Abstract

ABSTRACT From this research, it is seen that the level of financial literacy, especially for Indonesia, is still quite low, namely 32% compared to the literacy level of other countries such as Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Africa, the level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still lower. "(Literacy rate) of other countries such as Malaysia 36%, Sri Lanka 35% and South Africa 42%,". So that it causes public mistakes in investing and the emergence of fraud cases in the regions even though there have been many activities carried out such as socialization or seminars but according to researchers these activities are still inefficient in educating financial literacy. This study aims to reveal: 1. To find out how the strategic management of the financial services authority. 2. To determine the level of financial literacy in West Kalimantan in 2016. 3. Impact of financial literacy in West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are, interview techniques, documentation and direct observation. For the data analysis technique that the researchers did, they went through three processes of description, analysis and interpretation. While the technique of checking the validity of the data the researchers used were credibility (the quality of the research in generating trust), transferability (external validation), dependability (confirming the equality of the data when re-examining) confirmability (checking the research again). Conclusion: 1). Financial literacy education strategy carried out by OJK Kal-Bar: Phase 1. Mapping cases or research, stage 2. Determining the priority scale, and stage 3. Determining appropriate activities, Stage 4. Following processes and guidelines in accordance with the national strategy in financial literacy , stage 5. Evaluation 2). The level of financial literacy in West Kalimantan is 30.55%. 3). It can be seen from the level of financial literacy in West Kalimantan which shows the level of well literacy, which means that the people of West Kalimantan have knowledge, confidence and have skills in using financial service products.

Abstract

This study aims to explore information about the use of image media from the point of view of its strengths, weaknesses and uses in the design of learning activities. The results of this study are a solution to the concept of image media weaknesses and refer to the advantages of image media: (1) The use of image media should pay attention to the results of research that show the most appropriate methods of using images and attract the most attention of students. (2) The pictures used are pictures that are very relevant to the material being taught. (3) Drawings should be close to realistic. (4) Avoiding images that will create negative impressions. (5) The pictures used should be adjusted to the student's academic and psychological development. (6) Teachers 'delivery techniques and methods should be able to attract students' interest and attention. What does it mean that media is good but not supported by competent teacher capabilities. (7) The results showed that the motion cues shown by the pictures resulted in better understanding for students. In the sense of combining visual media, audio in audio-visual form or if possible more than that it is better if possible a teacher can do it.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data sources in this study were science teacher class V as the main data, the principal as supporting data and documents such as lesson plans, student scores, and research photos as secondary data. As for data analysis techniques, researchers used data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique used was the triangulation technique and the member check technique. The results showed that: The teacher planned science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media for the fifth grade students with the following planning steps: 1) the teacher prepared the learning material; 2) the teacher formulates the learning objectives contained in the lesson plan; 3) the teacher prepares the steps for teaching and learning activities; 4) formulating learning models and media; 5) formulate a learning evaluation. Class V teachers carry out science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media with several stages: 1) the teacher opens the lesson and does a pre-test; 2) the teacher delivers learning materials through the PAIKEM model with slide media; 3) the teacher closes the lesson. Class V teachers evaluate science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media for fifth grade students, namely; 1) conducting a pre-test; 2) conduct an evaluation at the end (post test). Based on the results of the evaluation of mastery of science learning outcomes through the PAIKEM model with slide media in grade V, students have been able to master the science learning material about mentioning movement tools in animals and humans and their functions correctly, precisely and confidently. Students are able to master the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences (IPA) on these materials in 1 (one) meeting for 2 x 45 minutes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and see how the position of digital libraries in a legal perspective. This type of research is qualitative with literature review data sources. Meanwhile, this literature review is carried out in four stages consisting of: (1) searching for literature that is in accordance with the problem to be studied or researched by scanning the literature efficiently, using both manual and online methods, (2) assessing literature through a number of criteria, including the source itself, the author and the subject, (3) systematically examining and analyzing literature content, and (4) critically and deeply synthesizing literature content from literature such as the book or papers reviewed. For the research results, it can be seen that digital libraries that serve and distribute collections in digital format have both positive and negative sides. On the one hand, it provides easy access that can reach users around the world. This is where the advantage of digital libraries is that they are called libraries without walls. However, on one hand, the existing content in the library can be adapted and changed very easily. Dissemination of information through digital libraries makes plagiarism possible and seems less legality. Digital collection storage is also vulnerable to damage caused by cybercrime. But fortunately, in every country there is already something that regulates damage and violations committed in the digital realm. So that users do not need to be afraid in expression and creativity using technology. As long as you know the legal rules related to digital objects. In Indonesia, electronic transactions and intellectual property rights are regulated by law. So there is no concern in disseminating information in the form of digital objects. Libraries as institutions that educate the nation's life are institutions that are authorized to disseminate legal information

