Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) in conditions before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of company financial reports for 2015-2022. To measure the company's financial performance used Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Profitability Ratio. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity and profitability of the company after the IPO is better than before the IPO, while the solvency of the company before the IPO is better than after the IPO

Abstract

Conflicts related to land will never end, the existence of land is very valuable and important. Making land grabbing cases rife, the number of land grabbing cases the last few years increases, so that from the East Kupang Sector Police there is a need for alternative case resolutions outside the judicial process that are able to bring back hope of the value of justice in society, such as restorative justice or restorative justice. However, of the 8 cases handled by the East Kupang Sector Police, only 1 case was able to carry out restorative justice, the formulation of this research problem is: (1) How is restorative justice in solving land grabbing crimes in the East Kupang Sector Police? (2) What are the obstacles to restorative justice in solving land grabbing crimes in the East Kupang Sector Police? This research is empirical research. The aspects studied are (1) Application of restorative justice in the Settlement of Land Seizure Crimes at the East Kupang Police Station and (2) Restorative justice Obstacles in the Settlement of Land Seizure Crimes at the East Kupang Police Station

Abstract

This study uses analytical techniques, machine learning technology, and questionnaire surveys to assess how well Pegadaian Digital Service treats pawnshop customers. The study findings show that the service quality of Pegadaian Digital Service which includes elements such as application, fluency, speed, ease of use, service function, connection, interface/appearance, and ease of use, significantly affects customer satisfaction, although the two analytical methods used in this study are slightly different due to the demographic coverage of the sample. In addition, sentiment stems from the results of machine learning data processing, with 6.8% neutral, 46.4% negative (dissatisfied), and 46.8% positive (appointed). Meanwhile, survey data shows that 80% of clients in the Karanganyar area are satisfied, including 10% very satisfied, 20% satisfied, and 50% quite satisfied

Abstract

The purpose of ithis literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. This research was conducted qualitatively using the literature study method with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The type of data iused in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 29 articles and research journals both nationally and internationally with the journal publication year 2011-2022. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that there are 5 definitions of conflict management, there are 4 antecedents of conflict management and there are 6 consequences of conflict management, there iare 9 sectors of conflict management

Abstract

This study aims to explore Heifetz's perspective and Burns' perspective on Leadership Ethics, the dark side of leadership and the principles of ethical leadership. In this study using a literature study approach where the authors rely on various literature to obtain data and use qualitative methods because the data generated is in the form of words or descriptions. The results of this study indicate that the ethical leadership quality of a leader must be improved according to the target in terms of performance with the ethical principles of good leadership such as honesty, fairness, integrity, altruism and loyalty. It can be concluded that leadership ethics plays a very important role in the process of leading a company

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of ethical leadership in bilding a healthy and sustainable company. This study also aims to explore the perspectives of Heifetz and Burns regarding ethical leadership, explore the dark side of ethical leadership, and analyze the principles of ethical leadership. The library method approach or literature study was used in this study, by utilizing various sources of literature to obtain data. The qualitative approach was chosem because the data produced is in the form of descriptions or words. The results of this study indicste that ethical leadership plays a very important role in the success of an organization. Strong leadership ethics can help organizations increase trust, motivate employees, reduce the risk of violations of law and ethics, increase competitiveness, and strengthen organizational culture. The dark side of leadership ethics, such as the abuse of power, must be avoided so as not to damage the image of the organization. Ethical leadership principles, such as integrity, honesty, and responsibility, are also very important for a leader who has good ethics can bring the company to the peak of success by exploiting the potential possessed by employee

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how to improve a creative work environment through physical and psychological management of employees. This study uses literature studies by collecting data from various sources such as academic journals, books, and related articles. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively by comparing and evaluating the strategies used in previous studies. The research findings show that managing the physical and psychological environment of employees can increase creativity and productivity in the workplace. Some effective strategies include creating an environment that supports collaboration and social interaction, providing creative space and facilities that allow out-of-the-box thinking, and providing psychological support to deal with stress and burnout. This research provides valuable insights for companies and managers in improving the work environment and increasing employee creativity

Abstract

Abstract

Edible coating is a technique to increase the shelf life of tomatoes. The purpose of this study was to determine the best concentration for using aloe vera as a coating material and to analyze the effect of the combined use of aloe vera edible coatings packed in vacuum on the shelf life of tomatoes. The study used an experimental method consisting of 4 levels, namely without coating (K0V), 30% aloe vera coating (K30V), 50% aloe vera coating (K50V),and 70% aloe vera coating (K70V). The results showed that the coating treatment of aloe vera had an effect on the total dissolved solids (TPT) and vitamin C in storage of tomatoes, although based on statistical results it did not show significant results. The best concentration to maintaince the shelf life of tomatos is aloe vera coating 30% (K30V) treatment was the best concentration

Abstract

This journal reviews Sundanese cultural creativity at Mutiara 2 High School, Bandung City. This study aims to determine the creativity of Sundanese culture at Mutiara 2 High School, Bandung City. This type of research is participant qualitative research through interviews with informants and group discussions. Creativity is a person's ability to give birth to something new, both in the form of ideas and real work, which is relatively different from what has existed before. In developing Sundanese cultural creativity at Mutiara 2 High School in Bandung City, apart from holding a traditional ceremony for the release of class XII students, they also held Thursday Nyunda, where students wear Sundanese-based clothing, Hajat Cai Performances and Silat Tajimalela Shows. By referring to Sundanese cultural values, students can maintain and preserve Sundanese cultural creativity so that it is maintained
