Abstract

In this era of industrial resolution 4.0, many companies are competing to be the best in their respective fields. The impact of this pandemic turned out to be quite large felt by entrepreneurs, therefore entrepreneurs are faced with various choices to keep their companies operating and moving forward. Not only that, but companies are also required to be more transparent in disclosing information about their companies. A company's financial statements will have benefits if they are delivered accurately and on time to users for decision making. This reflects how important the timeliness of financial statements is presented to the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage and liquidity on corporate internet reporting disclosure in banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 – 2020. The population in this study is all banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2020. Samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use secondary data. Data analysis methods using balanced panel regression analysis include t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination using Eviews. The results of the analysis show that all indicators used are valid and reliable. The regression equation obtained is CIR = 70.932 + 2.65E-25X1 + 1.61E-21X2 – 1.01E-25X3 + μ. Based on the t-test and F test, it was found that the variables of profitability, leverage and liquidity did not have a significant effect on the disclosure of corporate internet reporting in banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2020, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Indonesia's economic development in 2017 grew 5.07% higher than in 2016 which was only 5.03%. Especially growth in the transportation sub-sector experienced a growth of 8.49% on an annual basis. Economic development in the transportation sub-sector will certainly invite investors to invest, therefore information about a company's financial statements is needed. Information about the condition of the company's financial statements is very necessary to determine the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, solvency and company size on the company's financial performance in transportation sub-sector companies for the period 2015-2017. The financial performance of the company is the dependent variable in this study, while the liquidity, solvency and size of the company are independent variables. The sampling method used is a sampling method with certain considerations (purposive sampling). The research method in this study is associative, while the analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression test show that 34.1% of the factors that affect the company's financial performance can be explained by the variables of liquidity, solvency and company size. The remaining 65.9% was explained by other factors not studied in the study. The existence of the F test shows that simultaneously the variables of liquidity, solvency and company size simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. The results of the t test showed that liquidity and solvency variables did not have a significant effect on the company's financial performance with the calculated analysis values of (1.951) and (-0.602) respectively which were smaller than the table (2.01954). While the variable size of the company has a significant effect on the company's financial performance with a calculated analysis value (4,773) or greater than the table. Thus, the larger the size of the company, the company's financial performance will increase.

Abstract

In the modern era this year, the Directorate General of Taxes makes it easy for every taxpayer to fulfill obligations in taxation, especially in PPh 21 so that taxpayers feel satisfied in tax services, so this study aims to determine the influence of tax socialization, quality of tax services and modernization of the tax administration system on individual taxpayer satisfaction at PT. Resources Dian Mandiri, Central Jakarta. This study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to individual taxpayers working at PT. Resources Dian Mandiri, Central Jakarta. Convenience sampling method using a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for windows 24.0 program. The results of this study show that partially tax socialization does not have a significant effect on individual taxpayer satisfaction because the value of t count is smaller than t table and significant above 0.05 which is 0.066, while the quality of tax services t count is smaller than t table and significant value of 0.009 which means below 0.05 and has a significant influence on individual taxpayer satisfaction, The modernization of the tax administration system has a significant effect on the satisfaction of individual taxpayers because t count is greater than t table and the significant value is 0.004 below 0.05 which means that the variable modernization of the tax administration system has a significant effect on the satisfaction of individual taxpayers. Simultaneously, tax socialization, tax service quality and modernization of the tax administration system have a significant effect on individual taxpayer satisfaction at PT. Resources Dian Mandiri, Central Jakarta because of the significant value of 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

