company PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama periode 2018-2022. The analysis technique used is descriptive kuantitative from the results of ratio calculations and then compared based on existing industry ratio standards so that it can be concluded that the liquidity, profitability and activity conditions of PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama is in poor condition while its solvability condition is quite good.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the importance of service quality in satisfying consumers at the Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Mulyosari outlet, Surabaya. Mixue Ice Cream & Tea is a franchise company that sells soft serve ice cream and tea drinks originating from Zhengzhou, Henan, China, and was founded on June 16 1997. By 2023, Mixue has 21,581 outlets spread across China and at least 12 other countries in Asia-Pacific. Mixue started entering the Indonesian market in 2020 and by 2023 it has spread to approximately 10,000 outlets. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with informants and direct observation at the research location. The research results show that the service provided by Mixue employees in Mulyosari is good and in accordance with company standards, although there are still several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as the lack of employee sensitivity to consumer confusion and inadequate facilities. The conclusion of this research is that service quality is very influential in creating consumer satisfaction. Researchers suggest that Mixue improve existing services and facilities to better satisfy its consumers. Apart from that, education and training for employees on how to provide good service needs to be implemented to maintain and improve the quality of the services provided

Abstract

Competition in various business sectors is currently getting tighter. To ensure that the products produced by the company are superior and attractive, the company needs to improve performance in all aspects, especially in the operational field. One of the activities that is directly related to the company's operational activities is the activity to determine the location of the business. Determining the location of the company is certainly a problem that will be faced by every company, where the business or business that is established as an operational place. Therefore, it is necessary to consider or support information for determining the business location before determining the right business location. From this explanation, this study aims to find out the basic considerations in choosing Loop Graha as the location of the business.The research method used in this study is the Descriptive Qualitative method, and the data analysis technique used is Content Analysis, with the number of respondents used being 8 business actors operating in the Graha Famili Loop.The results of this study are business actors who have businesses in the graha loop who are the resource persons in this study, it was found that the selection of business locations is based on strategic considerations such as: location considerations, facility considerations, environmental considerations and traffic considerations

Abstract

Financial statement analysis using the time series method is a process used to analyze and evaluate the financial condition of a company from one period to another. The Time series method itself involves financial ratios by comparing the financial ratios of companies in the same sector from year to year. This allows companies to see company’s financial trends over time and identify certain changes. In this case, financial statement analysis will be used to assess the finances of footwear sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exhange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. The results of the research conclusions are based on calculation of the profitabililty ratio, the footwear sector companies that has good financial performance seen from gross profit margin is PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA) but from net profit margin, return on asset, return on equity is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructures Tbk (BIMA). In the liquidity ratio that has a good financial performance seen from the cash ratio is PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA) but from current ratio dan quick ratio is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructures Tbk (BIMA). In the solvency ratio that has good financial performance seen and assessed debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio is PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA). In the activity ratio that has good financial performance seen from inventory turnover is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructures Tbk (BIMA) but for receivable turnover, working capital turnover, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover is PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA).

Abstract

The increasing number of cafés in Surabaya means that there are many job opportunities and currently all places of work are competing to maintain their business, especially in the café sector, this is one of the zones that experiences high turnover. The researcher intends to analyze the work environment and also work involvement by formulating the problem, namely "Does thework environment have an influence on the work commitment of Blue Doors cafe employees in Surabaya?"Then"Does work involvement have an influence on the work commitment of Blue Doors cafe employees in Surabaya?". The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship or influence between the work environment and work involvement, as well as the impact that occurs after improving work environment conditions and dividing employee responsibilities. This research uses quantitative research methods, so that researchers can explore the meaning of visible phenomena and obtain concrete and transparent data. The informants in this research were employees of Bluedoors Surabaya Café, all of whom wereemployees, some of whom worked in the kitchen area, beverage area, cleaning area and financial area. The data obtained from distributing this questionnaire is then processed through the stages of data collection, data testing for validity and reliability, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect onorganizational commitment, involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this research are that the work environment or environmental conditions of the Bluedoors café and the division of tasks are very neatly arranged and take into account theconditions and positions of the employees. The impact felt is that until now Bluedoors has been able to maintain the condition and position of their employees from the start of opening the Surabaya branch until now.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa maju dunia makanan sampai ke era digital yang membuat semua bisa dipesan secara online dan semua bisa dilakukan dengan mudah. Perlu disadari bahwa perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian juga mempengaruhi karena yang awalnya hanya menggunakan Gofood sebagai layanan pemesanan makanan online mulai mencoba menggunakan untuk membandingkan dengan layanan baru dari aplikasi pesaingnya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang narasumber dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada 5 faktor yang membuat konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli menggunakan aplikasi gofood yaitu faktor fisiologis, faktor pekerjaan, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan minat pembelian konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian serta prinsip ekonomi yang sudah menjadi bagian dari keseharian masyarakat.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui minat yang dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian barang bekas di OLX. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah apa saja yang dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian barang bekas di OLX? Metodologi yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengambil 13 orang sebagai informan, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan analisis naratif. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan 4 faktor yang menjadi alasan mengapa konsumen tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian barang bekas di OLX, yaitu pertama adalah faktor keberagaman pilihan produk, kedua adalah faktor harga dan negosiasi harga, ketiga adalah faktor kemudahan dan kenyamanan, dan yang terakhir adalah faktor transparasi dan kemudahan pengguna.
