Abstract

Urban development is not only the construction of roads and buildings, but also the application of sustainable cities as a problem solutions, one of the problems is flood. The solution to reduce the flood, in addition by increasing the volume of the channel, is also by the use of rainwater and water conservation. Water conservation can be obtained by utilizing the role of green open space as water absorption as well as a shade, bad air filtering, and aesthetics. The existence of green open space in Indonesia needs to consider its procurement and its effectiveness against pollution from motorized vehicles, in view of the number of motorized vehicles and the driving needs to thesociety. The increasing need for roads and transportation accompanied by urban development has made the existence of green open space (GOS) increasingly declined. So that the pollution generated from motorized vehicles cannot be cleaned optimally by the environment. However in the recent years, several countries have promoted the provision of GOS as clean air filters. One of them is South Korea where the provided GOS is also able to reduce the congestion and improve the city's economy. While in Indonesia, Surabaya cityis known to have promoted the GOS program in the form of active parks, but is still not optimally utilized by the residents of Surabaya City. Whereas the residents in Seoul can utilize city parks as a means to relax themselves (due to the function of plants that are able to give a relaxation), socialize and be cultured (as a function of public space). Abstract

Abstract E-Trasnportasi is a transportation application service that provides pick-up and delivery of service products through internet-based applications. Today, E-Trasnportasi are not only in urban areas but have entered rural areas. HeehJek is one of the E-Trasnportasi Applications that appear in Nganjuk Regency with nuances of local wisdom. The existence of cultural development in the community, from riding conventional transportation to switching to on-line transportation becomes an interesting phenomenon to get special attention on research into the behavior of users of the HeehJek application. As a preliminary study this research uses a quantitative method with a conceptual approach to technology acceptance models. Respondents were taken as many as 300 by cluster sampling, which then performed SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study address the acceptance of the Nganjuk community towards HeehJek due to the belief, ease, and usefulness of the HeehJek application in supporting daily activities carried out.

Abstract

Each type of data has various forms and behaviors. Therefore, the process of data analysis cannot be standardized through a certain procedure. EDA is a data analysis approach that can be used in interpreting the information contained in data. EDA is flexible in adjusting data behavior and can be used for data observation through various points of view. This data analysis strategy can be used to complement the results of data mining classification analysis used to recognize data patterns. In this article it will be explained that EDA can help in enriching the results of data analysis and assist in the pre-processing stages of data mining classification. Data mining classification is done using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm and Logistic Regression.

Abstract

JOOX is an application that provides music streaming services. In Indonesia, Joox is ranked first on Google Play and Apple Store in the music and audio category. Based on these facts, it is important to reveal the factors that support the acceptance of Joox services. To to achieve the goal, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used in this study. The Data was processed and analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0 software which were obtained from 400 Joox services users who filled out the online questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that: 1). Perceived of usefulness affects perceived satisfaction, 2). perceived ease of use affects perceived satisfaction, 3). perceived satisfaction affects perceived enjoyment, 4). perceived ease of use affects perceived of usefulness, 5). perceived ease of use affects perceived enjoyment, 6). perceived usefulness, perceived ease of, perceived enjoyment affect behavioral intention. Based on the results obtained, this study contributes to uncover the factors that influence technology acceptance, particularly in streaming music services. Discussions and suggestions for further research are discussed at the end of this paper.

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship Course is a compulsory subject that must be taken by all students of the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur. This is done with the aim that students have an entrepreneurial spirit. But just like any other course, if the semester is finished, the student entrepreneurship container formed during lectures is also finished. For this reason, in order for entrepreneurship to continue until students graduate, an entrepreneurial forum is made for students to alumni. The entrepreneurship container is the Student Entrepreneurship Information System or Sirama. In the following article we will discuss the Sirama system design. The analysis design that will be discussed is Use Case Diagram, Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and Physical Data Model (PDM) and the creation of the entrepreneurial information system. The conclusion of this article is the result of system design and development of Sirama has been completed so that the forum to maintain the entrepreneur spirit of students and alumni of the UPN "Veteran" East Java can be continued. Abstract

We are facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Technology disruption in all fields, labor/vacanciesand unemployment are important issues today. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Educationand the Ministry of Manpower in 2017 have stated that the suitability level of the workforce profession withmajors/courses during college is still relatively low at 45%. On the other hand, the National AccreditationAgency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) when assessing the study program also measures the degree oflinearity between the competencies of graduates with the occupational profession. For this reason, a decisionsupport system exists as a solution to the problems mentioned above. Based on the IS Curriculum 2010document, the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method has been implemented by determining 17alternatives/professions and 18 criteria/competencies (consisting of 3 levels: significant coverage, somecoverage, not required). Abstract