Intense competition between companies, especially retail companies, causes companies to carry out economic activities and manage the functions contained in the company effectively. A company is able to develop its business with funding sources in the form of long-term debt. Funding decisions are important decisions that will directly determine a company's ability to survive and thrive. The factors that affect long-term debt taking include profitability, fixed assets and sales growth. This research method is quantitative with a sampling technique using side purposive and obtained samples of 11 companies. The results of the regression test showed that 15.6% of long-term debt decision factors could be explained by profitability, fixed assets and long-term debt, while the remaining 84.4% was explained by other factors not studied in this study. The F test results show that simultaneously the variables profitability, fixed assets and sales growth have no significant effect on long-term debt. The results of the T test show that partially these three variables have no effect on the long-term debt of retail companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The development of food and beverage companies in Indonesia, will be a strong driver in competition. Fierce competition requires each company to think of a business strategy to gain market share and continue to maintain the company, so that bankruptcy will not occur. A company is established with the aim of obtaining profits through the main business carried out. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage in Predicting Financial Distress. The type of research used is the associative research method. The data analysis model used is multiple linear analysis. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling and obtained samples of 14 companies from 20 listed companies. The results of the regression test showed that profitability, liquidity and leverage simultaneously affected the company's financial distress by 74.6%, as shown by the amount of adjusted R square of 74.6%, while the remaining 25.4% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems or obstacles that result in a decrease in multipurpose loan applications (KMG) and determine strategies to increase the number of multipurpose loan customers at PT Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika. The strategy used in increasing the number of customers is a marketing strategy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a type of descriptive research. Data collection method is carried out by conducting field documentation and interviews. The obstacle or problem found at Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika is the lack of employee service for multipurpose loan applications which resulted in a decrease in multipurpose loan applications. The resolution strategy to face the problems that occur is to carry out digital marketing strategies and carry out policies, namely Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika to improve services on multipurpose loans. The results showed that multipurpose loan disbursement increased from January 2021 to December 2021 to January 2022 to December 2022 with a percentage of 88% and affected services which also increased.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strength of several perceived support variables that influence the self-esteem and self-efficacy of marketers. This research is important, because marketers are the backbone of finance companies. As a marketer, you must have high self-confidence. With the job characteristics of having to deal directly with consumers through the process of persuading, influencing and convincing consumers amidst intense competition from competing companies, a marketer must be able to convince himself before convincing others. Referring to the breathe-edu.co.uk page, self-confidence is formed by self-efficacy and self-esteem. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method of 168 marketers from 42 finance companies in East Jakarta and Bekasi, which were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). After carrying out a measurement model test (outer model analysis) and a structural model test (inner model analysis), the conclusion is that perception of friends and family support has a significant effect on the self-esteem and self-efficacy of marketers. Perception of supervisor support has a less significant effect on the self-esteem and self-efficacy of marketers. Perception of company support has a significant effect on the self-esteem of marketers but has a less significant effect on the self-efficacy of marketers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and determine the influence of religiosity and Indonesian Sharia financial literacy (BSI) on IAI Nasional Sharia economics students Laa Roiba Bogor. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with as many as 161 students with Regression analysis tools, The data collection technique used is by direct observation by making observations at the Sharia Economics Study Program of IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor. The results of the study were found that (1) Religiosity had a positive and significant effect on Student Saving Interest, (2) Islamic Financial Literacy had a positive and significant effect on Student Saving Interest, (3) There was a simultaneous influence between Religiosity (X1) and Islamic Financial Literacy (X2) with Regression obtained the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variable with the dependent variable was 0.758 (75.8%), This means that the amount of contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 75.8% and the remaining 24.2% (100% - 75.8% = 24.2% comes from other variables or factors that have not been studied in this study. Based on the Model Summary table, the value of relationship strength (R) is obtained.

Abstract

Tea is one of the refreshing drinks that is very popular among the people of Indonesia and even the world. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions for SariWangi brand products in Bogor City. The results of the regression test showed that 62,10% of the purchasing decision factors could be explained by product quality, price, promotion and brand image while the remaining 37,90% were explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of product quality, price, promotion and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t test show that the product quality, promotion, brand image variable so partially these three variables have a positive effect and significantly to the decision to purchase Teh Celup Sariwangi products in Bogor City. The price variable has no positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Teh Celup Sariwangi products in Bogor City. The dominant variable influencing the purchasing decision of The Celup Sariwangi products in Bogor City is product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of professionalism, knowledge of financial management, and the intensity of fundraising on financial quality in Kampung Pasir Bagadeu. The type of research used is explanatory research with the research method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling. The sample is 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the Determination Coefficient Test show that the independent variables in the form of professionalism, financial management and fund management jointly affect the dependent variable of financial quality reaching 84.8% while the remaining 15.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, for example environment, land tax payment order, financial socialization, fund security and so on. While the F test shows that the independent variables consisting of professionalism, financial management and fund management simultaneously have a significant effect on financial quality with the results of the analysis Fcount = (371.401) > Ftable = (2.70). The results of the t test show that the variable professionalism (19.416), financial management (5.054), fundraising (5.481) where ttable (1.668) means that partially these variables have a significant effect on financial quality in Kampung Pasir Bagadeu.
