Abstract

This study examines how digital leadership influences innovation capability in Indonesian digital SMEs by incorporating creative climate as a mediator, learning organization as a moderator, and generational differences (Millennials vs. Gen Z) as boundary conditions. Drawing on data from 200 SME employees analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the findings indicate that digital leadership has no significant direct effect on innovation capability. Instead, creative climate fully mediates the leadership–innovation relationship, while learning organization marginally strengthens this effect. The multi-group analysis reveals that Gen Z employees respond more positively to digital leadership than Millennials, reflecting generational variance in digital adaptability. Theoretically, this research integrates the Componential Theory of Creativity and the Resource-Based View to explain leadership-driven innovation's indirect and conditional mechanisms. Practically, the study highlights that SME leaders must cultivate psychologically safe, creative, and learning-oriented environments that bridge generational differences to sustain innovation in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to examine the process of internalizing Islamic values in school learning as a strategy for holistically shaping students' character. The study focuses on three fundamental values of Islamic education: faith, sharia, and morals, understood as a unified, interrelated value system. This research employed a qualitative approach using literature review methods, including relevant national and international peer-reviewed scientific articles. Data were analyzed inductively through the stages of comparing, critiquing, and synthesizing previous research findings. The results indicate that internalizing the values of faith, sharia, and morals contributes significantly to the formation of students' religious, social, and moral character. The internalization process occurs through three main stages: understanding, habituation, and practice, reinforced by teacher role models, a religious school culture, and synergy between the school and family. The integration of Islamic values not only enhances cognitive religious understanding but also shapes students' attitudes and behaviors in their daily lives. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of Islamic faith, sharia, and moral values in learning constitutes a strategic and sustainable approach to character education and provides conceptual and practical contributions as a foundation for developing Islamic values-based learning models relevant to national education policies and the challenges of modern education.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe how the Deep Learning Approach (DLA) was implemented in seventh-grade mathematics instruction at Al-Ikhlas Islamic Junior High School, while also examining student responses, emerging challenges, and its effectiveness in improving conceptual understanding. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. The results showed that teachers had implemented most of the DLA principles, including apperception, media use, contextual problem presentation, discussion, and providing reflection and feedback. Student engagement was highest in discussions (34%), followed by answering teacher questions (28%) and solving problems (24%), while questioning remained low (14%) due to a lack of confidence on the part of some students. Observations also showed that collaboration occurred but was not optimal due to the dominance of certain students, and some students remained passive. Overall, the implementation of DLA was proven to help increase student engagement, clarify concepts through real-life contexts, and reduce boredom, although obstacles such as math anxiety and low self-efficacy were still encountered. These findings confirm that DLA has the potential to improve the quality of mathematics learning if supported by the strengthening of collaborative strategies and ongoing mentoring.

Clothing for a Muslim woman is not merely a covering for the body, but rather a manifestation of adherence to Islamic law, which has spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. Modern phenomena demonstrate the tension between the demands of fashion/popular culture and the principles of Islamic law regarding dress. Al-Ahzab: 59) and the Hadith of the Prophet, while secondary data comes from tafsir books, classical fiqh, as well as contemporary scientific journals and literature related to the ethics of Muslim women's dress. The results of the study indicate that the obligation for Muslim women to dress according to sharia (covering all aurat except the face and palms, not tight, not transparent, not resembling men's clothing, and not excessive) is a law that qath'I (definitely) in Islam. Shar'i clothing has a dual function: as symbol of servant obedience to the command of God and as protector of self-respect

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze organizational dynamics in educational institutions using organizational theory and concepts, employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA framework. The review aimed to examine the evolution of organizational theories, their application in educational contexts, and their implications for the effectiveness of educational management. Literature searches were conducted using reputable databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Garuda, encompassing publications from 2010 to 2024. The PRISMA stages consisted of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion of relevant articles. From the total number of identified studies, selected articles were analyzed thematically to identify patterns, trends, and research gaps. The findings suggest that classical, contemporary, and modern organizational theories complement one another in explaining the dynamics of educational organizations. Systems theory, contingency theory, and learning organization theory emerged as dominant approaches in enhancing effectiveness, adaptability, and innovation in educational institutions. These findings confirm that a comprehensive understanding of organizational theory and concepts is a key factor in managing educational institutions that are responsive to social and technological change.

Abstract

Academic oral presentation is a fundamental component of higher education, particularly for EFL students who are required to communicate academic content in a foreign language. However, many EFL learners experience substantial difficulties when performing academic oral presentations. This study aims to investigate the challenges encountered by EFL students in delivering academic oral presentations, with a particular focus on speaking anxiety. Employing a descriptive quantitative research design, data were collected from undergraduate EFL students through a self-administered questionnaire measuring emotional, cognitive, social-evaluative, and physiological dimensions of speaking anxiety. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to identify dominant patterns of challenges experienced by the students. The findings reveal that EFL students face multifaceted challenges during academic oral presentations, with emotional and social-evaluative anxiety emerging as the most prominent difficulties. Cognitive disruptions, such as mental blocks and difficulty organizing ideas, as well as physiological symptoms, were also commonly reported. These results indicate that speaking anxiety in academic oral presentations is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by the evaluative nature of academic contexts. The study emphasizes the importance of addressing affective factors in conjunction with linguistic competence in academic speaking instruction, and it provides pedagogical implications for creating supportive presentation environments in EFL higher education contexts. Abstract

School quality planning in the Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged (3T) regions plays a strategic role in supporting the strengthening of student literacy and numeracy amidst limited access, infrastructure, and human resources. This article aims to analyze and describe the quality planning of 3T schools in supporting the strengthening of literacy and numeracy through a literature review. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical library research type, utilizing various relevant literature sources such as books, scientific journals, and educational policy documents. The results of the study indicate that 3T school quality planning needs to be prepared systematically and contextually through the formulation of the school's vision, mission, and objectives, analysis of student and environmental needs, literacy and numeracy program planning, strengthening teacher competencies, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Stakeholder involvement and utilization of local potential are key factors in addressing the gap in education quality in 3T regions. With targeted and sustainable quality planning, 3T schools have the potential to improve the quality of literacy and numeracy learning while reducing disparities in education quality between regions.
