PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK ANAK DENGAN KEGIATAN MERONCE TK MUSLIMAT NU III KEC. PANGARENGAN KAB. SAMPANG Norani Norani

This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills through group B monitoring activities in kindergarten. The research design refers to the motion research of the lecture hall, especially planning, standing, seeing, and reflecting. The source of the recordings for this study were 20 students at institution B. The information series strategy on this test was accomplished using a) statements, namely checklists, anecdotal notes, and works; b) Documentation. Information evaluation approach is achieved through descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicated that the activities carried out through meronce showed an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2, the average fine motor skills of children became 7.15 with a percentage of 35.75%. Based on this, through meronce activities in group B children in kindergarten can improve children's motoric quality. Keywords: Motoric, Meronce

This research is aimed to overcome the lack of the studying results of the writing poem subject in the class V SDN Karang Penang Oloh 1 Karang Penang Sampang ,by using picture and picture method it can make them easier in writing poems. The method that was used in this research was Descriptive method in form Classroom Action Research and collaborative by referred to the Classroom Action Research as, planning, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research was students of class V SDN Karang Penang Oloh 1 Karang Penang Sampang in this research were 25 students of class V semester 2 academic year 2017/2018. Data collecting techniques in this research were observation,data analysis, and average. This research result found there was improvement, (a ) teacher ability in making a planning to writing poem by using pictures and pictures model on cycle 1 is 2,28(good enough). In cycle 2 is 3,28 ( good ), then in cycle 3 is 3,55 ( very good ). (b) the teacher ability in implementing write poem by using picture and picture poem in cycle 1 is 3,15 (good enough), cycle 2 is 3,28 (good ), cycle 3 is 3,70 ( very good ). ( c ) increasing students' ability in write poem by using picture and picture model we can see in cycle 1 average = 67 (good enough), cycle 2 average = 71(good ),cycle 3 average = 80 ( very good ). In the other words, picture and picture model in this research in Bahasa indonesia in class V of SDN Karang Penang Oloh 1 Karang Penang Sampang is success. The current development of Islam is inseparable from da'wah activities as supporting activities for the spread of Islamic teachings, in addition to inviting and calling people to the way of God, da'wah also plays an important role in increasing faith and religious-based understanding of the goals of da'wah. Subuh study activities are one of the means for conveying Islamic values, Ustadz Datuak Mongguang broadcasts da'wah in the midst of people who need solutions to every problem in their lives, by inviting people to first strengthen the foundations of faith and draw closer to Allah to make the congregation interested in participating in Subuh studies. Of course, to invite and convey da'wah messages to mad'u, the right strategy is needed so that the da'wah targets are interested in being involved in da'wah activities. This study aims to reveal in-depth social phenomena about Ustadz Datuak Mongguang's Da'wah Strategy in the Fajr Study at Surau Mudiak Jorong Maur Subdistrict, Mungka District by using Abu Al-Fath Al-Bayanuni's theory of da'wah strategies carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the da'wah strategy used by the Ustadz in his Subuh Study includes Sentimental, Rational and Sensory strategies which are implemented in the form of discussion and question and answer lecture activities Keywords: Da'wah Strategy, Dawn Studies