Abstract

Implementation represent applying and execution with method of story. The method of story is activity by teacher in educating and learning student which utilized in history culture of Islam (SKI) subject to reach the target of in good study. Teacher in telling a story require to master some technics in telling a story so that taken a fancy to children. Membership had SKI teacher in Islamic Elementary Schools (MIS) Darul Ulum telling a story make student very like to listen story and its target is emphasized at message of story found on SKI subject. This research aim to know method of story implementation, factors influencing students and impact from method of story implementation in history culture of Islam subject. This research with approach qualitative the equivalent case study form intristik that is to study and comprehend and also see morely circumstantial about case that happened in Islamic Elementary Schools Private Sector Darul Ulum Matang Danau. The research instrument use observation, interview, documentation. Checking of authenticity data that is lengthening of taking part in, triangulation, utilize to get result of accurate. The result of this research, researcher find four finding. First, method of forwarding story to show emotion by teacher, make student to ask question non with emotion teacher itself. Second, existence of teacher say off the cuff expression which require to hinder by teacher. Third, SKI teacher very mastering of history items culture in Islam so that child very glad with history story culture of Islam. Fourth, teacher in telling a story less is mastering vernacular that is Sambas Ianguage of so that child in raising question of teacher cannot understand what asked the child in Sambas Ianguage, because history teacher culture of Islam non from area of sambas but java. As for result of able to be seen from effective domain, cognate, and student psycomotorik seen from student when strarting a lesson, after executing result and lesson of student value individually in following subject of history culture of Islam.

Abstract

This article examines regional autonomy: opportunities to reduce backwardness in regions and reduce conflicts in border areas. Intended to improve people's welfare and bring services closer to the community in a short, cheap and satisfying manner. The reality shows that there are still many things that cannot be realized and even increase inequality, frequent conflicts between regions, border problems, ethnic conflicts, and so on. The substance of regional autonomy is that it must be able to be independent in financing development, regulations to regulate the life order of its people without expecting excessive central government intervention. Local governments have their own creations to maximize potential while still balancing the preservation of the surrounding environment. So local independence can be built in synergy between humans and the environment as His creation. The interconnection between humans and humans and their environment is called order, if the order is well developed, there will be no disintegration and conflict that has often occurred after regional autonomy since the beginning of reform. The responsibility of the state and local government becomes the main thing, because the problem of building democracy tends to deviate from the substance of democracy itself.

Abstract

In learning, educators must have strategies in learning. This has a great impact on achieving learning objectives. One of the learning strategies is a deductive learning strategy. This strategy is the learning steps taken by educators starting with a known concept to the concept of implementing. The point here is that this strategy begins with the teacher's explanation and the examples given by the teacher, then the students digest the material and make their own examples or do assignments as a means of measuring understanding. In learning Islamic religious education (PAI) this deductive learning strategy is very suitable to be applied because the material starts from the main things and then to the specific things. The deductive learning strategy collects a pattern that is in accordance with the psychological rules of students, it creating learning motivation, known as internal elements, and channeling students’ behavior towards learning objectives under guidance of educators which is known as external elements. Hopefully it can add insight to the reader because this article will discuss deductive learning strategy in full with qualitative literature methods. Hal ini memiliki dampak yang besar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu strategi pembelajaran yaitu strategi pembelajaran deduktif. Strategi ini adalah langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang diambil oleh pendidik yang dimulai dengan konsep yang diketahui kepada konsep mengimplementasikan. Maksudnya disini adalah strategi ini dimulai dengan penjelasan pendidik dan contoh-contoh yang diberikan pendidik, kemudian peserta didik mencerna materi tersebut dan membuat contoh tersendiri atau mengerjakan tugas sebagai alat ukur pemahaman. Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) strategi pembelajaran deduktif ini sangat cocok untuk diterapkan karena materinya dimulai dari hal-hal pokok kemudian kepada hal yang khusus. strategi pembelajaran deduktif itu mengumpulkan suatu pola yang berkesesuaian dengan kaidah psikologi peserta didik yaitu menimbulkan motivasi belajar sebagai unsur internal, dan menyalurkan prilaku ke arah tujuan pembelajaran yang dibimbing oleh pendidik terhadap pseserta didik yang termasuk sebagai unsur eksternal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy at PT. Tarunagraha Persada, especially the Panorama Banjaran Semarang housing complex, is based on a SWOT analysis. The research problem is that the more competitive and selective consumers are in choosing the products available in the market, the company must find the right strategy in paying attention to the company's internal and external environment. Collecting data in this study using interviews and observations, interviewing marketing staff and obtaining data on the real situation in the Panorama Banjaran Semarang housing area. The results showed that the SO strategy (strengths and opportunities), namely by maintaining the quality of the products produced in order to increase sales in conditions of higher market growth, ST strategy (strengths and threats) by increasing the quality of the products produced in the face of competition from old competitors who are growing in a good direction and in facing new competitors that produce more innovative products. Then, the WO strategy (weaknesses and opportunities), namely by understanding what consumers want and increasing understanding why consumers deserve to buy the products we offer given the excellent market potential and higher market growth. Aniway, the WT strategy (weaknesses and threats) is to improve business strategies in a better direction by making different strategies from competitors.