The research area in Buruma Village and the surrounding area of Baucau sub-district, Baucau district of Timor Leste is a region that is very range of land movements. In the area there are two rock units, namely limestone Baucau formation and claystone of the Bobonaro Formation. The problem with this research is that the disasters of the land movement often result in material losses, land destruction, infrastructure and the impact on the regional growth rate is hampered. The purpose of this study is to determine the geological conditions of the study area, which include geomorphology, stratigraphy and geological structure, find out what type of soil movement is found in the study area, determine the effect of hydrogeological systems on soil movement and find out the appropriate handling methods for soil movement. The method used in this research is the study of literature as a preliminary guide, the method of soil sampling and laboratory testing using the method of SNI 1964. To find out the effect of the hydrogeological system on the ground motion, water flow measurements were taken in 9 studies, namely at the first location the amount of water debit was 0.198 m3 / s, the second location was 0.15 m3 / s, the third location was 0, 09 m3 / s, the fourth location is 0.086 m3 / s, the fifth location is 0.076 m3 / s, the sixth location is 0.071 m3 / s, the seventh location is 0.069m3 / s, the location eighth, the amount of water debit is 0.067 and the ninth location is the amount of water debit is 0.06 m3 / sec. The amount of water loss from Lp1-LP2 is 48 liters, Lp2-Lp3 is 60 liters, Lp3-Lp4 is 4 liters, Lp4-Lp5 is 18 liters, Lp5-Lp6 is 5 liters, Lp6-Lp7 is 2 liters, Lp7-Lp8 is equal to 18 liters 3 liters and Lp8-Lp9 of 7 liters. The way to overcome the occurrence of soil movement is to use the Geotextile method because the area is dominated by limestone, when exposed to water it dissolves easily and causes subsidence. In claystone water infiltrates into the soil / rock and adds to the burden on the road body and over time the movement of the soil.

Abstract

The need for a system that can visualize data to support the decision making process is increasingly needed. This paper produces applications that can visualize data with an executive information system approach related to beef stock in Java with drilldown features and what-if analysis. The methodology we use is the SIE approach with graphs that can do drilldown and what-if analysis programs regarding cattle population calculations based on beef stock data.

Abstract

Performance of Darrieus turbines are influenced by many fators, among them are blade profile, blade angle of inclination (α), tip speed ratio (λ), and blade solidity (σ). The objective of the research is to investigate the influences of α, λ, and σ to the power factor (Cp) of a vertical Darrieus water turbine by mean of CFD FLUENT simulation. The simulation has been conducted in a 20 cm rotor diameter, 25 cm rotor length, 3 blades, NACA0021 blade profile vertical Darrieus water turbine. Blade lenght variations are 4 cm, 5 cm and 6 cm; blade angle of inclinatian variations are 00, 50 and 100; and rotor speed variations are 60 rpm, 80 rpm, 100 rpm, 120 rpm, 150 rpm, and 200 rpm. It is concluded from the research that maximum Cp is 3.2609 % achieved at σ = 0.9, λ = 1.0467 and α = 50.

Abstract

Determination of the type of mesh and mesh manufacturing density plays a very important role in a simulation, this is due to minimize the time and computational costs. This study presents a comparison of the influence of mesh on CFD analysis. Mesh is the most important part in doing a simulation. Mesh is good, affects the calculation results of a simulation. To simulate internal flow in injection molding cooling channels to make it more accurate. There are three types of mesh that are applied in a simulation of this study, namely: hexahedral, polyhedral, and tetrahedral mesh are applied to simulate the internal flow of cooling channel injection molding using the k-epsilon turbulence model. Simulation results show that the simulation method using the polyhedral mesh is proposed to be able to speed up calculations and accelerate the convergence of the simulation as evidenced by an iteration graph. The use of polyhedral mesh in CFD simulations is more effective than using tetrahedral or hexahedral mesh. However, the use of hexahedral mesh simulation results is closer to the experiment and requires a long iteration time. In addition, the result is polyhedral mesh requires less computational time than hexahedral mesh and tetrahedral mesh. Using polyhedral mesh in CFD was found to be more effective than using tetrahedral elements.