During the COVID - 19 pandemic during the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), companies are required to be able to build performance by utilizing effective conditions and resources. One form of adaptation that was carried out during the pandemic was work from home (WFH). This research wants to see how company management manages Human Resources (HR) assets during the COVID - 19 pandemic by implementing the WFH mode. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through observation and interviews. The results in this study are that during the COVID - 19 pandemic, company management had to prepare new methods and requirements to keep work operations going. The challenge experienced by management, especially the leaders, is in controlling their workers directly to provide directions and tasks so they have to go online which causes a lack of feeling because it is different from face-to-face meetings, as well as the lack of working hours so they have to be able to manage time properly. This study discusses problems related to overcoming students' difficulties incarrying out learning activities. The purpose of this study is to explain and provide resultsof appropriate learning action solutions for students who experience difficulties in learningmathematics. The implementation of this research utilizes a literature review. The object of the research was carried out in class IX at SMPN 3 Tualang on the grounds that thereare still many students at that school who have learning difficulties. Data collection techniques with observation, tests, and documentation. The results stated that after implementing the discovery learning model of action, students' learning difficulties could be overcome properly. This study aims to find out what da'wah messages are and how the techniques for delivering da'wah messages are contained in the film Cinta Anak Sholeh episodes 1-5. The film Cinta Anak Sholeh is an Indonesian film produced by MNC Pictures which premiered on January 12, 2022. This film tells about two twin boys named Ali and Reyhan and the life that surrounds them. This film is relatively new in the world of research, so there are no researchers who have examined this film. This study used a qualitative method, namely the data collected in the form of words, documents, and pictures, using a descriptive qualitative approach. While the data collection used is documentation, where research data collection techniques are based on searching data in the form of DVDs, films, books (text books), theses, journals, internet sites, and so on which are considered relevant in this study. The result of this research is that the researcher found that the message of da'wah in the film Cinta Anak Sholeh is found in three fields, including the fields of faith, sharia, and morals. And the technique of delivering da'wah messages is taken based on the scene, sound effect, location and shooting technique. Hemodialysis aims to improve the patient's quality of life, not treat it. This therapy requires time, patience, cost and the length of the hemodialysis process. In the same routine, the same environment, the same people, high costs and no support from the family, these are the things that must be faced by patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, which can cause boredom that can affect or disrupt the client's self-concept. This study aims to analyze the self-concept description of clients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Descriptive research design with a total sample of 41 people, with the total sampling technique. Based on the results, it was shown that 27 respondents (66%) did not have self-concept or positive self-concept and 14 respondents (34%) had negative self-concept. Based on the results of the conclusions with the support and motivation from the family can minimize the occurrence of disturbances of self-concept in clients. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of literacy on students’ Al Qur’an memorization. The research method used by researchers is field research, by directly observing the events that occurred at SDN 07 Sigiran. In this modern era, many students’ are influenced by technological developments. Technological developments can bring both positive and negative influenced. One of the negative effects of technological developments ia the lack of interest and desire of students’ to memorize the Al-Qur’an. Therefore, the school as an educational institution for students strives to increase students’ interest and desire to memorize the Al-Qur’an. It is a reality that the rapid development of science and technology requires changes in policies in the field of education where changes and reforms in improving the quality of education have an impact on PAK teachers to change paradigms both from technical, teacher, philosophical, and psychological aspects, besides teachers also faced with the dynamics of the background of life that greatly affects the competence of PAK teachers in teaching and educating. A successful PAK teacher is a teacher who can realize competence in his performance so that the teacher is called a professional teacher. Because of the importance of PAK teacher competence, research on the Influence of Teacher Background on PAK Teacher Competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10 becomes important for a more in-depth study. This study aims to determine the tendency of PAK teacher competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10, the dominant indicator that manifests the tendency of PAK teacher competence in Sorong City and District based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10, Background category The background of the dominant teacher manifests the tendency of PAK teacher competence in the City and District of Sorong based on II Corinthians 4:16-5:10. The research method used is an explanatory survey. The results obtained in this research are that they tend to be quite competent, lack enthusiasm in work, sometimes give themselves to be renewed, lack competency motivation. Camplong Beach is a tourist attraction with a strategic location and the most crowded of visitors. However, lately the number of visitors has decreased due to Camplong beach which is no longer in demand by the public, especially the coastal community and visitors because some of the tourist attractions are not maintained, there is garbage scattered on the beach, and the lack of amusement rides. Speaking of tourism, competition is currently tight. All tours are vying to attract visitors. Why in the world of tourism, competition is fierce, because tourism is now a pillar of the Indonesian economy after trade. The current growth of the tourism sector can provide benefits for both the State and the surrounding community. One example is the growth of the economy and the availability of jobs. This study uses the Community Participation Theory from Keith Devis, among others: (1) participation or participation (involvement / participation); (2) the availability of making a contribution to efforts in achieving group goals, this means a sense of pleasure, volunteerism in helping the group, a person becomes a member of the group with all its values; (3) the element of responsibility, this element is a prominent aspect of the feeling of being a member. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are three important elements in Keith Devis' definition of participation, namely participation, availability to contribute, and responsibility. Using the participation theory, it resulted that community participation was very enthusiastic, the availability of community contributions in developing destinations was still considered sufficient, and community responsibility was still relatively low. From this research, community participation in developing coastal tourist destinations in Camplong Village, Sampang Regency is still low, especially in the element of responsibility which has been stated by Keith Devis.
